Great location with lots of restaurants just outside the door to choose from. Staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. Clean, tidy & surprisingly spacious room.

Overall great stay, with the only complaint being they could not provide an iron on request “they were all out with other rooms”.

Staff were great and we found Portugal to be a happy nation like the Philippines where my wife is from and an exceptional clean city unlike London I'm from that has gone to the dogs. Room clean, comfortable and although we did an emergency booking due to plane problems in the UK the room ticked all the boxes.

Breakfast although was good, as we had stayed in a 4-star hotel for our holiday fell short but warrants a 3-star hotel and you be be fill and won't need to eat till the evening again.

Myself and my 4 relatives that were with me didn’t eat breakfast there.

The AC barely worked. It would not cool down and sometimes it would stop working.

Foi minha primeira vez no Rossio Garden Hotel. Costumo me hospedar em outro hotel quando vou a Lisboa, mas, como ele estava completamente ocupado, optei por experimentar uma nova opção. No geral, tivemos uma estadia agradável e confortável. Gostei muito da recepção e do atendimento da equipe, que foi bastante simpática e prestativa. O quarto era confortável, com uma cama ótima e uma varanda com vista para a rua. Apesar da localização movimentada, tivemos muito silêncio durante a noite, o que me surpreendeu positivamente. Acredito que o isolamento acústico seja bom, pois não tivemos problemas com barulho. A localização também é muito conveniente, perto de diversos pontos de interesse e com facilidade para fazer muita coisa a pé. Pessoalmente, porém, gosto um pouco menos dessa região de Lisboa e prefiro me hospedar mais perto da Praça do Comércio. É apenas uma questão de preferência, já que a localização do hotel é, sem dúvida, bastante prática. Ficamos apenas uma noite, então nossa experiência foi relativamente breve. Ainda assim, foi uma estadia confortável, com ótimo atendimento e uma localização conveniente.

Percebi que o hotel poderia se beneficiar de algumas limpezas mais cuidadosas e pequenas melhorias de manutenção, como a renovação de alguns carpetes no corredor. São detalhes que merecem atenção, mas que não chegaram a prejudicar nossa estadia. O quarto estava confortável e conseguimos descansar bem. O ponto que mais senti falta foi o frigobar. Considero um item importante, especialmente para guardar água, bebidas ou algum alimento, e sua ausência acaba sendo inconveniente.

Non abbiamo scelto di fare la colazione però l’hotel mette a disposizione gratuitamente la macchina per i caffè cappuccini e quant’altro. La pulizia è ottima e la cura della camera perfetta. La posizione dell’albergo è veramente strategica .

Almeno una persona del ricevimento aveva problemi di comprensione con l’inglese. Il televisore in camera per quanto io abbia provato non aveva canali italiani . E la stanza era priva di frigobar cosa che mi ha creato qualche problema con i miei farmaci per il diabete. Tuttavia al ricevimento con molta cortesia me li hanno ricoverati in un loro frigorifero . La cabina doccia non era a perfetta tenuta.

It would be nice to get a bottle of water each day. We were only given one on day of arrival. There was also no fridge in room and no coffee maker - just a kettle.

Great bed, decent size room for the price. Welcome water and chocolate greatly appreciate as well as the kettle and cofeee. Good restaurants right in front of the hotel is always appreciated too.

Check in in ritardo rispetto all orario stabilito,(quasi 1 ora dopo). Su 3 giorni prenotati, 1 non ci hanno pulito la stanza. Si sono dimenticati!😳. Ho chiesto spiegazioni,alle ore 20 quando siamo rientrati in albergo, e con poche scuse ci hanno mandato una persona dopo poco, alla quale abbiamo detto di ripassare perchè ci stavamo preparando per la cena. Non sono ripassati! Secondo loro andava bene così! Il servizio comunque è stato pagato per 3 giorni! Personale alla reception molto distaccato e freddo, quasi neanche ti salutano.

The location, friendly staff, clean room

The room was very basic and a little cramped but clean. It was a noisy outside overnight (understandable in such a central location) so we closed the windows and put the AC on. This reduced the noise and kept the room temperature cool but seemed to drag in cigarette smells from somewhere which was quite unpleasant. Otherwise, it was a good room, reasonably priced in a great location.

Struttura vecchia e priva di servizi minimi. Climatizzazione poco efficiente e rumorosa, mancanza di prese elettriche, camere piccole. La colazione a mio parere povera per un hotel al centro di una capitale.

Lo único destacable es la buena ubicación del hotel.

Habitación muy oscura. Las lámparas de las mesitas de noche se caían a pedazos. Imposible utilizar el escritorio debido a la mala ubicación del mismo. El baño con alguna manisa rota y la ducha pequeña y con escape de agua (se notaba que habían intentado repararla con silicona).

La habitación pequeña y sin minibqr para el precio que tenía. Olor a cocinas si abrías la ventana. Servicio de limpieza que no dejo papel en el baño etc.

Súper cèntric i ben comunicat per agafar metro o tren , està just devora restauradores. La habitació petita però molt ben aprofitada i neta.

A localização é muitíssimo boa , mas deve-se tomar cuidado nas imediações principalmente ao chegar na estação dis Restauradores. Há muitos pedintes e malandros nos abordando. Apesar disto, o ponto é fantástico. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, as instalações são boas assim como a limpeza.

O quarto é pouquíssimo iluminado. Não se tem opção quando se precisa de uma luz um pouco mais forte. Ai sentar na privada, encosta-se a perna no blinde do box proporcionando desconforto

El alojamiento está muy céntrico y era ideal para poder visitar el centro de Lisboa paseando o mediante el transporte público. Sin duda lo recomendaría para cualquier vista a la ciudad.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, junto a Restauradores, y muy cerca de Plaza Rossio y a un momento de Chiado y la Iglesia do Carmo.... todo cerca! Hay muchos restaurantes alrededor y el metro, estación de Rossio y muchos tuk tuks - si quieres negociar un viaje. La habitación estaba limpia y era de buen tamaño, incluso el baño, que era luminoso. La 3a cama de la habitación triple, era una cama, no sofá, que se agradece. En general, bien.

Hay muchísimos hoteles en la zona, hemos normalizado los precios altos, pero si tienes opción revisa otros en la zona. A mejorar, el aire acondicionado. Hemos tenido la sensación de que no daba más.... En las zonas comunes hace mucho calor. Las tomas de corriente están mal ubicadas. Las vistas de nuestra habitación no eran nada bonitas, aunque imagino que depende de la que te toque. Y sí, el personal es un poco seco...

The location is amazing. Right by two of the best restaurants in Lisbon (Pinnocchio and SanJardim). Also, easy subway ride to/from airport. Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful and friendly.

A localização não tinha como ser melhor! Gostamos da cama e roupa de cama. O ar condicionado era excepcional. O banheiro tem um bom tamanho, mas poderia ter a área dedicada ao chuveiro mais ampla. Não chegamos a usufruir do café da manhã.

Somente o box do chuveiro poderia ser um pouco mais amplo.

Noisy black American in room next door

We are a family of 4 (2 adults, a teen and a pre-teen) who travelled with my parents - a total of 6 people. We could not get a room for 4 at the time of booking. Not sure if it is because they don’t have or because they were sold out but we split the group in 2 rooms for 3 people. Each room had a large bed (maybe a king) and one single bed. The hotel and the rooms were very clean. I would recommend this hotel. It is well located. Walking distance to restaurants and pastry shops & shopping. We only stayed one night before our cruise and the drive to the cruise port was only about 15 minutes which was perfect. I would stay here again.

The location was very central with lots of restaurants close by. It was also easy access to public transport and the different neighbourhoods. The room was very spacious with water in the room for arrival. The bathroom was huge with an amazing shower

Not much-sometimes the air con was hard to operate and not as effective as it could be but this was a more minor point

Hay trampa, Nos dieron una habitación en un edificio anexo (no el que anuncian) en una buhardilla con ventanas pequeñas y muy altas, pegado a una torre de extracción ruidosa. No conseguimos dormir hasta bien entrada la noche. No volveremos. Hay opciones mejores en la zona.

We were in a small room on our first night and when I asked for a bigger room we was mover the following morning. Staff were very nice and accomadating

Habitación muy espaciosa y limpia. Aunque justo debajo de la habitación hay terrazas de restaurantes no se oye el ruido. Ocupamos una habitación de tres y se agradece que sean todo camas fijas ya que en otros hoteles utilizan una cama supletoria. Buena ubicación. La calidad precio es muy buena teniendo en cuenta el precio de los hoteles más cercanos a la plaza del Comercio.

Se encuentra en una zona donde hay más mendicidad, aunque no tuvimos ningún problema.

The tiles had mold and they were cracking in the shower. My air conditioner kept turning off.

This hotel is not the best choice in the area. One of the biggest issues is that cars cannot reach the hotel directly, so you have to carry your luggage yourself. Another major concern is the presence of many homeless people around the area, which made us feel uncomfortable. The reception staff were also disappointing, especially the blonde woman with short hair. I had agreed with another receptionist to extend my check-out time, but in the end she changed the agreement and forced me to pay an additional fee. On top of that, the room cleaning standards were below expectations. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
