Since first night we found cockroaches size of mice, they did move us to other property but we ended up with bed bug bites. Avoid

L’appart est sympa et a du cachet.Cependant ,les photos ne sont pas toutes celle du logement.

Le logement est placé au rez de chaussée dans une rue où il y a des restaurant et bar ambiance.Ce qui fait que le soir(vous ne les voyez pas en arrivant des tables sont installées juste à côté de la fenêtre de la chambre /salon.Aussi beaucoup de bruit pour ceux qui ont besoin de se reposer après la visite de la ville.Pour ceux qui font la fête pas de soucis.

The property was adquate for the price paid. The bedding was clean and in general the rooms were clean.

The property were we stayed was completely different from the photos shown on Booking.com, this was misrepresented. The property needed some repairs. The bathroom smelt bad. The hooks for towels had been ripped off from the back of the bathroom door. There were electric wires exposed from a socket near the floor and also from the main circuit board. Found cigarette butts in the balcony, even though it should have been a none smoking apartment. Finally the apartment is above a bar that stayed opened until early hours of the morning and the patrons were mostly on the street right below the apartment on the second floor. It was very loud until 3-4am.

La ubicación y tamaño del alojamiento estaban muy bien.

Encontramos dos cucarachas en el apartamento y, además de no recibir ningún tipo de compensación por la situación, nos responsabilizaron de que estuvieran allí, insinuando que probablemente habíamos dejado las ventanas abiertas.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, kilka minut spacerem od głównych atrakcji. Cały pobyt przebiegł pozytywnie, gospodarz pomocny, prośbę o dodatkowe klucze czy wymianę ręczników zrealizował praktycznie od ręki. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. W mieszkaniu była dostępna pralka, deska do prasowania, żelazko. W okolicy pyszne jedzenie.

Tudo. O apartamento é lindo com tudo necessário para uma boa estadia, e dá para ver o carinho e cuidado! Foi um excelente ponto de descanso para mim e minha família.

Só me incomodou o fato de não conseguir chegar mais perto de carro, o que não descredibiliza o local, mas pq minha mãe tem um pouco de dificuldade de acessibilidade e amanheceu chovendo, mas no fim deu tudo certo e é bem pertinho da rua acessível.

Baromi hangos helyen van, (alattunk bárok) azt gondoltam, hogy este 11 kor már nem lesz hangos, de gyakorlatilag üvöltő zene hajnal 3 ig. Ráfèrne egy felújítás, règi bútorok, rozsdás kád stb. 3. emeleti, lift nincs!

Staff are super helpful and very responsive via text. The apartment was in a very busy area which had both pros & cons as it was very loud, but also it was very walkable.

No Aircon was a bit of a downer but I should’ve read that earlier on, so not to the fault of the company.

La atención y amabilidad de la chica anfitriona. Atención de 10. El piso está limpio. Dormitorio y salón actualizado, buenas condiciones. Toallas, secador de pelo, útiles de cocina y lavadora con un pequeño patio para tender. Disponen de parking (prepago) a 2 minutos del apartamento _ !0jo!! calles muy estrechitas.

El piso era un bajo el cual no aparece en las fotos de la reserva, cocina y baño viejo sin reformar ( en las fotos de la reserva, todos los baños y cocinas de los apartamentos están reformados ). No hay armario ni una percha donde poner la ropa. No puedes abrir las ventanas dan directamente a las mesas de la calle de un bar cubano. Epicentro de la zona de bares y marcha nocturna. ( Si es lo que buscas ) No hay aire acondicionado, ventiladores que hacen un poquito ruido, pero la verdad que funcionan bastante bien.

Apartment on the 4th floor and not informed about this when booking. . Difficult for individuals with mobility problems.

This is nothing short of a scam! What’s advertised on Booking and what you actually get are two completely different properties. The only thing that matches what was shown in the photos and the description is the neighbourhood. The photos bear no resemblance to reality whatsoever – the flat looks and is in a completely different condition. Apart from the listing being misleading, it’s practically impossible to stay in these flats: the humidity inside is extremely high, and there’s a strong smell of mould and mustiness, making it impossible to live there comfortably. As a result, we were forced to leave the flat urgently in the middle of the night and look for alternative accommodation, as it was simply impossible to stay there. This led to additional costs, stress and completely ruined our plans. The most outrageous thing is that, after all this, we are not being refunded for accommodation that was unfit for habitation. I categorically DO NOT RECOMMEND these flats. If you don’t want to find yourself without proper accommodation in the middle of the night, spending extra money and trying to work out where to stay, give this place a wide berth. Don’t trust the photos or the description on the website – the reality is completely different.

apartment was what we expected for a traditional city centre space. Kitchen was basic but had everything we needed. Loved the big windows and doors that opened up & high ceilings making the apartment light and airy.

No air con, 4 flights of stairs (71 steps), front door was left open by other residents balcony railings did not feel safe (wobbly) noise from the street - although I should have seen this on other reviews - but because it was so hot we needed the doors and windows open - which meant the noise was louder from the bars below. on one night this was until 3am. (but the location was fantastic)

Hola el apartamento cómodo y tiene todo lo que necesitas, lavadora, nevera, tres baños y camas cómodas

El hotel está ubicado en una zona de fiesta por ende el ruido es bastante fuerte y esto va hasta las 2:30 a.m por lo que es molesto, si vas en modo familiar no es el indicado, si vas en grupo de amigos es el indicado.

RIEN à part l'accueil et la reactivité d'une des jeunes femme de l'agence.

Appartement en RDC. Impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres et les volets. La journée il y a le loueur de scooters devant les fenêtres et l'après midi, le soir et la nuit le bar qui installe ses tables devant les fenêtres (odeurs de cigarette et bruit jusqu'à 2h30 du matin). Les fenêtres ne sont pas translucide donc impossible d'ouvrir les volets. Il fait excessivement chaud dans l'appartement et c'est bruyant.

Große geräumige Wohnung mit TV, gut ausgestattete Küche und Waschmaschine. Der Vermieter hat die Wohnung mit Accesoirs versucht aufzuwerten, um etwas Gemütlichkeit reinzubekommen. Fußläufige Feiermöglichkeiten sind vorhanden.

Die ausgewiesenen Parkplätze waren öffentliche Parkplätze in der Umgebung und keine eigenen; Danke für die Lüfter in den Schlafräumen, aber eine Klimaanlage wäre ideal. Die Erdgeschosswohnung ist recht laut, da sie hellhörig ist und unmittelbar am Fenster bereits ein Restauranttisch auf der Straße steht und dort wird bis in die Nacht gefeiert.

Un appartement très spacieux, des belles chambres avec une bonne isolation des fenêtres, pourtant l’endroit est festif le soir😜les matelas sont confortables et il y a des ventilateurs dans toutes les chambres ainsi que des volets ♥️. Très grande cuisine, très bien équipée avec une table immense. Le canapé est très spacieux, les salles de bain sont équipées de sèche-cheveux, shampooing, gel douche et lotion corporelle 👍L’emplacement est top😊 L’hôte est très sympa et serviable, nous avons eu les clés de l’appartement 3h avant l’heure indiquée 🎉

The keys we’re located in the apartment. The host quickly sent me the electronic code to get in.

The fan in the bedroom did not circulate any air. As a result, we needed to keep the windows open, and it was quite noisy at night. Unfortunately, there was no air-conditioning.

La ubicación era buena pero algunos bares de la calle tenían la música a todo volumen hasta las 2 am.

En general la vivienda está muy vieja y deteriorada aunq los muebles están bien. Faltan utensilios d cocina y q estén en mejor estado los q hay. Las sartenes las tendríais q sustituir.

My experience was great! I actually used two apartments in the complex (also the 3 bedroom one on top floor), as I was travelling with a bigger group beforehand. I then sized down to this smaller one. The owners are super communicative and let the rest of the group who was leaving store their bags in this apartment before check-in, as they had some spare time before the flight. I was able to check in fully earlier as well - communication really stood out to me with this place. The location is superb, but do keep in mind it's a very popular street and can become very noisy. I read the reviews beforehand so I was prepared for it, and it didn't bother me much. Apartment is very spacious and roomy.

Main thing with this apartment is that you can't really let natural light in, as it's on ground level right by the bar - we didn't feel comfortable having other people looking in. Floors did feel a bit filthy as they generally do in guest apartments, so recommend having indoor flip flops or similar to walk around with.

The host was friendly, helpful, and flexible regarding our check-out time. The accommodation was very comfortable, well-maintained, and well-equipped. Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise from the street until the early hours of the morning.

The staff were absolutely wonderful – very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We also appreciated the underground parking space, which was conveniently located close to the apartment. The location itself is excellent, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment has a lovely, authentic Portuguese charm, which made our stay feel unique.

We were given an apartment on the 4th floor, so carrying our luggage upstairs was quite difficult. There is also no air conditioning, and the apartment became extremely hot, even in the evening. Although several fans were provided, they did very little to make the temperature comfortable. The biggest issue, however, was the noise. There are several cafés and bars directly below the apartment, and on both nights of our stay people were shouting and making a lot of noise until around 4:00 a.m. Because of this, it was almost impossible to get a good night’s sleep.

La ubicación era buena si vas a disfrutar de turismo por Lisboa ,pero con niños es demasiado ruidoso, la vivienda esta regular. Lo vi demasiado caro para el estado de la vivienda. La puerta del baño por dentro tenia mucho moho ,nada mas entrar lo ves limpio pero cuando estás te das cuenta que la limpieza a fondo no la hacen.

El estado de la vivienda , que en las fotos de booking se veía un aire acondicionado y que solo tuviera ventiladores , el ruido masivo de dia y de noche.

Me encantó. Es segunda vez que me alojo con ellos así que bien.

la cocina estaba bien equipada

Muy mala experiencia. Casi no pudimos dormir porque el piso estaba en una planta baja justo al lado de un bar con terraza con gente gritando toda la noche. Parecía que teníamos el bar dentro de la habitación. También encontramos varias cucarachas muertas en el alojamiento y el baño olía fatal. Eramos 4 personas durmiendo entre las dos habitaciones y solo había un ventilador (y hacía mucho calor, porque no podíamos abrir las ventanas por el ruido y el acceso directo a la calle).

Apartamento amplio con terraza y tres dormitorios. Bastante bien cuidado y con aire acondicionado.

Está en una zona de fiesta con muchos bares alrededor pero ya lo sabíamos por las reseñas. El suelo es de madera y suena muchísimo tanto el propio como el del piso de arriba.

It was ok on the inside, a good space. Good facilities too.

As soon as we arrived, the noise from outside was so loud it’s in a very busy drinking area. We probably got about three hours sleep because of the noise it was horrendous. It carried on through the night and also in the apartments up and down the stairs. If I’m honest, we didn’t feel very safe staying there.

As escadas para o apartamento não têm as condições ideais. Não há lugar para estacionar o carro, tendo de se deixar num parque a 5min que é pago.

O apto é ótimo, atendimento ótimo , limpo e super confortável. A única coisa é que a noite é barulhento. Precisa de tampão para dormir, mas quem não liga para barulho está perfeito.

La ubicación, muy simpatica la chica que nos entregó las llaves. Todo lo que necesitas lo tiene, amplia. Cierto que es un apartamento viejo por la zona, edificio en que se encuentra, pero muy bien

Una calle muy ruidosa, lleno de bares-restaurantes, despues del mediodia, hasta las 2:00 de la mañana. Pero bien, estabamos fuera todo el día.

Le foto non corrispondono alla realtà, l'appartamento si trova al quarto piano ed è privo di ascensore Biancheria insufficiente (mancava anche un lenzuolo per il divano letto) L'host gentilmente si è prodigato per portare la biancheria richiesta

A localização é maravilhosa, bem no meio da vida noturna de Lisboa, é fácil chegar em qualquer lugar de lá! A casa é extremamente confortável, limpa e os produtos no banheiro são super cheirosos!! Pegar a chave foi super fácil também!

Por estar tão no meio da vida noturna, o barulho externo pode incomodar. Se você pretende estar no meio da festa, isso passa despercebido, mas entre 22h e 1h a música de fora é ouvida de dentro da acomodação.

Nos encontramos cucarachas. Las fotos de booking están alteradas con IA, el apartamento es más antiguo de lo que se ve en las fotos. El lavabo es de los años 70 y huele a cloaca. Las ventanas son muy finas y no cierran bien, así pues, entra todo el ruido y música del bar musical de abajo, la discoteca la tienes en el comedor y habitación.

Very well supplied with clean cookware, nice kitchen and pods for the washing machine. Nice and roomy.

We arrived late and despite receiving assurance that someone would be there to allow us in, we stood waiting outside for 30 minutes, calling a number that no one was answering. Fortunately in the end a neighbour let us into the building. Since the streets were full of drug addicts, this was not a very comfortable situation. Also there was a strong smell of urine in the bathroom. It was also difficult to sleep because of the extreme amount of noise from the streets.

El salón/comedor del apartamento es acogedor. Las personas que me trajeron las llaves fueron muy amables, nos dieron todas las indicaciones necesarias para la estancia, y estaban disponibles via WhatsApp para lo que necesitasemos, repondiendo muy rápido.

La localización no es muy buena ya que justo debajo hay un bar que está con música muy alta hasta las 2 de la mañana todos los días. Elñ baño olía a desagüe y no era muy agradable.

Quando chegamos já sentimos por não ter aceso a rua, pois é uma região regulamentada, só passa carros autorizados, não tem nenhuma garagem, tivemos que deixar o carro 300m do alojamento e com malas, crianças etc, não foi experiência boa, televisão não funcionava e o chuveiro ficava caindo o tempo todo. A moça que entregou a chave foi muito atenciosa, 5 estrelas, mas o alojamento em questão, infelizmente, eu não voltaria.

Debajo hay un bar con música hasta tarde. Nosotros íbamos de fiesta y nos ha dado igual, quizás si vas más de turismo y quieras ir pronto a dormir te sea un inconveniente. Por otro lado, Booking se ha de encargar del transporte entre alojamiento y aeropuerto y no lo hace o no facilita cómo hacerlo
