Everything Stuff Location Cleaning Service Furniture

No washing machine

ms. Martin and mr. mohamed in reception very professional

The cleaning service is provided only once every 4 nights. They provide complimentary water only on the first night, and no water is provided on the following days. Also, the hotel is very noisy, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The noise . level is quite high, especially at night There is no phone in room to contact reception electrical socket not working

It was so clean and the attention to detail was perfect

Great

Everything was perfect

Excellent staff and service. Great location. Comfortable. Met and exceeded expectations.

The only thing I missed is a common area outdoors (terrace with seating).

I’ve been traveling a lot lately to Egypt, been in many places, I can say for certain that this place is the best I’ve seen, clean, safe, very comfortable, the staff are amazing, they’ll always there for you and try to make your experience better, Mr. Samih is your man , he’s an amazing guy, he’ll read your mind and do things before you say it.

There’s absolutely nothing I don’t like about it

The property was very clean, I was satisfied with the rooms as it was very relaxing. Everything I needed for our visit was there. Also the staff were amazing the manger sameh and woman in the front desk Martina, were very helpful in navigating us, in addition the whole staff at the Prime Residence Heliopolis were kind.

Nothing honestly,

This place is really fantastic, I’ve been around many places in Egypt but I can say this place is the best among them all, it’s super clean , outstanding location, great value for money, the staff are amazing people, very respectful, they’re ready to help you and make your stay as comfortable as possible, Mr. Samih is truly a great manager, ask him anything and you’ll be surprised how professional he is and knowledgeable . I truly can’t thank them enough for everything.

Literally nothing

Its not my first stay here , this place’s management is beyond exceptional As am a frequent guest , i arrived today finding my reservation upgraded for free Mr Sameh the operation manager makes your experience really special with every detail

Nothing

Every thing is great about this property

Nothing I don’t like about it, it’s fantastic

Everything is excellent with very friendly staff

Nothing

Nothing like this place, it’s so clean and beautiful, very comfortable and quiet, staff are so friendly and nice, Mr. Sameh is such a great manager he pays well attention to everything and every detail around I am so extending my stay there.

There’s literally nothing I dislike about this place, everything was just perfect

Location, staff behaviour

No ramp access to the reception.

I’ve booked this stay and I knew I will renew, everything in this place is perfect, clean and updated, every time you walk into the building you would feel it’s brand new, in very perfect location, closer to everything, very safe , staff are absolutely fantastic amazing people, they’re ready for you 24 /7 , Mr. Samih is really great guy , ready to go extra mile for your satisfaction and comfort. I thank him and them from bottom of my heart. This is your home away from home.

Literally there is nothing I don’t like about this property

Good hotel located close to the airport, only about 15 minutes away. The rooms are quite comfortable and well maintained.

The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which barely worked during our stay.

I liked the cleanliness, calmness, and smiley respectively staff.

Excellent experience

Every thing

Very poor customer services. I booked my stay late on the night before for 4 nights so it should have been very clear that I will be staying as planned, however due to unforeseen family event I had to cancel they refused to refund my money even partially (could have charged 2 days or so to show appreciation of my reasons for cancellation ) and poor correspondence their aim is money regardless .

This is our third time using Prime Residence. We always use them when we visit Cairo. The properties are modern, spacious, in good locations and they have everything that you need. The staff are amazing especially the manager (Sameh Monier)! They staff are very helpful. We will definitely return to this location again.

The location is nearby to most things

Noisy street.

Location moderna, funzionale e pulita vicino all'aeroporto.

I loved everything about that place since I touched their door dash until I left , not sure what best because all was best , the receptionist Martina , and her colleagues Mohamed and their manager Sameh , the bellman always smiled with no reason but to make people feels welcome, not miss Hazem and the very supportive maintenance gentleman Mohamed , All are Aces on my book . I really encourage all my fellow Americans whom traveling visiting Cairo , Egypt to try that luxury & peace, service, location…, all was fantastic as our standards . This place not less than any 7 stars place in Dubai specifically clean rooms and lobby and all . Can’t say but excellent luxurious property and definitely I will be back .

Prime Residence in Heliopolis is a great place to stay thanks to its excellent location, close to key areas and the airport. The property is very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the manager is very professional and attentive. Overall, a pleasant and convenient experience.

Nothing

Very nice staff especially mr. Mohammad hamada , mr. Mohammad nabeel the manager and also mrs.Martina . Thank you for the hospitality

The only negative comment was the noise coming from the street outside, otherwise every thing was perfect

The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything, the staff was amazing, Mr Samih and others were great team , I had a little problem in my apartment they fixed it in a matter of minutes , thank to them they made my trip very pleasant

Everything in general was perfect

They dont have a non smoker room

The wifi was good, location was close to everything

I had to change my room as the water heater was not working so they asked me to move to another room after 1 night ,no one was there to help with moving the luggage but MrSameh was really professional handling the issue right away without even asking!

The room was comfortable and lovely - had a bunch of functional and nice amenities. I thought the brand name hotels were overpriced and found Prime to be fairly priced.

Nothing

Absolutely loved my stay, very hospitable and prime location. Room was immaculate and staff were helpful and kind.

The lack of water bottles.

Perfect location, very clean and quiet

This is not my first time staying at Prime Residence properties. Every time I visit Cairo, it is always my first choice for accommodation. I continue to book with them for many reasons — the outstanding hospitality, 24/7 staff availability, consistently clean apartments, and the incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful team. Security and safety are always a top priority. The property is secured around the clock with cameras and professional security staff, which makes it feel extremely safe — even for solo female travelers. All of these exceptional standards are clearly the result of strong leadership. Special thanks to the Operations Manager, Mr. Sameh, for maintaining such a well-organized and high-quality service. Highly recommended, and I will definitely continue choosing Prime Residence whenever I'm in Cairo.
