Little Savoy Guest House new

There was nothing I liked about the place. Its absolutely horrible.

Staff don't care how guest are treated. All appliances are out dated AC doesn't work. I wouldn't recommend anyone booking here.

Location

I booked a double room and only got a single room. In the booking for the double room it was stated that there is a kitchenette. There was none in my room. A fridge was there which I was thankful for but no microwave, no kettle, no new toilet paper and not even small bath soaps. I spent 4 days and 3 nights and within that time I was Not even able to get a warm tea to drink. Also pool is on premise but no beach towel was available for guests. I asked and was denied.

Customer service Organization Cleanliness Pest and insects The customer service was poor. On the Day of check in there was no one to check me into the room and I was check In by the groundsmen who said they were not aware I was coming. They place me in a double room as I booked On the site amd confirmed that room was prepared For me. I wasn’t inform of how things worked as I said I was Checked in by the men working at night. The lights were turned off on me that same night by another staff saying she didn’t know anyone was there. This traumatized my daughter who kept asking if the lights are gonna be turned off again. Two Day’s later I got a message saying I was in the wrong room and another room is being prepared. I discussed with the manager and I was allowed to stay in the double room. From this incident staff was stand off attitude towards me. housekeeping service was not thorough I found left over food from Previous guest in the stove, the fridge doesn’t always work and spoilt my food. there are roaches we say on three different occasions. My daughter found a used condom wrapper under the bed after two house keepers cleaned on different days. This !!!! Was a shocker There were no utensils as staff told me these need to be rented for use. When asked to see the pots for rent there weren’t any. The common area to make tea was also not equipped. No hot water for showers my entire stay The manager was hard to get ahold of and staff were stand off ish towards me throughout the rest of my stay I am highlighting these things so that the management can do better in addressing these issues.

I didn't had breakfast there, but the location is great..it's in close proximity to beaches, restaurants, and party spots .

Upon arrival, the lady at the desk did not greet us and appeared to be overwhelmed. I had to guide her in what should have been a simple process. The air conditioner worked until it didn't! I could hardly breathe throughout the night. No hot water until the early morning And woke up to a huge cockroach on my shoes I have stayed at hundreds of places in Jamaica and I will never stay here again, especially for the cost paid. The place has potential but needs a lot of work. Sorry for the bad review...

I really enjoyed my stay at lil Savoy guest house. The place was very clean and I was very comfortable and felt safe. I was also able to use the jacuzzi and pool and that was lovely even in the evening. Convenient location and I will definitely stay again.

I didn’t like the room and the bathroom had no towels the fridge too old and the appearance of the bed was awful everything seems old in the room and the moment you left the room they go inside and turn off the ac I don’t like that

The host Blessing was very professional and lovely. Very close to the beach and restaurants.

The air conditioner shuts off in the wee hours of the morning. Need block out curtains for the sun piercing through the windows in the early morning, which makes the room hot.

My wife and I recently stayed at Little Savoy Guest House in Runaway Bay, St. Ann, Jamaica, and it was an absolute gem. The location was perfect for us. We were just a short drive away from the stunning beaches, allowing us to easily enjoy the sun, sand, and sea. Additionally, the guesthouse's central location made it convenient to explore the area's attractions, including the famous Dunn's River Falls and Dolphin Cove. Overall, the location of Little Savoy Guest House provided the perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility, making our stay truly unforgettable. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Jamaica.

I have stayed at this guest house before but there was so much improvement that have been done to the property, it looks like a new place. I love every minute of my stay. I will be back to stay even longer. The location had its own private beach I could walk to easily and assess to a lot of local spot.

The food, ambiance and the staff was awesome 👌 I would go again and again!!!

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautifully designed. It's a really chilled out location and the property is well taken care of. That pool is a perfect chill out spot. I'd only drag myself from the pool to walk to the beach. I loved the food, it was amazing. I loved that I was able to eat some tasty, authentic Jamaican meals. Really delicious.

I love love the location of the property just one block from the main road. Once on property the view from the upstairs where the large wedding venue is it breathtaking over looking the beautiful ocean. The staff where welcoming and helpful in giving is information about what local spit to visit. Loved that there was a kitchen/restaurant where I was able to enjoy some delicious authentic Jamaican cuisine. But my favorite things was that the pool water was warm and clean and also the room being clean and well decorated to set the mood for a comfortable stay. Thank you Little Savoy and staff we will be back.

Upon arrival, there was someone waiting to great us and have us settled quickly. Was very pleased with his service and his attention to every little detail.
