Reviewed Sep 8, 2026The unit was centrally situated. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Lovely to have a tumble dryer to dry towels as the weather was inclement
Even though we did not make use of the kitchen much it was pretty understocked utensil wise. On request we got more coffee cups but I do believe an inventory should be done after each guest leaves

Other than that location was good the place was clean beds comfortable kitchen accessories tops oh yes what was rather irritating was at the braai area or more specific no lighting facing the braai stand at all I had to use my torch for that hours when having the braai

The couches were worn out and we could feel the springs, so not comfortable. The facilities in the play area have also seen better days.

Reviewed Dec 26, 2025Comfortable size for our party of 6. Well-decorated. Good showers - very hot water. Estate has lots of open spaces and a big pool. Friendly security, gardeners and other staff. Our host, Brigid, was excellent - very friendly, helpful and quick to respond!
We felt the unit could have been a bit cleaner, in particular the floors. The two smaller bedrooms seemed to suffer from dampness - not sure why, maybe just needs more ventilation.

The wifi dropped out on the second day (it was back the next day) and we had some drainage problems (washbasin, one shower) but the owners responded immediately to rectify these issues.

Reviewed Nov 25, 2024We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house is stunning—modern, spacious, and beautifully designed. It was spotlessly clean, and you could tell that a lot of care had gone into making it comfortable and welcoming for guests. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, from all the cooking tools to plenty of storage space, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. The host was incredibly thoughtful and considerate, always available if we had any questions or needed anything, but also gave us the space to relax. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. One of the highlights was how refreshing and cozy the house felt. It was the perfect place for us and our kids to unwind, and we honestly didn’t need to leave because it had everything we wanted right there. The house smelled absolutely divine, adding to the overall comfort. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a homey, relaxing, and well-equipped getaway. We can’t wait to return!

Reviewed Sep 25, 2024Everything was perfect during our stay, a lot of attention to well being of the guests. Located at 40 min from the nearest Kruger gate, but there are also other place to visit. Kitchen is fully equipped, beds are confortable, it was really a pleasure to stay here for 3 nights.
