We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was spotless, well-kept, and equipped with everything one could possibly need. The host was very kind and welcoming, which made our experience even better. The highlight for me was definitely the Finnish sauna — such a great feature! We truly enjoyed our time here and will most likely come back again.

Apartmán se nachází 10 min cesty od autobusového a vlakového nádraží, takže ideální lokalita pro výlety do okolí města. Je krásně, útulně a stylově zařízený a je v něm veškeré vybavení, které host může potřebovat i při delších pobytech. Byt byl perfektně uklizený, skvělá byla i terasa a sauna. Vše fungovalo bez problémů, pobyt jsme si velmi užili. Ubytování zde vřele doporučuji.

Overall! 😊First, the property is near the Rovaniemi train station which the bus to Santa Claus Village is also there. Walking distance to city center and shops. Second, the property is very clean, cozy, organize, and all the facilities are there. There is own sauna too! 😊 Third, Jarmo is very friendly, nice and kind! He was very responsive from the start I booked the place. 😊 My cousin liked the place very much. Kiitos paljon Jarmo! 🙏

L’appartamento piccolo ma completo di tutto, pulito e accogliente, caldo e silenzioso. Vicino alla stazione del treno di rovaniemi a circa 15 min a piedi dal centro. Sauna in casa bellissima. Ma la mia completa ammirazione va all’host che è stato a dir poco fantastico! Ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli prima del check in e dopo il check out, e’ stato sempre reperibile per ogni nostro dubbio, e molto educato, disponibile e simpatico! Appartamento straconsigliato davvero!

Well located close to the station Clean and quiet Apartment had its own sauna but we didn’t get the time to use it unfortunately

Jarmo was very kind and willing to help everything. Location was 5mins to the railway station, room and facilities were really nice and cozy. Also it has its own finnish sauna, which was wonderful, the most favorite stay during my journey in Finland:)

Siisti ja viihtyisä asunto. Hyvä varustelu sekä kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi asunnosta. Vuokraajan kanssa kommunikointi oli sujuvaa sekä ohjeistus todella selkeää. Hiljainen ja rauhallinen ympäristö takasi hyvät yöunet.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable two-day stay. The host always responded promptly and was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, with many small touches that made us feel right at home. Highly recommended—the best place I have ever stayed!

Comfortable bed, nice sauna, quiet place, close to train station, helpful host.

We had a great time at Rovaniemi and we loved the Appartment. You have everything you need, can easily walk to the city and also to the supermarket. The sauna is a highlight and also the support of the owner. Good to know: you are right next to the railwaystation, so you can use the Airport Express (bus). If we are ever coming back, we will remember Jarmo and we will stay at this Appartment for sure.

Everything necessary for a two-person apartment in a cold climate was included. The car plug offered is an added bonus for the parking spot, which is also a great feature.

Sauna essential oils would be wonderful to have.

Very cozy and homely . I could be relaxed . Also, it close to train station , 5 mins walk. There is supermarket near by and city centre is 20 mins walk. It is all walking distance. The host is super accommodating and friendly. I will strongly recommend it and in fact I have started to spread the words to my friends.

Very friendly and responsive owner. He was ready to get to the apartment early and collect the luggage. He helped us plan activities in the city. The apartment was extremely comfortable: warm, clean, spacious with all the necessary equipment and dry food. The apartment has a quality sauna and a very comfortable bed. Christmas decoration adds to the festive spirit. We recommend the accommodation without hesitation.

Clean and cozy apartments. The host was nice and easy to communicate with, very quick to respond to questions. The Christmas tree and small details made the check inn even sweeter. The sauna was just the perfect end to the day. Highly recommend.

Very cosy apartment and well equipped with everything to make your stay pleasant. The sauna was exceptional, especially after a day outside in the snow. The owner was very kind. There were the little details that mattered also: chocolates on the pillow upon our arrival, a Christmas tree and very responsive to all our questions. The location was perfect: near the train station and bus station, and a short walk away from shops. Also close to the city centre.

Unfortunately, ratings stop at 10. We recommend this place.
