Struttura perfetta, proprio come in foto, camera spaziosa anche il bagno era molto grande. Pulizia impeccabile, la stanza veniva pulita tutti i giorni. Infine una cosa fondamentale la posizione, la struttura si trova in centro, lungo una delle vie principali piene di negozi e ristoranti ma appena entri nel cortile si respira subito un aria dí tranquillità e relax.

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa manca un phone e un frigorifero anche se noi non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno

Have stayed at Teja Home stay twice now and the host family has always been very sweet and welcoming. Cleaning staff do a very good job as well!

ABSOLUTELY SPOTLESSLY CLEAN , no bugs , no mosquitos, the owners take great care of the place … quiet and lovely to stay around à Balinese beautuful family , great location … it seriously is a hidden gem … the deluxe room is great , this my third time at Teja …. I live in bali and stay in the centre of ubud , so it’s a great price and safe and just lovely … slept so peacefully

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Teja home stay and thought it was incredible value for money. The property is so beautiful, quiet and serene despite being in the center of Ubud. The room was perfectly comfortable, clean and spacious. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful host family and centrally located

The private rooms were very clean and had all accommodations I needed! The staff was so friendly and helpful. I loved being able to feed the koi and chat with Teja in the mornings.

Every morning, cigarette smoke would waft into both of our rooms regardless of whether our A/C was on or not. It was strong and made us both feel sick :( There was a rooster nearby that started crowing at about 3:30am every morning and again every couple of hours after that. I understand this can't be controlled but it would have been nice to be given a warning so I could put my earbuds in.

まだ新しいゲストハウスなのかもしれません。 とにかく凄く清潔です。シンプルな部屋です。 Wi-Fiも問題ないし、テレビはYouTubeやネットフリックスが見れます。 ペットボトルの水が貰えた。 ルームクリーニングは毎日入ってくれました。

とにかくシンプルで何も無い。 冷蔵庫やヘアドライヤーがあったら便利だと思いました。

Men bracht 3% extra in rekening toen ik met debit card mijn 3 daags verblijf betaalde. Dit was de eerste en enige keer tijdens mijn verblijf van 4 weken op Bali dat er extra kosten in rekening werden gebracht bij het gebruik van een bankpas!

Amazing staff, very helpful! The location is perfect as everything is walking distance. The room was very spacious with a large balcony!

Es war wirklich wunderschön. Die Lage ist perfekt mitten in der City und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Dir Zimmer einfach , aber alles was man braucht zum wohlfühlen.

I loved my time at Teja Home Stay! It is very centrally located in Ubud, the property itself is very pretty (architecturally, foliage/flowers, etc.), and the room was very clean and spacious. Would absolutely stay here again.

Location was PERFECT if you want to be right in the middle of town. Fabulous traditional homestay tucked away into a little alley right off the main street but the homestay itself was quiet and peaceful with a family temple, lots of gardens, a fish tank, a fish pond, traditional balinese decoration, and they also provided 2 bottles of water daily which was a nice touch, and housekeeping daily. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Also the room was a great size with lots of light, a luggage rack that made access to my stuff easy and effortless, and an awesome private balcony (note that the balcony is also the entrance so technically it could be accessed by others from the stairwell but only 1 other room used that stairwell and they were on the other side so no one ever entered my balcony area. The balcony also had a great view of the traditional balinese rooftops around. Just lovely. And the price was absolutely incredible for the value.

I personally would stay farther from the center next time as Ubud center in general is a little hectic and for my next time i'd prefer to be a little farther out in a more peaceful area, but for a first stay in ubud the location was honestly perfect. Equidistant between the Campuhan Ridge Walk area and the Monkey forest with lots of restaurants and shops around. It also isn't "fancy" per se (walls were bare/not decorated and regular comforter rather than a duvet) but if that's not something you value this is absolutely the place to stay at.

Lovely clean room with large bathroom and private balcony. One of our favourite places in Bali. Location is perfectly in the middle of Ubud, without being too busy. Teja Home Stay is set nice back off the street, preventing any noise from traffic into the place. We will be coming back for sure.

Excellent location, modern and up to date, clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Big shower and bathroom with a vent so there was no mouldy smell or fogging up of the mirror while you're taking a nice hot shower. You could tell the place was designed with the comfort of guests in mind. It's simple but clean, comfortable, and value for money. A short walk to many wonderful cafes and restaurants. Very kind and accommodating staff.

Nothing, really. There is construction going on which makes it slightly scary walking up the narrow pathway up to the guest house but nothing major honestly. Very quiet and peaceful, no disturbance from that at all.

Our reservation in another hotel was cancelled at last hour and we were so lucky to find a room at Teja.Room was large and bed comfortable,and everything was absolutely clean.An incredibly quiet! Location is great as well, 10 min by foot from Ubud Palace and lots of bars and restaurants

Great size room, very comfortable bed and beautiful outdoor area. We loved coming back here after a day out on the busy streets of Ubud...it was calm and peaceful at Teja. The staff were kind, gentle and worked hard keeping the property spotless. Excellent value for money, considering the great location.

Breakfast is no longer included, but this was not an issue for us as there are fabulous restaurant choices nearby.

I really liked the traditional aspect of the property. The garden is gorgeous with fish, flowers, bonsai and the talking bird. there is also a small temple. the staff is extremely friendly. clean and spacious room. location exactly in the center.

It’s located well. Also looks very beautiful, clear, and with cool talking bird.

Our stay starts with 30 minutes dispute about breakfast. I have to show 2 young guys my booking on English and Indonesian to prove I am right. Finally we get the same omelette for every day. It becomes disgusting on the 3rd day. Also I found the bedbugs, which destroyed me totally. I thought that it was mosquitoes and realised that it was bedbugs too late, when I found blood on my bed. Finally, in the last day we have to go to the hospital and turn back 30 minutes later to get our breakfast. When I describe the situation, and ask for the breakfast a bit later than it should be, hotel guys said me literally “your sick is your problem”. They laughed in my face.

We had a lovely stay at Teja Home Stay. It was very very comfortable and the people there were super friendly and would always ask us how our days were etc. We had a lovely driver pick us up - I Made Gandum. He was super friendly and helpful. We even got him again to bring us to Canggu. He would be great if you ever need a driver around Ubud. It is extremely central and no more than 15 minutes walk from anywhere in Ubud. The room was really clean and spacious. We had a great stay and would highly recommend staying here when you are in Ubud.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The place is simple but nice. Great value for money.

Sadly during our time (4 nights) they practiced at night (22:00-24:00) for some ceremony in the community center behind the accommodation. This was super loud and disturbing otherwise I think it would have been a quite place.

Had a wonderful stay at teja homestay!! The room exceeded our expectations...we stayed in the traditional balinese cottage which was spacious, clean & centerally located.the veranda is simply beautiful over looking a well kept garden.breakfast was yummy.i had the pleasure of chatting with the owner komang teja such a wonderful person & a great painter....the family lives in the premises which overall enhanced our expirience..well..where do i even start bout the bird!! The star attraction !!..i still miss him everyday...a big hello boss to the big lil fella🤩..i have found my go to place in ubud for my future travels. To mr komang teja hope you soon find time to follow yr passion of painting.you really are a great artist.thanks 🙏 for sharing your home with us.see you soon

From start to finish, my experience with the staff, facilities and airport pickup was exceptional! The gentleman who picked us up at the airport was very pleasant, polite, knowledgeable about the area and spoke a good amount of English. Because of our initial impressions, we decided to hire him for other excursions in the area. When we arrived at Teja Home Stay that evening, we were instantly impressed. From the beautiful property marked with several aquariums to the qualities and characteristics of our room, we knew we had made the correct choice for our one week stay in Ubud. The room was large and clean. The bathroom was much larger than many we have seen/used throughout our travels in Asia and the attached veranda was very charming and private. The staircase used to enter our room was designed for our use only. No one else needed to use it to access the upstairs area, which was very nice. The staff were all very friendly. Each morning we were greeted warmly with smiles and a delicious breakfast consisting of an omelet, toast, tea and an assortment of fresh fruits. There were inquiries as to whether or not we slept well (we slept like babies) and what plans we had for the day. All staff members were pleasant, interactive and approachable. Although the hotel is located on a relatively busy street, it is a good distance from the road and is very quiet, peaceful and serene. It’s conveniently located near many shops and restaurants, and it’s a great central location for walking around town or visiting some of the tourist attractions in the area.

Absolutely stunning place, gorgeous grounds and lovely, modern and very clean rooms. The shower was hot and high pressure. The staff are friendly and super helpful and Teja the owner is happy to advise you with places to visit etc. The omelette breakfast is yummy, and the location is perfect for waking around the town, right next to a scooter rental place and nearby to excellent restaurants. Amazing value for money right in the centre of Ubud.

Best Location for Ubud stay, It is close to everything.

Clean and comfortable accommodation, nice omelette and fruit breakfast with Balienese coffee. Airport transfer with Made Gandam excellent service! Made waited 2.5 hours as my flight was delayed, such a kind and gentle man. Great location, safe and relaxing for solo woman traveller :-)

We absolutely like the location of Teja Homestay. It’s along Hanoman street where you can find several shops and close to plenty options for warungs.

What they can improve on is getting rid of the mosquitoes esp in the toilet. While they don’t bite, they hover on your skin (probably cos we applied repellent),it’s still uncomfortable. They can spray when preparing the room for guests check-in.

Excellent location, close to everything by walking. The host was very sweet and welcoming. Cleanliness was 100% amazing. They cleaned the room every day and we didn’t see any bugs ever, not even one! :) Clean sheets and AC. Highly recommend staying here. Great value!

Staff members were so nice, helpful and polite. The place is in the heart of Ubud and yet it feels very private and secluded. Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it

The room, it was huge, very comfortable, it was one of the best rooms I've seen I Ubud.

The location is truly second to none. Everything you could ever need is at your doorstep. The bathroom was huge and the air conditioning was functioning very well too. The room was very comfortable.
