The view, the kitchen, the hot water everywhere, the value, the size.

The washer doesn't dry and the bed is a two separate single joined together you feel the wood in your back if u move a bit. Netflix is there but no subscription. Fan was noisy in the room, ceiling lights above the sofa are directed to the eyes, the sofa is saggy a bit, mattresses also saggy a bit.

الفندق قريب من كل الخدمات يوجد تحت الفندق سوبر ماركت فيها كل الاحتياجات يوجد به كل أنواع الأسماك وطبعاً سمك الكنعد والروبيان موجود يوجد في الفندق أدوات الطبخ ويوجد حوض سباحة مطل على المدينة منطقه جلوس على الحوض ومنطقة سباحة للأطفال بالنسبة الى الاماكن السياحية تبعد مسافة قصيرة وتحتاج الى سياره للتنقل

It was so spacious and exceeded our expectations. Place was tidy, cozy, and lovely. All the facilities were also very nice

They don’t provide a water dispenser so we had to buy bottled water during our stay.

- Cleanliness was good - Appliances were new (and great) - microwave, fridge, washing-machine/dryer) - overall the place is clean but . - the staff were very friendly (thanks MS) and helpful. - in my 10 day stay, the apartment was cleaned 3 times (prepare to buy your own toilet paper) - handy is the row of shops under the hotel including grocery shop (The Food Merchant), a couple of restaurants, and Luckin Coffee) - 5-7 minute drive (10-20RM Grab) to twin towers. - 5 minute wall to Intermark Mall

The apartment is obviously in need of a refresh. - old/heavily used and in need of maintenance and somewhat disappointing as it looked nothing like the pics - The toilet seats were broken and loosely attached, - The couches had stains and were covered with a simple sheet to hide it - The tap was broken and unattached in the master bedroom - Light fittings were removed and live electrical wire can be seen on ceiling - Coffee tables were "fixed" buy using duct tape under the glass (and old and ripped at that) - !!! Water pressure is abysmal and barely usable. Sometimes the water would drop like 5 drops per second. The pressure is so low that the hand held sprayer doesn't have enough pressure to stay on when you press the divert button Although the location is about 5 minute drive from the twin Towers, traffic during peak times is horrendous around this area. If you are caught in peak times, expect a complete standstill=. Make sure you plan around this.

L’emplacement à proximité de kLcc ainsi que la présence de commerce alimentaire à proximité. L’appartement est spacieux et la piscine est impressionnante. La présence d’une machine à laver séchante est très appréciable.

Nous avons eu de petits insectes dans la cuisine, cependant dès que j’ai averti l’hôte, il est intervenu avec un professionnel pour le traitement.

Bel emplacement dans un quartier calme. Personnel au top. Hôtel propre. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Le commerce en bas de l'hôtel.

Trouvé 2 ou 3 cafards qui trainaient prés de la poubelle, dans la cuisine. La caution.

Location was great, with a supermarket and food outlets downstairs. Walking distance to a Mall. However, there is almost always a lot of traffic on Jalan Ampang so plan for that when you have appointments.

There were small cockroaches in the apartment.

Value for money

Présence de cafards, propreté à revoir et rafraîchir l’appartement serait nécessaire. Les serviettes méritent d’être renouvelées. Une chambre s’apparente plus à un cagibi sans fenêtre d’ailleurs.

The property location is good place and team is also accomodating

The housekeeping communicated was not restricted for once a week but once a booked the confirmation of once a week was informed

This apartment was supposed to be 5 star. It is 3 star at best. The apartment is very run down. The facilities available in the kitchen are bare minimum. I would not recommend this place.

Location and premises.

Our unit master bedroom toilet needs to be upgraded. There is a constant stench coming out from the toilet bowl after flushing. Also needed to keep the place clean from bird droppings.

- The location is smack middle of everything. - The staff, especially the guards, are always so friendly and nice

- there were black bugs in the master bedroom bathroom - the bed seemed a bit hard this time around - The shower was leaking from the connector

J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement idéal de l'hôtel ainsi que la vue magnifique depuis ma chambre. De plus, la gestion des ascenseurs est excellente : contrairement à d'autres établissements, il n'y a aucune attente pour se déplacer dans l'immeuble.

Il serait appréciable de fournir des bouteilles d'eau pour chaque nuit et pour chaque client, plutôt que de les offrir uniquement à l'arrivée. C'est un petit détail qui améliorerait grandement le confort au quotidien.

Great location. Convenient facilities. Overall clean and quiet. Beautiful view over the city, especially at night and when it lightening started. Big windows gave a great view.

Toilets need a thorough cleaning. Discolouration in toilet bowl is off putting . Towels are very thin and feel scratchy. One room had no window in the 3 bed apartment. King bed was made up of 2 singles and the middle part was uncomfortable.

It is a WOW experience, the check in was clear. The facility is new, clean, and comfortable.

Location is very good. Close to most main tourist sites by foot. Spacious, well maintained and quiet. Facilities provided like washing machine and kitchenette is useful.

Toilets although clean had discolouration and the towels were too rough and cheap. The foot mats in he bathrooms were very cheap quality and looked unclean.

Parking was too high up, too many speed bumps in parking garage.

The concierge was fantastic! Went out of his way to help us, had great communications and always friendly.

One pillow was very soft; almost empty. And there could have been 1 or 2 more of the firm ones. Very little cooking equipment and kitchen items in general (e.g. just two bowls, no knives - paring, cutting, dinner). The one vegetable chopper was so dull, it mashed vegetables rather than cut them. A toaster would be good. The washing machine is supposedly dual purpose - washing and drying - but didn't dry. As there was no clothes horse and limited hangers, this was an issue.

The property is big for 4pax. There are two rooms and a very spacious living room and kitchen. The staff is so nice and was able to accommodate me for the last monite booking.

The place is beautiful and comfortable, the cleanliness is excellent, the location is exceptional, and the person in charge of reservations was wonderful and very helpful.

I like the idea that is very close to the city free parking

The room was so smelly. I was giving adjoining room and I’m leaving there for one person only I booked for three days. I left half an hour after checking in there was blood stain on my sofa and covering up and when her eyes they were lying about what is that? SpiritualY I saw what I should not see which is very scary. He promised me to give me back at least half of my payment but it didn’t really happen
