Location

Room too small. Lack of basic things like tissue paper, fridge, hand soap at sink. Safe placed on floor- difficult to use especially for seniors.

Location was good. 5 mins walk to Sibu central market & night market. KFC which is 24 hours just next to hotel. Many cafes, coffee shops and shops like pharmacies, supermarkets just 5-10 mins walk. Sibu heritage Center & Parkson dept mall 15 mins walk away. Nice park & Sibu promenade just next to hotel. Rooms were modern, new and very clean, staff were very helpful & friendly. Bed & pillows were comfy. Restaurant next to hotel serves good meals like Wine chicken soup mee Sua & wide range for Sibu food.

This immaculate hotel is really well located to pop out to the central market. The staff could not have been more helpful in every small detail We loved the large white towels and spotless m modern shower room.

The room smells kinda weird. If it wasn’t for that, i would have given it full rating.

The location was strategic.The cleanliness was good and the staff was very helpful.

I love everything about the hotel except for one thing.I didn’t like that the towel rack was beside the toilet bowl, and the toilet lid was left open as well. Hopefully the management and housekeeping can improve the towel placement in the future.

Susah untuk berkomunikasi dengan pihak hotel. Contohnya, untuk meminta bantuan/servis. Saya menunggu lama untuk satu servis saya request untuk ironing set sehingga saya sendiri perlu turun ke receptionist untuk bertanya directly & mengangkut sendiri iron board beserta iron tersebut ke atas.

We stayed at Swan Hotel for 8 nights and 9 days and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. Special thanks to Emmanuel at the front desk. He was very friendly, helpful, alert, and efficient every time we needed something. He made check-in smooth, gave great local tips, and handled our requests quickly. Staff like him really make a difference. Would definitely stay again and recommend Swan Hotel. Thanks for the hospitality! Pros: Clean rooms, good location, excellent service Cons: Not a sound proof room Highly recommend Swan Hotel if you’re in the area.

Noise people walking and talking outside can be heard, caused disturbance.

Hotel was clean and comfortable.staff was excellent. Lost a personal item and they did their best to get it back for me. Appreciate it very much.

It was right in the middle to Sibu town. We were able to walk to the Central market. AN interesting place to visit to see what local fare is available. the room was small but adequate for a one night stay. Many of the facilities were above average for a small hotel.

It was difficult to get to the hotel. You see it there but the road leading to the hotel was hard to find

This is my 2nd visit. I would like to compliment the front office staff. Apparently the owner managed to not only recruit but also trained their staff well. The location was near to my preferences (i.e. the market)

None. I just hope that the management maintains their facilities and services. The room was to my liking. Very convenient. I as for now, have nothing other than convenient when it comes to the hotel.

Only the parking if limited if you're driving. But not their fault. Local council should have clear instructions on paying the fees.

The Swan Hotel provides excellent accommodation for visitors. I especially liked its central location so I could walk everywhere. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The room is neat, clean and cheerful. The location is very convenient. The staff is very customer friendly.

The twists and turns to get to the parking area. But it's not a deal breaker.

Perfect location access to everything is so convenient especially for food. The staffs are brilliant always smiling and very helpful Mrs SU the owner is excellent. The open market is a must visit very near the hotel

The Hotel location is very Good at town area and easy to window shopping around that place

Water in the shower is so slow. It'll be better if they provides iron and the board instead of getting it from the receptionist at the lobby. Not so convinient.

strategic place for me

The receptionist do not communicate well. I asked him where to throw my rubbish, but with a blurry face he cannot answer. He kept my IC upon check in & forgot to return it back even after I have checked out. Apart of that, everything was great!

The room was not worth the price we paid for.

The location of the hotel is right at the center of the city. It's a walking distance to most points of interest. We walked to the sibu central market every day for breakfast and dinner. Cause is the closest. And about 5 mins away you can reach the sibu heritage centre. It's very convenient

The hotel is lacking most hotel offers, such as laundry bags and tissues for regular use. Instead we are given a tissue roll. A tissue roll without a holder. The electrical plug in my room is a bit loose and the safe is also broken. The hotel should have a mini fridge, useful for us to keep some food that requires refrigerated.

Great little place for a short stay in Sibu. Near to the Central Market and night market. Room is contemporary, clean and comfortable.

Just be aware that the room is tiny! Suitable for just one person on a short biz trip. Also note that there is no lift as the rooms are only one floor up.
