Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Everything was clean. Beds very comfortable. Although we didn't see the owner he sent us messages that told us all the information that was required and more..The kitchen was well equipped.
We found the phone reception wasn't good sometimes, but not the owners fault.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Great location. The property was comfortable and well equipped and had plenty of room for our family of 5 adults. When we ran out of gas for the barbecue a replacement was provided within a couple of hours. Questions were replied to extremely quickly.
The only thing missing was a clothes line. There was a dryer but I’m a bit old fashioned and like to air my clothes in good weather.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026I have stayed in many holiday properties all over the world and this was one of the best. The owners had thought of absolutely everything we loved it I can’t recommend enough. Sitting outside, walking to the beach even the ice cream van made a stop it was fabulous.

Reviewed Oct 5, 2025The bed in the room with the tree on the wall was soooooooo soft! Love that the beds had electric blankets and the heating was on point. Also had smart TVs and omg it made me realise how much I hate our one at home (on its last legs)

Not being able to stay there long enough. We were only there for a weekend but wish we had a chance to stay longer. Otherwise there was nothing we didn't like.

Loved the games that were available and my grandson and I had a great time playing! We appreciated the internet 🙌 being available as well. Loved the personal message left on thd board. Thankyou. We only spent one night there but would stay again. 😊

Reviewed Mar 29, 2025The house felt like home. It had everything that we needed. Simple basic needs. Right down to having a washing machine and a dryer. We travelled for sports. Our team of athletes stayes at the holiday park onky 2 minutes down the road. They needed clean uniforms ,we offered to help them out with that. A week of volleyball was intense.coming back to a quiet house to relax was perfect.Was absolutely comfortable. Warm and spacious. Close to the beach watching the sunrise was amazing!

It was perfect for us, three adults traveling together!

Reviewed Mar 3, 2025Great place just a quick walk from the beach. Electronic lock on the door made entry easy - & secure! Expansive decks almost all around the house meant there was always a shaded place to relax outdoors & we enjoyed a lovely barbeque in the evening. Fully equipped laundry was a plus - including plenty of washing powder provided - was such a help after a long trip as we had accumulated a lot of laundry on our travels! The beds were so comfortable & the master bedroom had a king size bed which was fantastic. Having a toilet on the ground floor as well as the bathroom upstairs was a bonus & the separate little games room was also great. We tried the local takeaway as recommended by the owner & can confirm - delicious! (and to order ahead!) The kitchen had everything we needed & the lovely dining set made for happy dining. I really enjoyed having the mod cons available whilst keeping the vintage look through furnishings - made it very comforting & 'homey.'
A clothes line or airer would have been helpful & perhaps a hand rail all the way up the stairs for safety
