Nothing!!! Because we didn’t get to stay

We had confirmed the Booking via booking.com but the host didn’t bothered to contact me to confirm. I was trying so hard to get hold of her and finally she text back to tell me everything been advertised is not valid because of the peak season. We were then strangled while we were in Vietnam. The host is greedy, unreliable and rude. I am not sure it is the booking.com issue or the host but make sure stay away from her

Nothing about . Booking was confirmed but then when I arrived, they said no room available to rent. Have to go thru multiple agents, very indirect. Horrible experience

Dirty place, mouldy and filthy bathroom and toilet. They welcome me with broken beds

Никому не рекомендую эти апартаменты и не конкретно у этого собственника а у всех, не рекомендую конкретно эти здания. Овер букинг 5 раз был, не умеют отключать видимо автоматическое подтверждение, поэтому если вы забронируете Лэндмарк не факт что будет место. И эта история произошла с апартаментами этого комплекса не только у меня. Конкретно к этому аппарату претензии: грязная мебель, сомнения по поводу чистоты белья полотенец, не соответствие картинке, грязные стены. Ремонт в 8 утра с перфоратором. Помимо этого забыли отдать ключ карту, при этом сказали что отдали ее. После того как я предъявила фото что ее забрал букер - не отвечали, потом ответили что принесут и ждала я ключ карту полчаса. Заезда ждала 40 минут. Цена отличалась при заселении. Оплата картой не работала

We boekten de kamer en dachten dat we in een mooi resort/hotel/appartement zouden komen. We kwamen in een gebouw, werd ons verteld dat de eigenaar van het pand niet aanwezig was. We konden er dus niet slapen. De mensen die wel aanwezig waren viel geen woord mee te wisselen, we mochten er niet even blijven zitten om een ander hotel te zoeken. BOEK DIT NIET!

The experience at Landmark apartment is really great. The view of Saigon river is extremely beautiful, especially at night when you can see the whole city sparkling with lights. The apartment interior is modern, fully equipped, just bring your suitcase and you can stay right away.

Vị trí rất thuận lợi xung quanh có nhiều tiện ích ăn uống giải trí mua sắm. Đặc biệt là tòa nhà Landmark 81

Some stuff about the room like lot of bugs was a little dirty and the shower heater was fluctuating non stop

The location and internet connection is good.

The host didn't provide the right meet up point address, and the assistant in the end was looking for us at first asked if we were different persons (different booking). We didn't get the described room - ours was smaller than described, without a bathtub. Several cupboard hinges were broken and doors weren't fixed right. We paid with card and were charged 4% extra, which wasn't stated anywhere during the booking process.

Location was nice right in the heart of the city

I was alotted apartment in a different building not in the Suite landmark. My check in time was approved at 0800 am in the morning but I was alotted a different location apartment after 1130 am due to unavailability of the booked apartment so I had to wait outside the building with my family and luggage for almost three hours which was very painful. The host did not specify that approval for early check-in is given only subject to room availability which was told to me only after I arrive at the property location.

Don’t mind the negative reviews too much. From my own experience, the service and the room were very clean, comfortable, and truly pleasant to stay in

Vi hade som krav vid bokningen att lägenheten skulle ha fungerande luftkonditionering, men tyvärr fungerade den inte under vår vistelse. Jag påpekade detta för värden vid incheckningen, men fick inget gensvar. Det är viktigt att veta att det inte finns 24/7 bemanning, eftersom lägenheten hyrs ut av en privat värd som vi inte kunde nå under natten. Receptionen i byggnaden är bemannad med vakter, men de ansvarar inte för uthyrningen av lägenheterna. Ett tips är att kontrollera allt vid nyckelinlämningen med värden, eftersom det är den enda gången man har personlig kontakt. I övrigt sker kommunikationen via WhatsApp.

The toilet is moldy, apartment is kinda old

The location and the view are fantastic. Check in was fast and supportive. We got half hour earlier. The staff was responsive.

Very dirty especially the toilets and corners. Furniture is broken everywhere and very worn out and many things do not work like the electric plugs and wifi. We contacted them but didnt get the wifi fixed for 4 days and ended up using mobile data the whole time.

Das Personal ist einfach komplett überfordert. Schickt Menschen von einem Haus zum anderen. Erstmal haben wir ein komplett falsche Wohnung bekommen und dann mussten wir noch 2 Stunden warten.

Its was very clean and large space for me than any other place in HCM, So valuable place.

Our experience was very disappointing. We had to wait about 30 minutes to get access to the apartment, which already gave the impression that the place is not well organised. The apartment we were taken to was also different from the photos shown online. They just take you to whatever apartment is available, ask if you like it, and that’s it. After checking in, I noticed someone’s underwear left in the toilet — which makes me question how well the place was actually cleaned. Then, later that night at 11:59 PM, I received a message saying my booking was cancelled. I immediately messaged the host, and they said they would check — but they never got back to me. Overall, a very poor experience. Definitely not what I expected.

Beautiful view of Saigon River and the whole city, especially at night. The apartment is designed delicately and modernly, meeting all needs.

Ở Landmark hơn 1 năm rồi và chưa từng thất vọng. Giao thông thuận tiện, môi trường sống xanh – sạch – đẹp. Vị trí trung tâm nhưng vẫn rất riêng tư và an toàn.
