We cannot say enough good things about this place! Exceptionally clean, plenty of room, lovely sauna, incredible view. Close to hiking trails and a very short drive from city center and all attractions. Our hosts left excellent recommendations for dining and all of them were great. We cannot imagine coming back and staying anywhere else!!

Zero complaints at all. Perfect!!

The location of the house, inside the forest, unique city's architecture, the houses are inside the forests, between lakes and forests, wild environment and yet safe for living, driving between reindeers.

Naprosto výjimečné ubytování. Výhled byl krásný a pokoje velké. Ještě krásnější než na fotografiích. Byli jsme velmi spokojení a pokud pojedeme kolem, tak se rádi vrátíme.

I had an amazing stay at this lodge in Rovaniemi. The place was exceptionally clean, warm, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The surrounding nature was absolutely stunning, and watching the Aurora in the evening was truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay close to nature.

Mi è piaciuto tutto. Abbiamo vissuto un sogno in questa villa, è stato tutto straordinario. Ci siamo divertiti grazie alla neve fuori la villetta e gli slittini, abbiamo acceso il fuoco ed è stato tutto emozionante. Inoltre, anche se per poco, siamo riusciti ad avvistare l’aurora!!

It has beautiful views and all the amenities needed in an apartment. It was in a secluded location but still close to the city center using uber. The apartments was clean and well maintained. It is really good if traveling with families. Very spacious as well

Nothing.. It was cold at first as the temperature was set to 22 degrees but this was later increased when we reached out to the owners who responded promptly.

Chalet chaleureux, très bien équipé avec chauffage au sol apprécié par la famille, un sauna, des grandes baies vitrées. Et un énorme plus: le jardin avec une grande piste de luge privative, un brasero, et un jacuzzi (en sus), petite forêt en contre bas. Les hôtes réactifs et sympa! Place de parking devant la maison.

We stayed at Kajo Ski Lodge with my family (2 children and my husband), and we love it! The house was clean, new, with all the needed amenities that you could need. The views were astonishing! We enjoyed very much de garden with the sleds. The host was lovely and very, very helpful. 100% recommended!

Küchenutensilien zum Kochen fand ich zu wenig wie holzlöffel, sonst alles ausreichend.

This is best stay ever had. The home is very comfortable and best thing is that we saw northern lights 2 days.

We had such a great time here. Henri, Ellinoora, and Kaapo 🐶 are the best hosts—super friendly and genuinely helpful. The place was even better than the photos. It’s spotless, the sauna is amazing, and it has everything you could possibly need. The view is a huge plus too. Location-wise, it’s perfect. It's an easy 10-minute drive to all the spots and restaurants, plus a big supermarket just 5 minutes away. It really felt like a cozy home for us. Highly recommend staying here if you're in Rovaniemi

We had an absolutely magical stay in this cabin near Rovaniemi. The view over the snowy winter landscape was breathtaking, and on our very first evening we were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights directly from the living room through the large windows, an unforgettable experience. The cabin itself was perfect. Everything was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The owner provided clear and helpful information in advance, which made our arrival smooth and completely hassle-free. The Wi-Fi was easy to set up via a QR code, and the TV worked flawlessly with multiple streaming services. In every way, this place exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended, a perfect stay.

The property was very clean when we arrived. The instructions were very clear and reasonable. Radiant floors kept the house cozy and warm. The hosts checked on us regularly to see if everything was ok. They were responsive and easy to reach through the booking app and phone. The best thing, in my opinion, was the location and the view. There was a small slide in the backyard where we had fun with the sledding boards. The view of the Arctic wilderness from the house's ceiling-to-floor windows was truly amazing.

Spacious, modern, clean, everything you could ask for. Stunning views. Loved sledding in the garden and toasting marshmallows on the fire pit.

Lovely house, cozy and beautiful interior design, great attention to details. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds. It was a perfect match to our needs, the beautiful open view is a big bonus. The hosts are a real delight and were very helpful, it was a real pleasure staying at Kajo Sky Lodge. Very recommended!

Everything about our stay here was wonderful — the high-end facilities, the comfortable environment, and the cozy bed, blanket, and pillows all made for a perfect night’s sleep. The host has kept the place spotless and practical, making it feel just like home. At night, we could even see the Northern Lights, take a walk along the nearby trails, make a fire, have a picnic, and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The bathroom was fully equipped, including a sauna. There was also a washing machine, kitchen, dishwasher, and oven — everything we needed! This place truly deserves an excellent review and is definitely worth staying at again. I’ll miss everything about being there, as well as the lovely host family. We are from Taiwan 🇹🇼

Upon arrival we loved the outlook from the property. An open frozen lake to look over surrounded by forest. Its a quite area which we loved as we got to enjoy nature. Everything inside is top notch, you want for nothing with a feeling of being so calm and relaxed. I will be recommending to my friends and family to stay here, you will love it. Highlight was watching snow fall in the mornings and the aurora at night - all from bed.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was warm on arrival, minimalist yet fully equipped. Just a 10-minute drive from the city center, it offered both convenience and tranquility. The highlight was the breathtaking view—we even saw the Northern Lights! The neighbourhood was peaceful, and the owners were very helpful with any questions. Highly recommend and would love to visit again!

The hosts are simply charming persons, Ellinoora and Henri, are very nice positive and responsive. We felt it from the beginning, before the stay, as they helped a lot with tons of valuable information about travel, activities, etc. They helped us a lot during the stay as well, starting with pick-ups and travels to city centre, supermarkets and more, they had a solution for everything... The villa is a "dream", it is brand new, spacious, you got everything you might need and everything is designed with elegance and functionality in mind ... The views from the windows are unbelievable. you can easy go out and walk around in nice natural trails... The sauna is a great bonus .. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and thanks a lot to Ellinoora and Henri !

First of all, the landlord was very helpful, the location of the house, its cleanliness and especially the view were magnificent. You can watch the children sledding from the living room and enjoy the view both during the day and at night, watching the northern lights.

Absolutely beautiful lodge that makes the winter Lapland experience magical. Facilities are top class. Incredible to look out into the snow from the bedroom and the sauna was impressive.

Super clean, incredibly warm and cosy after a day in the cold and wonderful views over the countryside. And the opportunity to watch the Northern Lights from the bed. Hosts very quick to answer any questions.

Everything was perfect! Location, you could go for a walk in the snowy forest nearby. Utterly gorgeous interior. You could smell the wood when entering the house. New and great facilities from oven, stove and microwave to iron, washing machine. The view ist stunning with the big windows. You enter the house feel warmly welcome in this Finnish cottage. The owner was extremely friendly and always responded quickly to any kind of question. We would have loved to stay longer. Best accommodation we had. Highly recommend

A lodge with dreamy scenery, featuring cozy and warm interior decor. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, and it even includes a sauna! Overall, it’s an excellent vacation cabin.

It was brand new, modern, beautifully presented and the owners had thought of everything you may need for a self catering break. The even brought sledges for the kids to play in the large front garden. The owners were super helpful, they collected from the airport for a fraction of the cost of a taxi. Took us to the supermarket, Santa Village & picked us up (small charge). Absolutely loved our stay and so thankful for the owners help. The private sauna was a fantastic addition to relax in when kids were asleep!

Fantastic accommodation! The location is excellent—close to Rovaniemi city center yet nestled in a peaceful, forested area away from apartment buildings. The large windows offer stunning views of nature, and there’s even a window in the sauna to enjoy the scenery. Beneath the house, there’s a well-maintained walking path where we discovered frozen lakes and even had a chance to chat with ice fishers. The nights were truly magical: we could watch the northern lights from the comfort of our bed!
