Xana Hotelle - Guangzhou Jiangnanxi Metro Station

The staff was helpful, the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the brief stay there.

It would have been nice for the room to have a wardrobe for clothes, but I guess that would affect the room size.

Best place I've found in Guangzhou, the location is perfect. the ambience is okay, breakfast is perfect (if you are used to having chinese food). The staff is very helpful and friendly. Especially Sonya was very kind and assisted us a lot in getting information about the city and commuting. Thank you. will visit again.

Rooms are very clean, and bathroom is good and clean, they clean bad, change sheets and give us every day new water

Staff are very bad at English, they charge me more than price on Booking, they calculate high exchange rate and charge me 50 eur more, rooms can be bigger and mini bar need insert in rooms. Also breakfast is every day same, it is bad when 7 mornings eat same food

Staff were helpfull. They tried their best to use machine translator to english. My room being upgraded with same price. Free breakfast (but not muslim friendly 😪). Free laundry. Welcome gift by the staff (face mask etc). Free water bottle. Bathroom came with music. Hotel are cute with green tiffany look. Auto curtain on and off.

The address shown in booking.com and google maps are INCORRECT. It took us for 2 hours with big luggage before reach to the hotel from nearest metro. We use metro go to nearest MRT then we lost. We also try didi but didi also cannot find the address. We contact the hotel but still no clue.. after almost 2hours, hotel send one of their staff to pick us up by walk infront of KFC (Jiangnanxi metro exit A) and we have to walk to the hotel about 25mins walk. There are a lot of shops around but they are not muslim friendly shop available.

Room was clean, though it was very tiny. Breakfast was decent. Walking distance to nearest metro station 7 min.

Staff at reception hardly speak and understand English. Hotel address mentioned in Booking is wrong, you will not find it using google maps. Taxi also couldn’t find it. I spent 1 hour to finally get there. Telephone number mentioned in Booking is also wrong. After booking contact the hotel and ask for gps coordinates to avoid hassle.

Poor breakfast. Far from metro station if you have luggage with you. Both metro stations, Baogang Dadao of line 8 and Jiangnanxi of line 2, are 850 meters away from hotel.

We chose this hotel for a business trip. Within walking distance (15 minutes) there are two metro stations, in different directions, we used one to get to the exhibition, and the other to the train station! The location of the hotel is just great, in a quiet place, and there are a lot of shopping centers and restaurants nearby, for every taste! The entrance area of ​​the hotel is unremarkable, only an elevator on the street. But when you go up to the hall, everything is much better! The interior is very nice, beautifully decorated in Tiffany colours. The reception staff are very nice and friendly, there is also a robot staff dressed in Tiffany colour too) The room is small but clean, has everything you need, there is a kettle and cute blue cups. The bottles of water are renewed every day. There is tea and coffee, you can already guess what colour the tea packaging is. As a compliment, a small gift was waiting in the room every evening - a drink, a snack, napkins, shower accessories. It was very cute and created a great mood after a hard day at work! Breakfast is small in choice but tasty. Local. I loved mochi. Very nice woman in the kitchen. We returned to the hotel one more time after a short getaway. I definitely recommend this hotel for business trips!

The sound insulation is very poor. Small window. Wi-Fi sometimes blocked my VPN, I could not connect.
