The kitchen was missing a few bits - seeing as it has capacity for 2 people there should be 2 of everything which there wasn’t. Only 1 plate - 1 proper glass - no knives to eat with - forks and spoons need to be updated.

Unico appunto che posso fare è la mancanza in appartamento della lava-asciuga, ma ci ho fatto caso esclusivamente perché in un appartamento dove sono stata in precedenza l’ho trovata ed è stata comodissima.

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026La vue était magnifique ainsi que la piscine! L’appartement était très propre et très bien équipé (la cuisine et le système de climatisation + ventilateur ont été très pratique pendant le sejour).
J’ai tout apprécié mais il est vrai que l’emplacement requiert 15 à 20 min de marche pour se rapprocher un peu du centre. Avec la chaleur il est préférable de prendre un taxi mais ce n’est pas vraiment dérangeant.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026Nice, good sized studio apartment on the top floor of the building, so there were good views of the surroundings. The location is also very good as its right next to KLCC, with everything in reach via a short grab ride. There are 2 AC units inside, with one pointing at the bed, and the other pointing at the living room which was a nice touch. Smart TV in the room, and USB ports on the plug points. There is also a mini mart on the ground floor which came in handy for a water or snack. The room was very reasonably priced.
The elevators of the building were always very busy, and it always took about a 5min wait to get the elevator either up or down. The apartment also didn't have drinkable water. There was an old water filter, but dirty water came out of it so I didnt use it. Overall cleanliness was only ok - one stain on a towel and one on the couch.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026- Schönes, modern eingerichtetes Appartement - Wasserfilter im Zimmer - Blick auf die Stadt - Einfache Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer per WhatsApp. Unsere Schlüsselkarte funktionierte am Anfang nicht für den Aufzug. Wurde aber ohne Probleme von einem Mitarbeiter am nächsten Morgen ausgetauscht (sind erst nachts angereist) - schöner Rooftop Pool und Gym - Restaurants, Twin Towers alles zu Fuß erreichbar
- Lifte brauchen teilweise ziemlich lange bis sie auf dem Stockwerk sind (kann aber der Eigentümer der Wohnung nichts dafür). Ist aber oftmals ein Problem in den Hochhäusern.

The location is perfect, there are a lot of things within walking distance or along a direct metro line. The pool is large, especially on a sunny day. Better than in the photo
The neighbors (probably on the floor above) were smoking in their bathroom, and we had to turn on the extractor hood in the bathroom all the time, otherwise the smell was terrible. But this is not a question for the owner of the object. And there's a huge queue for elevators during rush hours

Если что то нужно, можно написать администратору и решить все вопросы👍Бассейн на 47 этаже с великолепным видом😍 Прекрасное расположение, все рядом, до башен Петронас идти минут 10.

Reviewed Dec 7, 2025Location is really good, the view and the roof pool is excellent. By Grab you can easily reach everything in few mins. We had some problem with the door closing mechanism but Mr Kan immediately responded on Whatsapp and helped to solve our issue. There is a small shop on the ground floor with the basics you might need and is not overpriced at all.
The staff at the reception was not really helpful, e.g. forgot to mention that the elevators work with keycard and you cannot go to any floors, only yours and the common ones (which was an issue for our family bc we could not visit each other being on different floors),

Reviewed Dec 6, 2025The view was absolutely stunning!Simply WOW! The pool on the 47th floor was incredible, and the gym also offers amazing views. The room had a kitchen and a washing machine, which was very convenient. The apartment owner was extremely kind and helpful, assisting us within minutes when we accidentally locked our key card in the room. Great stay!
In terms of drawbacks, some cutlery wasn’t fully clean, and the bed linen was slightly worn. The building reception wasn’t very welcoming and seemed more focused on chatting with each other than helping guests, but I understand that this is not the apartment owner's fault. The elevators are quite slow, even though there are four, but it was manageable. Just be prepared for it when you are in a rush.

La ubicación no es del todo buena, está algo retirado de las Petronas y hay que ir por calles no muy cómodas de caminar, en la recepción es un poco desastre porque los recepcionistas son de una empresa y los apartamentos de otra, por lo que no te ayudan demasiado en caso de problema, tienes que contactar por whatsapp con los de los apartamentos, tuvimos un problema con la llave que no abría el ascensor y la verdad que al día siguiente lo repusieron, pero en recepción no nos ayudaron demasiado. Solo dejaron 1 toalla por persona para 3 noches, y no limpiaron el apartamento, tenías que tirar tu mismo la basura. Hay días que esperamos unos 20min al ascensor, son muchas viviendas para solo 6 ascensores, y tienes que salir con antelación por si acaso por la demora de los ascensores. Calidad-precio no muy bien…

Non ero informato su come far pulire là stanze e sostitute i teli da bagno. No privacy in bagno a causa di vetri. No cassaforte. No appendi asciugamani in bagno. Camera poco insonorizzata con le altre e con il traffico in esterno.

De dikke meneer aan het onthaal is onvriendelijk. Bij aankomst krijg je geen uitleg. Het wachten op zen lift duur soms zeer lang. De tv stond in het chinees :(

Reviewed Aug 7, 2025Super appartement, spacieux, confortable, propre, très bien équipé. La vue est grandiose sur les tours. L’immeuble est doté d’une positive, bar tout en haut. Qualité prix exceptionnelle.
Simplement le fait qu’il y ait de l’attente pour les ascenseurs car il y a beaucoup de mondes et transit dans l’immeuble mais rien de grave.

Fernbedienung für die Bedienung des TV funktionierte nicht. Das war etwas schade ansonsten alles top.

Smokers, the sunken garden area was spoiled by the smell of cigarettes.

View is nice from the room level. I can see Bukit Tabur. Enjoying facilities at Gym & Pool. Owner is negotiable to give us early check in due availability. Really appreciate.
Maybe only the lift. We need to que, due peak hours. Check in, dinner, night to pool. 😄 its okey, since it was manageable 👍

Reviewed Dec 19, 2024No one bothered us. we could come and go as we pleased or stay in to rest and relax. close to some restaurants, grocery stores and train. the light show outside from the window of the bridge and towers was nice to see. we liked having washer/ dryer and kitchen. we didn't have any issues with the elevator, We avoided the high volume time frames.
some people are noisy and loud at times in the hallway but that is no fault of the owners. and it really wasn't that often.
