Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Once entered the room is wide and clean. My kids like it very much and the toilet is clean as well. The units also allow swimming pool and sauna, super comfort and kids friendly.
Maybe the toilet mirror can be bigger, the size currently felt like 8inch only, very small.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026I like it’s near to the place I was going to.
The fan was not working and I wasn’t informed beforehand. A simple heads up can cool off my heart but they didn’t say anything until I informed them. I think because of public holiday, they marked up the price as high as RM700 for a studio. I booked last minute because my father was suddenly admitted to the hospital and we couldn’t find a place to stay.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Location is suitable. I like that it is clean, no weird smell , sufficient and value for money.
- The wifi is unstable and only 1 access card which made it a hassle for families with 2 cars . - A fairly sensitive topic but I’m just putting this out here as a learning point. I understand the management wants their customer to leave an excellent review. However, I just feel it’s a little inappropriate to ask your clients for “10points” (see attachment) just to go above and beyond. I think customers should be free to express their thoughts and be honest with review. From there, we are able to review if the establishment is willing to improve or just posing. There are other methods in achieving such reviews/points. Nevertheless. Staying here wasn’t an unpleasant stay, just that this little prompts made it a little mischievous. Maybe this be a learning experience for all. Thank you 👍🏽 Attachment: *this was sent to me after check out and refund process* “Semasa isi maklumat, sila pastikan *FINAL SCORE (2. Reviewed Mar 8, 2026The room had a nice view, the building's facilities were good, the infinity pool was a highlight, and the 18th floor was a pleasant surprise.
However, the room amenities were lacking: there was no place to put towels and clothes in the bathroom, no shower curtain to separate the wet and dry areas, no mop to clean up the water in the bathroom, no paper towels, and no cleaning supplies in the kitchen.

Reviewed Feb 24, 2026The environment is good, not hot and a good relaxing area.
The master room bed was not good compared to the second room bed. TV box WiFi cannot link, no movie can see. Netflix also cannot see and need an account to enter. Damage switch does not repair just stick yellow tape to cover it, it is dangerous if water fills in because it does not properly cover the switch. Room difficult/take time to turn ON it

Wifi was not working at all and the person in charge didn’t want to help. You only get one toilet paper even if you stay multiple days. Not a nice or cozy room at all and almost all furniture is broken. No basics in kitchen like oil or salt and trash in all cabinets. Really wouldn’t recommend please book at hotel instead.
