Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Ottima posizione per visitare la città, con molti luoghi interessanti per bere un caffè o pranzare attorno. La struttura è veramente bella e ha anche una zona cucina comune (con acqua fresca sempre a disposizione - non scontato!), oltre a un bellissimo patio. La camera era piccola ma accogliente, moderna e pulita. La mamma di Maria è stata gentilissima e nonostante non parlasse l’italiano siamo riusciti a capirci :)
Potrebbe essere difficoltoso soggiornare qui per chi ha problemi di mobilità, in quanto non è presente l’ascensore. Suggerirei inoltre di aggiungere qualche mobile o ripiano in più per poter riporre oggetti e vestiti, ma è un plus. Gli unici difetti che ho notato sono stati la finestra della stanza, che dava sulle scale e non sull’esterno, e l’insonorizzazione tra le stanze (che non è un problema se i tuoi vicini di stanza sono silenziosi). È stato comunque un piacevole soggiorno!

Il bagno si trova tra la camera e l'unica finestra. Per cui è necessario tenera la porta del bagno aperta per fare entrare luce. Inoltre, l'assenza di zanzariere ha permesso a tantissime zanzare di entrare in camera.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026El alojamiento está muy cerca de todo, se puede acceder a todos los sitios de interés caminando, eso si para subir luego es mejor coger un Uber que también están muy bien de precio… la habitación súper limpia cuidando cada detalle. Luisa la encargada súper atenta, una mujer muy cariñosa nos mostró toda la casa que cuenta con una terraza muy acogedora… los baños super limpios y cuidados. Repetiremos sin duda 💕

Buona posizione (circa 20 minuti a piedi dal centro). Possibilità di avere un parcheggio auto a pagamento aperto 24 ore su 24 a soli due minuti a piedi.
Bagno piccolo. Asciugacapelli piccolo e poco funzionante.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026La struttura è nuova e curata. Tutto pulito e in ordine, tranquillo. Ringrazio Maria e sua mamma per l’accoglienza e per averci offerto della frutta del giardino (deliziosi i fichi appena raccolti). Siamo stati benissimo, come se fossimo a casa di parenti! Super consigliato

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Nicely renovated old building with a beautiful staircase, clean and quiet room. Strong water pressure in the shower. Communication with the host was quick and easy via booking app.
No breakfast served, although not a problem to walk to one of the nearby cafés. Some more shelves or hooks in the room would be appreciated.

Everything was great, but if I pick one tiny downside, the beds were little smaller than I expected :) Room was great for one or two nights, as I did and I recommend it for it!

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Un hotel muy bonito, con estilo portugués. María nos recibió muy amablemente y fue todo muy cómodo. Tiene zona común para comer o picar algo y es muy tranquilo. ¡Para parejas es genial!
Nuestra habitación tenía en el baño una apertura que daba al pasillo ¡se oía todo! Pero es algo que no afectaba mucho.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026L'emplacement est au top ! La petite cuisine et espace extérieur sont vraiment des plus. C'est très propre. L'accueil de Maria était vraiment sympathique. Elle a tout fait pour que nous nous sentions bien. Ventilateur, deshumidificateur..
Il y avait ne odeur d'humidité dans la chambre. Il y a une rue passante côté ville, donc chambre bruyante dans la journée, pas possible d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour la sieste.

Very small room, old door and window with no soundproof. The dining area is a joke: 2 chairs, a small table, a sink and a refrigerator on the hallway, not even in a small room. I would not stay here again.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026The bathroom is one of the cleanest I’ve ever seen. It truly looks newly done with zero mold and dirt. Really impressed with that. The beds are also extremely comfortable, two twin beds together which I also prefer, with fairly comfortable pillows. There is a small balcony that opens to the street. Location is great in terms of the city.
There is really no way of cooling down in the apartment. There is a small fan-like device that does not blow cool air, but only oscillates the existing air. So you have to open the balcony in order to get cool air, which is impossible to sleep with since there is traffic and noise on the street all night. This might be the biggest problem I have encountered with Lisbon and Porto accommodation. No AC and loud street noise. I you could sleep through that, that you’re good.

La salle de bain bien que petite fait l’affaire. Il y avait une petite odeur d’humidité. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur pour accéder aux étages.

Konieczność schodzenia do kuchni na sam parter z trzeciego piętra - w pokoju lub na korytarzu na piętrze mógłby być dostępny chociaż czajnik elektryczny i filiżanki.
