אין בריכה למי שזה חשוב, הספא וחדר הכושר צמודים כך שכל הרעש של המתעמלים נשמע בקול דבר שפוגם חלקית בהנאה מהמסאז.

The only think I felt was the location, if don't have a personal vichele it's a big problem. Rest all is fine.

I went in the monsoon season, so there were very few people there. It was a great place for peace and quiet. They have a library and beautiful reading area with a meditation/yoga room. I felt taken care of and safe. The GM also made sure to check in on me, which was very thoughtful.

The TV wasn't working at the time, but I was too busy doing other things

The bed/mattress was one if the best I have slept on during my travels thru India. All of the staff tried really hard to please the customers. A+ for their efforts.

The cleanliness of the floors in this property and others I have stayed in is awful. They sweep with a filthy broom/mop; then squirt the floors with something from a spray bottle. Then use the same filthy broom/mop to spread the dirt around. Totally ineffective.

The staff was great! Food was amazing, and facilities were excellent. Location was awesome as well, super quiet and walkable for all tourist places. Spandan, Durga and the security team really did amazing job, they were so respectful and helpful. Thank you for everything! Namaste 🙏🏽

Reception guys were quick, efficient, helpful and very polite. Buffet breakfast is nice and a la carte food at the restaurant is also good. Rooms/ bathroom are clean and spacious. Professional spa services are provided. Nice quiet surrounding environment.

Hyatt Place is a fabulous place to stay in Bodh Gaya. We were welcomed with a welcome drink, a Buddhist bead necklace and a Buddhist stole. All the staff, from the security lady in the lobby to the front office and restaurant staff, were well-trained and had a good service attitude. We were also lucky to get a room upgrade due to low occupancy. The location of the hotel is not far from the Mahabodhi temple, a 100-rupee tuk-tuk ride, and in 5 minutes, you are at the temple.

Stayed at Hyatt Place Bodh Gaya and honestly, I think this is probably the only place in the area where you can stay comfortably and feel like Bihar is being presented at its best. The hotel is grand and very much up to Hyatt standards, clean, spacious, and thoughtfully done. After being out in Bodh Gaya, coming back here feels like a reset button. The people are extremely warm. They understand why you’re here i.e temples, prayer, a bit of inner searching and they make it easy. There’s even a meditation room, which feels very on-brand for the location. Also, small but important detail: cold water always available… because Bihar. A special mention to the lady at the entrance, just genuinely kind and welcoming in a way that doesn’t feel forced. The staff also helps arrange cars for pick-up/drop and even e-rickshaws if you want to explore the city, which makes logistics very smooth. Yes, the electricity can go out sometimes but that’s more of a Bihar situation than a Hyatt one. Only small feedback: the bathroom lighting could be a bit better. But honestly, I didn’t mind too much because I’m not trying to have deep eye contact with myself in the mirror on vacation anyway. Overall, a really solid stay. And let’s be honest, if you’re coming to Bodh Gaya and want comfort, this is pretty much your best bet. Buddha found enlightenment under a tree. I found mine at Hyatt. 😄

No in room dining and were told they have 24/7 restaurant where we can get food, it was not true. They said restaurant will be closed by 10.30 and no food will be available after that. How come no in room dining and no food after 10.30.

A quiet little oasis on the edge of town. Peaceful and adorned with cascading greenery giving the property an interesting tranquility.

It is a little out of town, but for 100 Rs for a tuk tuk, it is an easy obstacle to overcome.

Everything about this stay was exceptional. The service was top-notch, from the warm welcome at the reception to the attentive staff in the dining room. I felt very safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The environment is beautiful, and the genuine warmth from every staff member made it feel like a home away from home.

A wonderful stay with exceptional service, though adding mosquito protection in the rooms would make it perfect.

Excellent service and great experience for staying in Bodhgaya. While the hotel is a 10 minute short rickshaw drive from the Mahă Bodhi Temple, it is in a quiet location with views of the temple from the terrace gardens (if the weather is clear). Staff were courteous and attentive, with excellent service provided throughout. The meals in the restaurant were delicious - would highly recommend the masala dosa at breakfast!

People who work for this property are kind and empathetic.

1. Location is far and the road that leads to the hotel is small, full of speebrakers and somewhat not safe. 2. Sense of urgency is lacking among some staff members. Communication among different departments need to speed up and better procedures need to be put in place as it took 40 minutes to get a meal. I understand that the main restaurant was under renovation but robust procedures must be put in place. 3. It seemed they were understaffed. 4. No room service. Why? 5. Inspects and moths in the evening and night was a major nuisance, especially in front of the main door. No system in place to either kill them or not have them in the first place was present. Some people might need more training in customer service.
