Reviewed Sep 4, 2026The flat is in a really calm and quiet neighborhood, the kitchen and bathroom were nice, it's pretty spacious and clean, big windows in every room.
The flat gets hot at night, and you have to pay for ac per day which I think is outrageous. The rooms leave some to be desired, the beds are hard, and there's no dresser in the twin room.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Great value for money in a safe and quiet location. Owner was helpful with booking.com messages responded to very quickly and kept us to ourselves without ever bothering us. Other residents in the apartment very quiet with no noise. Locals very friendly. Spacious apartment with everything needed and available, bathroom also spacious. Clean apartment with no issues. Lots of good food locations between 5 to 15 minutes walking distance.
Satellite TV was choppy and signal wasn't great and my friend had WiFi issues in his room. No drinking establishments locally within walking distance, have to catch a cab to beach/marina area.

Très propre rien à dire je tiens à le préciser fortement car c est assez rare de trouver des appart comme sa. Les propriétaires ainsi que leur fils sont d une gentillesse, très serviable, un accueil chaleureux :) et toujours présent lorsque nous avons besoin de quelque choses de renseignement etc.. A bientôt.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2025This is a well situated, clean, fully furnished penthouse. Everything that you would expect from a respectable hotel like bed linnen and towels but with the added benefits of a kitchen, laundry and even a barbeque and charcoal that you can cook upon whilst lounging on the rooftop. Despite there not being airconditioning this is a well ventalated apartment with huge windows that can be fully opened in any direction to allow the cool wind from the ocean to drift through. There is a huge shower-room, (plenty big enough for two😆) that supplies high pressure hot and cold water - awesome Our host was very kind, his English is far better than my French and somehow he managed to help us get everything we could ever have needed, even an air-con unit - we had a good laugh about that one - it looks lile he ripped it out of another property! We will never forget Pharmacie Jeunesse - what a brilliant meeting point
The internet is not up to the fibre speeds that we are acustomed to in the UK (nor is any in Morocco), we were much better off getting eSims and dropping to 4G - there does not seem to be any 5G anywhere in the city
