Had a ripper stay here again .. second time back at this spot and still loving it. The place is close to everything but tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood, perfect for family time. The crew were legends, always ready with the info I needed and handy tips about the city 👍🏼👍🏼 Really enjoyed myself and appreciate all the help. Cheers for another top stay

Close to the sea, a little bit far by walk to the souk El Had, but it is no problem.

Mate this spot’s a real gem smack bang near all the good eats, shops, and both mini and big markets. Come Friday arvo, there’s a ripper local market just by the mosque after prayers fresh fruit, veg, and proper local threads for a steal. And don’t even get me started on Souk Lhad, just a stone’s throw away feels like stepping into a scene from One Thousand and One Nights. Loved the vibe loved the crew 🤙🏻

Wat wij het allerfijnste vonden, was het persoonlijke contact. Leuk gesprek met de eigenaar en heel veel handige informatie over de omgeving. Het slot van ons appartement ging kapot, wat mijn man samen met de eigenaar opgelost heeft. Hij bood ons daarvoor een hele ruimte vergoeding aan. Heel sympathiek.

C’est la deuxième fois que je réserve avec le même hôte, très professionnel. Nous adorons l’appartement, qui était vraiment propre et calme, comme nous en avons l’habitude. La connexion Wi-Fi est excellente, ce qui est essentiel pour notre travail. Notre séjour était simple : bien dormir, profiter d’une bonne connexion Wi-Fi et se déplacer à pied, car tout est à proximité de l’appartement.

A good little apartment that has parking. Plenty of places to eat nearby, and mini markets. It does have a fan, which was actually better than having a/c last night, I thought. The host met us there to show the place and hand over the key. He is a friendly, helpful gentleman that is full of tips about Agadir, and is proactive, offering to help with anything, including understanding all things Moroccan.

First layover in Agadir, I stayed at this place to tackle work and video calls. The host was a champ, arranging an airport pickup. Place was spotless, in a quiet and safe area slept like a dream. Wi-Fi was super fast, perfect for getting stuff done. Right in the city center, so I enjoyed a chill evening stroll. Totally recommend for work, rest, and exploring Agadir with zero stress.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war einfach hervorragend! Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, unglaublich ruhig und bot eine perfekte, entspannte Atmosphäre zum Wohlfühlen. Die zentrale Lage ermöglichte es uns, alle wichtigen Orte der Stadt bequem zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns mit großartigen Tipps zu den besten Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und versteckten Perlen der Stadt versorgt. Die Wohnung war zudem mit modernen Annehmlichkeiten bestens ausgestattet, sodass es uns an nichts fehlte für einen komfortablen und unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Wir können diese Unterkunft jedem, der die Stadt besucht, wärmstens empfehlen

Ayoub was exceptionally kind and went above and beyond to help my family and me explore the city. He guided us to the best local spots and even arranged a driver to show us around at a better rate than a typical taxi. The highlight was when my daughter accidentally left a bag at the entrance 😅 and a neighbor kindly knocked on our door to return it an incredibly rare and heartwarming experience for us. This speaks volumes about the safe, peaceful, and serene neighborhood, which is truly hard to find. We fell in love with the city and the warm, welcoming Moroccan people. This was our first time in Morocco, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Thank you for an unforgettable experience ❤️ We also appreciated the host’s recommendations for authentic local restaurants, which made our trip even more special.

C’est la 2ème fois que nous séjournons dans ce logement, et encore une fois, tout était parfait. L’appartement est idéalement situé en plein cœur d’Agadir, propre, confortable et très bien équipé. Mais ce qui rend le séjour vraiment spécial, c’est l’accueil d’Ayoub. Toujours aussi bienveillant, disponible et attentionné, il met tout en œuvre pour que ses hôtes se sentent chez eux. Sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme sont rares et très appréciables. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés et reviendrons avec plaisir une 3ème et 20eme fois. Merci encore Ayoub pour tout !

Ayoub is an incredibly professional and kind host. He went above and beyond to help my family and me discover the best spots in the city. The apartment was exceptionally clean, which is rare to find, and it was conveniently located near all the famous landmarks and tourist attractions. Surrounded by supermarkets in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, it’s the perfect place to relax. You truly feel at home as if you’re in your own house. My husband, my two children, and I were extremely comfortable and happy during our stay. Thank you so much, Ayoub, for your professionalism . we will undoubtedly come back. I highly recommend this apartment!

The apartment is great, but it isn’t near the beach

No breakfast but shops in abundance close by, area quiet although call to prayer loud as mosque had loudspeaker and call to prayers started quite early in mornings especially during Ramadan, the apartment was clean and facilities adequate for me. The host Ayoub was brilliant and available at any time, contact was through WhatsApp.

A little too far out of town and from most attractions, although I would say taxis are in abundance and quite reasonable. The facilities were more than adequate for me, no complaints but this is an apartment in Agadir, do not expect hotel conditions.

The Location, the calm, the security, Ayoub is really à Nice guy and à very helpfull person, I advise agadir visitors to book this appartement when possible.

Ayoub was very nice and very helpful, he even helped us to rent a car and provided us with eveything we needed. The house was clean, in a very quiet neighbourhood clase to the city center. It s a good place to spend the night and rest.

Our experience was fantastic! The host was very welcoming and met us at the door as planned, making the check-in process seamless. They gave us a lovely tour of the property, which was exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect for our family, offering convenience and comfort. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to others!

Ayoub thinks that talking about a cleaner will convince the guest that there is actually a cleaner. There clearly isn't, if there is, they are not very good. It's insulting to seasoned travellers to try to fool them, he even sent me a message after I left saying that the "cleaner" was impressed by the way I had left the place so clean. This definitely wasn't good value for money. There were stains on the sheets and the bedding didn't smell clean (unlike my final stay in Agadir, where the place is much better in every way (and much cleaner) as well as much cheaper!) so I lay on top of the bed. The kitchen is equipped with broken cups etc and no knives. It, like the bathroom and bedroom clearly hadn't been cleaned. The pump soap bottle had watered down soap (I would say 99.5% water, 0.5% soap). Ayoub my initial impression was you seemed like a nice person, but if you honestly want to look after your guests and not just take their money, put some effort in!!

The host was very helpful, and let us check in earlier on request. He also facilitated with taxi to airport, and suggested good eateries around the place. Place was small but clean, and with all necessary materials.

A fan or an AC would hv been helpful as it was a bit hot in the midday.

No air conditioner. Ayoub provided portable fan but it wasn't enough for two rooms as we two slept in bedroom and kids slept on futon on living room.

Ayoub is an exceptional host. It was easy to keep in touch with him and he is really helpful and support a lot. The apartment is situated in a calm but frequented area, easy to find.
