Even my booking was confirmed still they take lot of time. + in my invoice it 579 but they charged 581. 2 riyal difference is not a problem but there should be proper agreement. Its fine to pay that but they need to confirm that booking payment. Very bad experience 👎 0 staff 0 front table manager

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026الموقع قريب من الحرم،الفندق جميل ونظيف واستقبلنا استاذ محمد الجهني مدير الاستقبال وكان متعاون جدا معنا واسلوبه راقي، وطلبت غرفه خماسيه وجحزي كان غرفه رباعيه، واعطاني غرفة مساحتها كبيرة وارسل العمال لاضافة سرير خماسي في الغرفة بدون رسوم اضافيه، وجميع الموظفين متعاونين وبشوشين، والغرفة نظيفة جدا ، وساحجز فيه الزيارات القادمة للمدينة ان شاء الله، وانصح به جدا

نشب حريق في المطبخ أثناء إقامتي وتعامل الطاقم كان في قمة الأستهتار في عدم إخلاء الفندق عند انطلاق صافرات الإنذار لثقتهم أنهم سيسيطرون علي الحريق لو خرج عن السيطرة لوقعت كارثه لكن الحمدلله ستر ربي وكانت ليلة مزعجة للمقيمين

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Alhumdulillah, had a wonderful 4-night stay. The location is excellent, just 5-8 minutes walk to Masjid Nabawi, which made our visits so easy. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Special thanks to REHAM at the front desk. She was incredibly warm, helpful, and professional throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Her excellent service truly added to our experience. Highly recommend this hotel, and do ask for Reham if you need anything!

بعيد عن الحرم والطريق غير ملائم لكرسي متحرك العمال حاطين عربة التنظيف مقابل باب الغرفة وكل مرة انبه انه عندي كرسي وهذا يعيقني في الدخول والخروج بدون استجابة

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026اقامة ممتعة وجميلة ومريحة ( القرب من المسجد النبوي ، النظافة ، توافر ما نحتاجه في مكان الإقامة ، حسن التعامل مع الموظفين سواء في الاستقبال أو العاملين ) الصراحة كل شئ جميل ماعدا مواقف السيارات ( المكان جدا ضيق ، لم نستعمل سيارتنا طوال رحلتنا واعتمدنا على التاكسي للتنقل في الأماكن السياحية) ، ياليت هذه المشكلة الادارة تجد لها حل لأنه استمتعنا باقامتنا في الفندق ، وكلنا امل في الحجز فيه مستقبلا .

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026I check in to the hotel on Monday at 9:30 a.m. There were two staff members at the reception, and neither of them even asked if I needed any assistance. They just sat there looking at me without offering any help. Then I was given a very poor room. The bedside lamp didn’t work, there was a coffee machine that was also broken, and even the power outlet barely worked. I had to go down to the lobby just to charge my phone. The housekeeping staff, however, were excellent. They worked very efficiently and were always helpful. They truly deserve recognition for their hard work. What I didn’t like was that the hotel looks completely different in reality compared to the photos. The actual quality is much lower than advertised. It’s overpriced and doesn’t provide even basic value for the money. The rooms and the building are in need of cosmetic renovation. I’m giving this hotel only 3 out of 10, and that’s solely out of respect for the housekeeping staff. I do not recommend this hotel.

Tesis mekke otellerine nazaran çok lüks değil. Odamız küçüktü. Ve biraz eskiydi. Ama ravzaya yakın olmak herşeye değerdi. Diğer oteller arasında en uygun fiyatlı otel burasıydı.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Great location, spacious large rooms, and very friendly cleaning staff who assist promptly. The cleaning staff are excellent and very welcoming they always provide water, clean towels and clean the rooms well.
The bed mattresses need to be replaced in the entire hotel. The first night disappointed beds were itchy, and I could not sleep. The second night, after informing the cleaning staff, they replaced the sheets and cleaned the room, but again, the bed mattresses were itchy. Unfortunately all the bed mattresses are old in the hotel and must be replaced this has nothing to do with cleaning staff they were excellent!

Two elevators were reserved as service lift and emergency services. At least one could be opened up for the guest during peak usage hours, otherwise guest are left with only 4 lifts
