We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was great, especially because it was very close to the airport, which made it very convenient for us. The staff at the reception were extremely kind, friendly and helpful, and they made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was also very comfortable, which was perfect after a long day of travelling. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located accommodation in Manila.

The room is as advertised. It’s a little small but to be expected. We only stayed for one night as we had a connecting flight but was just enough for that…

Everything seems quite basic. The AC is in the living room so had to have it on a really low temp and high fan to reach the bedroom. Walls are so thin you can hear every noise from other rooms and when planes are passing. All morning we had banging (sounded like repairs or maintenance) from either the room next to or above us. One night was enough for us.

EXCELLENT AS ALWAYS! This is my go-to place to stay when I visit Manila. I love how cozy the space is with all the amenities needed and close to most establishments. :) Will definitely come back.

Well, whenever I sleep in the partitioned bedroom, I can always hear noise from the next room, as if they're right beside me. If they're talking or playing something on their phones. It was noisy.

Check-in process was hassle-free. The entire unit was clean and very aesthetic. The auto-spray air freshener (I think) smelled good, it startled me at first but I got used to it eventually. Even if cooking is not allowed, I don’t mind. Will definitely book again when I’m in the area.

Le logement est très facile d’accès, proche du centre commercial et de l’aéroport. Il y a de quoi manger très proche de l’immeuble. C’est très propre il n’y a rien à en redire

Ce n’est pas la faute du logement en lui même mais plus de l’immeuble, les odeurs de remontées d’égout dans les toilettes. Mais il y a un diffuseur d’odeur automatique qui couvre bien l’odeur donc ça n’est pas insupportable. Pareil ce n’est pas vraiment la faute du logement mais les murs sont fins on entend les voisins comme s’ils étaient dans le logement. Mais quand toute le monde dort ça n’est pas du tout dérangeant!

The unit is clean and looks the same as in the pictures. It’s within walking distance of MOA, which was very convenient after attending a concert. We sleep with the bedroom door closed and woke up during the night because it was hot, as the air conditioning is in the living room. Thankfully, there is a fan. Early in the morning, the neighboring unit was very loud, and we could hear them from the bedroom.

We can hear the noise from the other unit.

Fast check-in process. The ambiance and the cleanliness. Also, talking about the location, it is walking distance to the SM MOA. (15 minutes' walk). I probably want to stay again if ever.

The only problem is that we can hear neighbor's talking in the bedroom. And also, we can't cook in the unit.

The host was incredibly accommodating and flexible. Despite my flight being rescheduled twice, she graciously allowed us to adjust my booking both times. The space itself was cozy, comfortable, and very well-maintained.

Красивая и чистая квартира. Хороший wi-fi, чайник, холодильник и кондиционер. Поблизости кафе, продуктовый магазин alfamart и ТЦ MOA Удобная самостоятельная регистрация.

Хозяину квартиры стоит подумать о шумоизоляции. Спать невозможно, так как весь шум от соседей - будет в вашей комнате.

Repeat guest here. I always prefer to stay here during my Manila visits. The place is cozy and clean with all the amenities. Except cooking isn't allowed to maintain the cleanliness of the place. Which isn't an issue for me as I prefer to order in food. I like to chill and watch Netflix, Prime or Youtube since it's already has an account ready to use.

Only issue though is that in the bedroom, the walls are too thin as you can clearly hear the next room talking or playing music.

Great location, was a good size for the 2 of us. It was nice that the bed was in its own separate room. I was working remotely and the internet was super.

I LIKED EVERYTHING!! The host was nice, the room was so cozy, I'd love to come back and stay again. It has everything that you need in the room. I loved how the bed was in a partition, so it's not directly to the AC and you get privacy. I enjoyed using their smart TV. There's a fridge and microwave and other kitchen essentials. The location is perfect, walking distance to SM MOA and ARENA. It's a quiet area too so I love that.

My stay was so short. I'll choose to stay here next time.

Very clean and comfortable apartment with great ammenities. Location was great for an airport layover. The host was very helpful and communicative and provided easy to follow check-in/out information. The check-in and out process at the apartment was quick and seamless. A number of food options/malls a short walk away.

The only downside was the thin walls and loud neighbours. It felt like we were a part of whatever was being watched or played next door (which was apparently some sort of war/battle) - we could hear chatter, explosions, bullets, and even phone notifications through the wall. May have just been bad luck for us if the units are usually quiet but this was loud past midnight and into the early morning.

I've stayed at this property twice during my layovers and absolutely love it. It's small, but perfect for a solo traveler like me. The location is super convenient close to shops ( cafes, nails salons, laundry , massage place) and mall of asia which made everything easier. Check-in and check-out were smooth, thanks to the detailed instructions provided by the host. Highly recommend this place!

Spacious, modern, clean and felt like a home from home for a one night stay. There’s complimentary Netflix and Amazon Prime which was great for relaxing after a night of travelling! The host was responsive when needed. Would recommend this place.

No option for early check in sadly. The building staff are also not friendly at all but this is not the host’s fault!

The apartment was located near the malls and very close to the airport so travel didn’t take long for places we wanted to go. The area was very convenient to call a Grab ride and food places were conveniently within walking distances with many options.

The space was small however the images posted are true to size I just didn’t expect that it would be too small for my partner and I to move around.

Took about 1 hour to get into our room. We arrived at 12am from the airport. The security at the front desk did not know we were coming as the owner did not let them know. Apparently this has happened before.. They tried to contact the owner several times with no answer. They eventually said they will just have to let us in. Very frustrating

The room itself was clean and had the basic amenities items that you would need during your stay although cooking was not allowed which was just fine. Checking in and checking out was fast and easy. The apartment was well lit and ventilated and nicely decorated.

The room was built without sound proofing. In the bedroom, you could clearly hear the conversation from adjacent room that I could say was being occupied by Chinese tenants or guests. This made me wonder how the other guests managed to sleep with such noise. The worst part was when the couple started doing their "private stuff" for hours. Their inconsiderate loud screams and moans made us awake and felt agitated for obvious reason. Had to transfer my son to the living room as to keep him away from the noise. It was such a disgusting and embarrassing experience. The following night was the same experience. Did not get proper sleep at all for 2 nights. Found the owner/host less accommodating and unfriendly. I asked if I could pay extra so I could take my mom with us. I was told that only 2 occupants were allowed which was just fine with me however, I was expecting a more polite and friendly manner of conveying the message. Did not have any sort of "good customer service" experience at all.
