The host was really accommodating and nice. They allowed me to check in a few hours early and also to extend my stay in the same unit. The location is great as it's near the subway station and also some establishments like grocery, restaurants. Very safe even late at night! It's also walking distance away from Cheonho station where I transferred from and that area is pretty much alive even in the wee hours. The unit has all the appliances I needed, and I was even able to cook for Thanksgiving. It is also super clean! Yellow being my favorite color, I was really happy when I checked in! I booked the unit again for when I go back to Seoul in February 2026!

Very close to the subway and various busses. Very convenient to get into the city.

L'emplacement est un peu éloigné du centre mais métro au pied de l'immeuble, ligne 5 très pratique pour des lieux touristiques et le bus aussi . Immersion dans la vie seoulienne , commerces... La dame est adorable, serviable.

The week I spent at Y House, Seoul was a very pleasant one. The apartment is clean, modern and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is bottled water as well as tea and coffee making facilities with teabags and coffee capsules provided. An umbrella is available to borrow, which luckily I didn't need, and there are plenty of toiletries and towels for your use in the bathroom. The shower works really well and the water was always hot while I was there. The view of the southern Seoul skyline is breathtaking with the Lotte Tower clearly visible from the window of the apartment. The building is quiet and the air-con works really well, so I always got a good night's sleep. There are lots of shops in the neighbourhood and also an ATM which accepts foreign cards. A CU convenience store is located right on the ground floor of the building itself. Getting to the city centre and all the main sights is easy as the Line 5 Gangdong subway station is just a few steps away. By subway the journey to the downtown area is approximately 35-40 minutes. I highly recommend Y House to anyone travelling to Seoul for whatever purpose - you won't be disappointed!

It’s literally over the road from the airport bus stop. The apartment is delightful. It has everything you need with extra little touches (phone charger/coffee machine/umbrella and more) that I appreciated. There is a convenience store within the building, lots of food options close by and a metro stop literally over the road. Every communication I had with the host was great. Always super helpful; even sending me pictures of how to catch the airport bus for example. They were awesome! This place felt like a home away from home. I very much enjoyed my stay.

I had no issue with anything but it is about a 30 minute train ride to the tourist type places from the apartment. But that was also easy with metro so close by.

It looked exactly like the pictures, it's beautifully designed and the space is well done. Great for travel for attending events at the sports parks.

Pretty nice room in a great location in the city. The subway is almost at the entrance of the building. The room had all the equipment, even a washing machine.

The duvet cover catches the hair. It should be made of better fabric. The shower and toilet area cannot be closed completely. The movable mirror works like a door, but without the seal. But that's a detail.
