Reviewed Aug 10, 2026I like that there are 24 hours security on guard and that they provided private / free parking. Love the rooms and the kitchens too. It looks clean and modern. The location is just nice. Took us less than 15 mins to go to the malls around us.
One of the toilet floor was rusty. The water pressure in the toilet was also inconsistent. I also wished the bathroom and the toilets were seperated, at least by a partition. I do appreciate them providing sandals for the toilets though.

As for now nothing to complain about as previously when they started open, there was a few item not available example microwave 😅

However, I noticed that the iron in the room could use some attention. The surface seemed worn, and it didn’t appear to be in the best condition for use. It’s possible that it’s relatively new, but perhaps it was used by a previous guest.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2024Very nice apartment with spacious room and dayroom. Due to limited units, there is less people that give a pleasing quiet ambiance. Having a water purifier, washing machine inside, clothes drier and rice cooker is very helpful and appreciated.
The toilets in unit 201 are too small but not to much of an issue.
