Hoai Pho Hotel

Wenn man zur Beer Street möchte, ist die Lage gut. Die Leute sind supernett und kümmern sich. Frühstück war super (im Haus gegenüber), es wurde auch gefragt, ob wir noch was anderes möchten. Es wurde extra Ei für uns gemacht und sie sagten, wir sollen sagen wenn wir (bzw. unsere Kinder) noch etwas Besonderes möchten.

Dass unser Zimmer im 4. Stock war, hat uns nicht so sehr gestört wie in anderen Rezensionen gelesen. Das Treppenhaus hatte ich mir danach auch steiler und enger vorgestellt, also das geht echt. Die Matratzen waren ok, aber bequem ist anders. Es ist alles etwas runtergerockt, aber sie renovieren gerade einige Zimmer, haben wir gesehen. Nachts bin ich über eine große Kakerlake gestolpert... 😬

Ce sont des dames d une gentillesse incroyable, elle nous on offert le déjeuner le dernier jour, et nous on proposer de garder nos sac . L hôtel est super bien situé, et c est très propre . Encore merci a ses dames 🥰 On recommande fortement

Sobrepasó nuestras expectativas. Nos sentimos realmente en casa. Como el hotel es atendido por sus dueñas, nos trataron con mucho esmero. Cada detalle, cada atención estaba llena de cariño. Todo es muy limpio y ordenado. El desayuno buffete es muy completo y delicioso. La señora a cargo está pendiente de que no falte nada y a cada rato te ofrecen más alimentos (frutas, omelettes, pan, huevos fritos, panqueques, agua...) ¡y hasta te ofrecen noodles y arroz! Sin pedírselo, un día de tour, nos dieron desayuno antes del horario establecido, lo cual se agradece enormemente. Además de estar cerca de todos los atractivos de la ciudad, es muy tranquilo y en el mismo hotel tienes la comodidad de cambiar dinero, contratar excelentes tours y lavar tu ropa por un precio muy módico (a nosotros nos dieron el servicio gratis). La última noche nos invitaron a una exquisita y contundente cena organizada por estas maravillosas damas para despedirnos a todos los que cumplíamos una o más semanas y ya nos íbamos. Es la mejor experiencia que hemos tenido alojándonos en el extranjero. La calidad humana de estas damas realzan la calidad del hotel y te sientes afortunado de haberlas conocido.

Very nice central location, with atms, tourism venues, grocery store, forex exchanges nearby. Super friendly staff.

Staff is super helpful, nice, and responsive. The location is near the walking street, but it wasn't too loud or crazy outside. The location is good, very central to everything we wanted to do. Great value for money. Breakfast is simple but good.

The facilities were a bit dated, but otherwise ok.nwed to bring your own toiletries except for soap. The shoilet is fine for us, but some foreigners might not be used to that style of bathroom.

Couple of times there was confusion about my room,twice someone tried to get in..but wasn't a major. Dog downstairs didn't like me.

Die Betreiberinnen sind zauberhaft und werten diese Unterkunft stark auf. Es werden einem gerne Früchte angeboten oder auch ein Frühstück, welches die Unterkunft generell nicht anbietet. Ich bin einen Tag früher abgereist. Dafür wurde mir die Taxifahrt vom Hotel bezahlt.

Die Betten waren für mich leider viel zu hart. Es gibt keine Nachttisch-/Leselampe. Ich lese abends immer und das war leider nicht möglich, weil selbst das Licht von der Deckenlampe nicht hell genug war.

Location is near bars and party places—not recommended for family with kids. This is best for backpackers or friends who want to explore Ho Chi Minh City as the location is along the City Center.

We travelled as a family with 2 minors and this is not the best location if you have kids—hotel is clean, comfortable, safe and friendly but its also along bars and party restaurants in HCM City.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They booked us onto a couple of day tours that were really good - highly recommend the Mekong Delta one. They also very kindly provided breakfast before one of the tours when we were tight on time and had no food in, and made sure we were always happy and comfy. It was very central and a good walking distance to everything we wanted to see!

We thought we were going to get a balcony with the triple room as it was mentioned in our booking.com confirmation, but this wasn’t the case. There are also a lot of steps to get to the top floor. Neither of this impacted our stay but just something to be mindful of.

Hogy mi tetszett? Minden IS! A repülőnk majd 8 órával később landolt, így éjszaka érkeztünk a szálláshelyre, ahol hideg gyümölccsel és vízzel fogadtak minket. A két tulajdonos hölgy és a többi lány végtelenül kedves és segítőkész. A szálloda mellett utazásszervezéssel, motorkölcsönzéssel, pénzváltással és mosodaüzemeltetéssel is foglalkoznak, így a kiszolgálás teljeskörű. Két programon is az ő szervezésükben vehettünk részt, és azt kell mondjam, mindkettő fantasztikusan sikerült. A szobaárban nem volt reggeli, mégis minden reggel finom tükörtojással, ropogós bagettel, hideg gyümölccsel és vietnámi kávéval kényeztetettek minket, mindenféle ellenszolgáltatás nélkül, amiért nagyon hálásak vagyunk. A szobánk mérete tökéletes volt egy 5 napos itt tartózkodáshoz, az ágynemű tiszta, az ágy pedig pont olyan kemény (nagyon), ahogy én szeretem. Folyamatosan volt melegvíz a tusoláshoz, ivóvizet pedig mindig kaptunk, amikor csak elhaladtunk a recepció előtt. Vietnámi nyaralásunk fénypontja volt ez a szállás.

A keskeny lépcsőt sajnos nem lehet kiszélesíteni, amúgy minden tökéletes volt.

The owners / staff are amazing, so kind and helpful. The rooms have everything you need and the beds and pillows were the most comfortable. Definitely staying again!

As pessoas que gerem o local (mãe e filha, penso eu) foram muito simpáticas e prestáveis. Ajudaram-nos a organizar algumas visitas e passeios. Ofereceram-se para nos fazer pequeno-almoço, simples, mas saboroso. A terminar com fruta muito gostosa. Têm serviço para lavar a roupa se for necessário. Quartos limpos e espaçosos.

We really enjoyed staying at Hoài Phô Hotel. The hosts treated us like family, and we felt very at home! We had an issue with our air-conditioning not working the first day we arrived, and they called someone out to fix it the same day, which was great! The area is in the heart of the nightlife but when you are in your room it is very quiet! We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back!

The staff very welcome and friendly. We were serve with welcome fruits and water upon check in. Even the luggage she help us bring upstairs (highers floor) 🥰

The management is nice & cooperative.Location is excellent.Only problem for the aged person is that there is no lift service.so if the room alloted in upper floor, it is very difficult to get in the room. But that problem becomes nutral by the amazing behaviour and hospitality of the host.

Good location, close to the centre but not too close so you can still have a good night sleep, the owner and staff are very kind and make you feel at home. Great value for money, everything you need here.

Centrally located near bars, entertainment, and restaurants. Friendly, English-speaking staff. Rooms are adequate for the price; not luxurious. Conveniently accessible by bus 152 from the airport, with the bus station located directly behind the hotel.

The staff here are amazing. I see why people like to stay here. They always great you with a smile and offer something like bottled water, fruit, coffee. They can arrange tours, have onsite laundry service that I witnessed lots of people come to use as well as currency exchange that many come to use as well. The rooms are old and smell of sweat though but if you can get past that it's a great stay. I had an issue with my room and they were quick to sort it out and make me feel comfortable. Also they are always offering food. I had a great breakfast there which was unexpected.

The host is the most wonderful lady and all the ladies there are absolutely lovely. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they even did some washing for us. We were offered fruit, water and beer everyday and offered breakfast too. We will definitely stay here again, I love this place so much. It was home from home.

The hosts were some of the kindest people I had the pleasure of meeting in my 3 month trip in South East Asia. They often offered us cold water and a snack as we walked in and made sure to look after us. They even walked me to my taxi to the airport to make sure I was safely in it as my mobile data cut out. The bed was comfortable and the shower nice and hot. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

The road outside is being dug up, noise during the day only.

The position was perfect, and the ladies at the door were so nice to us. Offering beers and watermelon, helping us with restaurants and paperwork. We love them.

Overall, the whole structure was old and a bit noisy. But that's ok. Good value for the money. There was a gekko in the room, but it was silent, so i did not tell anything to my girlfriend ahah.
