Очень неплохие бюджетные апартаменты. Отель конечно старый и требует ремонта, но на 1-2 ночи если использовать только для ночёвки, то вполне норм за такую цену. Есть микроволновка, стиралка, полноценный холодильник. Хорошие кондиционеры, быстро охлаждали. Внизу 2 магазинчика в здании и ещё один круглосуточный в соседнем. Но локация прям отличная, до всего интересного можно дойти пешком. Но также все равно огромная благодарность сотрудникам - мы прилетели ночью и доехали до отеля в 3 ночи. В другом отеле просто не заселили - написали им что мы хотим спать и ждать вас не будем и не заселим и плевать на бронь. А здесь ждали, встретили и все ок.

Плесень на стенах коридоров отеля, в номере полы видимо не моют совсем, занавески в следах жизнедеятельности людей, но постельное и полотенца чистые. Крошечные душ с водоногревателем так себе. Бассейн маленький и холодный.

كان في موجود كميه من النمل وبعد تواصلت مع العامل ارسل احد للنظافة الواي فاي ضعيف جدا العامل تعامله غير جيد لم يتم تنظيف الشقه جيدا الشراشف والغطاء متشربه وغير بيضاء

Le doy 1 estrella a este apartamento. Al llegar, el encargado intentó cobrarnos 200 ringgits extra porque, según él, nuestra habitación tenía un problema de electricidad y nos pasaba a otra mejor. Además, también quiso cobrarnos 70 euros de más en el cambio de moneda, a pesar de que la factura marcaba otro precio. La limpieza del estudio dejaba mucho que desear, con ollas y sartenes sucios, un baño no con una limpieza muy profunda y un sofá que parecía no haber visto un aspirador en años. No recomendamos este lugar en absoluto; mejor busquen otras opciones en el mismo edificio, pero con otras empresas. ¡Eviten ByCityBox!

Ubytování bylo velmi velmi špinavé. Necítili jsme se během našeho pobytu dobře. Nejdříve vázla komunikace s ubytovatelem. Celou dobu jsme mluvili s někým jiným. Vrchol tohoto ubytovaní však byly šváby a jiný hmyz!!!!!!! Pokoje byly špinavé, zdi ušmudlané a z klimatizace v obývacím pokoji vypadlo cosi černého. Pokoj neodpovídá ceně. Byli jsme nespokojeni.

The apartment is well located. Two grocery stores on the first floor. Good swimming pool and gym. Especially liked the elevators in the building, super first, never have to wait.Super...

They didn't give us the breakfast.

The bathroom was not clean enough. The combot was not fixed properly. The utensils in the kitchen and refrigerator didnt seem to be vegetarian people friendly. The location was the worst as seen from the balcony.

Had issues with the payment, initially. Enquired if i can continue to transact via bank transfer and was informed its okay to go ahead to do the bank transfer. Staff then argued with me informing that the payment didnt go through and insisted that i pay in cash instead.

Walkway from lift lobby to room was dimly lit. Room smelled musky and stale. Toilet was scaly and dirty. Water supply didnt work proper. Washer/Dryer didnt work proper.

I really liked the location of this apartment-it is close to the MRT station and the monorail. It is also within walking distance to the Petronas Towers. There is a convenient shop on the ground floor for essentials. Check-in was very straightforward. I met the host in the lobby of the building soon after I arrived....

Before paying for the room, double-check that it's the one you booked. In my case, it wasn’t, and when I brought it up, the host suddenly "forgot" English—leaving me with no way to get what I had reserved. 😞

A very positive experience. Good size studio apartment which was clean and well equipped. The check-in was really quick and easy. Good WiFi and water pressure

Very good and alert Staff, very big room, nice bed, good Wift, and we had a nice view from the balcony on (half) Petronas Tower. The location is also perfect. When we had a problem with the toilet, they immediately solved it...

Spacious apartment, gym/pool, short walk from the petronas twin towers and KL tower, plenty of shopping around, staff were accomodating :)

Would have been nice if the mattress was a little softer or an option to use a mattress topper to soften it a bit.
