Pas propre, et des équipements inutile vu la taille du studio.

1. Η τοποθεσία είναι τέλεια λόγω του ότι βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης. 2. Ειχε μηχανή καφέ,πλυντήριο,πιστολάκι κτλ.

Δυστυχώς τα αρνητικά είναι πολύ περισσότερα από ότι τα θετικά. 1. 3 βράδια μείναμε με τον σύντροφο μου και είχε μόνο 3 πετσέτες. Πράγμα αδιανόητο καθώς είναι καλοκαίρι κι δε γίνεται να είσαι με 3 πετσέτες για 4 ημέρες. 2.Το μπάνιο είναι τόσο μικρό που ίσα ίσα χωράς να περάσεις κι ειδικά όταν κάνεις μπάνιο βγαίνουν όλα τα νερά έξω κι ακόμα το μικρό πατάκι του μπάνιου δε κάνει απολύτως τίποτα παρά μόνο να βρέχεται κι να πρέπει να στεγνώσει. 3. Το κρεβάτι το οποίο είναι καναπές κρεβάτι , είναι με πολύ σκληρό στρώμα κι φαίνεται ότι είναι δύο διαφορετικά κομμάτια καθώς δε μπορείς να κάνεις καλό ύπνο 2 άτομα και είχε αποτελέσματα να κοιμόμαστε στο ένα κομμάτι του καναπέ. Τουλάχιστον αν υπήρχε ενα top mattress θα ήταν καλύτερο δε κοστίζει κι πολλά. 4. Το παράθυρο δυστυχώς είναι σε κακό σημείο αλλά τα στόρια είναι το πρόβλημα καθώς είναι χαλασμένα κι να θέλεις να τα κατεβάσεις κι να μην φαίνεται αυτό δε γίνεται γιατί φαίνονται όλα μέσα ειδικά κάποιος αν κάτσει από τα απέναντι διαμερίσματα μας βλέπει 100%. Πράγμα το οποίο δεν είναι ευχάριστο. 5. Το ψυγείο δυστυχώς έχανε νερά από την κατάψυξη κι είχαμε θέμα με τα πράγματα που βρισκόντουσαν μέσα στο ψυγείο. 6. Δεν υπήρχε έξτρα χαρτί για τη τουαλέτα. 7. Πολύ πρωινό check out 10:00 π.μ.

Emplacement, prix, pas de bruit dans la rue la nuit.

Forte odeur dans la salle de bain, lit peu confortable, pas de volets.

L'emplacement imbattable dans le centre ville, et qui reste relativement calme en soirée et la nuit. Contient tous les équipements nécessaires pour un séjour autonome. Le prix du séjour très raisonnable.

La taille très réduite du studio mais je savais à quoi m'attendre, et convient pour une seule personne. La propreté pas irréprochable de certains éléments.

It was too small for the amount they charge and it wasn’t clean at all we asked them to change the towels and bed sheet and they told us that for 4 days that we will be staying there it was enough 1 towel We told them that the room was smelling but and we been told that it was because of the weather

Nothing it wasn’t clean you had no space at all for nothing the bed was very uncomfortable it was 2 mattresses one small on a bit bigger literally we didn’t had 1 cozy night at all it looks so different from the pics

το νερό στο μπάνιο δεν ήταν αρκετά ζεστό δεν υπήρχε επαρκής αερισμός και έπρεπε να ανοίγω συνέχεια το παράθυρο το καζανάκι δέν πετούσε αρκετό νερό

The optimal location!

There was almost no hot water, unfortunately.

Περάσαμε τέλεια πολύ καθαρά δεν έλειπε τίποτα θα ήθελα να ξανάρθω σε αυτό το μέρος

Μόνο η τοποθεσία!

Είναι απίστευτα μικρό! Δεν μπορείς να κουνηθείς αν είναι ανοιχτός ο καναπές! Δεν υπάρχει τραπέζι και καρέκλες για φαγητό! Αχρείαστα υπερφορτωμένη η κουζίνα! Το μπάνιο τόσο μικρό που το καλαθάκι για τα χαρτιά είναι μέσα στο ντουλάπι. Πολύ στενή πόρτα μπάνιου και όταν ανοίγει κρύβει την πετσέτα των χεριών και τον μισό νεροχύτη. Το σιφώνι του μπάνιου και της ντουζιέρας ήταν βουλωμένα. Δεν υπήρχε αρκετό χαρτί κουζίνας και μπάνιου και μας έφεραν μετά από τρεις μέρες. Το πάρκινγκ κοστίζει 15€ την μέρα. Το ασανσέρ ήταν χαλασμένο από μέρες και οι σκάλες ήταν σκοτεινές και βρώμικες! Το μπαλκόνι είναι κοινόχρηστο, μικρό, βρώμικο, χωρίς έπιπλα εξωτερικού χώρου και και χωρίς καμία θέα. Φανερά ακαθαρτο στούντιο, όπως και όλη η οικοδομή. Ο καναπές κρεβάτι άβολος, οι τοίχοι γεμάτοι σκόνες, χωρίς κουβέρτα για σκέπασμα. Οι φωτογραφίες στην εφαρμογή είναι πολύ έξυπνα τραβηγμένες και δεν παρουσιάζουν την πραγματικότητα. Άσχημη εμπειρία η επαφή με την ομάδα διαχείρισης. Ανικανότητα συννενόησης για απλά πράγματα. Αναγκάστηκα για λόγους υγιεινής να φύγω νωρίτερα και να μείνω σε άλλο κατάλυμα. Αν υπήρχε βαθμός 0 θα τον έβαζα!

The elevators were not working

It was adequate. Very early check out compared to other places. Very corporate approach to customer service, not terribly inviting.

Great location, right at the market. The studio is very new and modern. It's tiny, but it does fit one person ok. The bed is just a sleeper sofa, but comfy.

There was a lot of noise very early each morning - sounded like someone was unloading cargo, and it happened every night from around 4am, kept waking me up. Also, the bathroom is super small, could barely fit and it smells - however, the smell was gone once the bathroom fan was on for a minute or two.

Прекрасное расположение, прямо в центре, внутри есть всё что нужно, даже зонтик для пляжа. Единственное, что душь немного неудобно расположен, нужно протискиваться возле унитаза, ну и после душа, как бы акуратно вы не мылись, вся ванная будет плавать. Но это иожно потерпеть, всё остальное превосходно 👍

Ήταν μέσα στο κεντρο και είχε εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Αυτό μόνο

Στο μπάνιο, το τηλέφωνο στην ντουζιέρα ήταν χαλασμένο και έβγαζε με ελάχιστη πίεση νερό και η κουρτίνα στην ντουζιέρα ήταν χαλασμένη, λερωμένη σαν μουλιασμένη, έλειπαν κρίκοι και κρεμόταν και ήταν κοντή με αποτέλεσμα να μην φτάνει στο πάτωμα με τα νερά να βγαίνουν απέξω και πλημμυρίζει το μπάνιο. Επίσης ο κοινόχρηστος χώρος που βρισκόταν το κατάλυμα ήταν βρώμικος, γεμάτος από ακαθαρσίες από περιστέρια, όπως και το ασανσέρ. Το ασανσέρ ήταν βρώμικο και μύριζε άσχημα. Τέλος το μπαλκόνι του δωματίου ήταν και αυτό βρώμικος γεμάτος κουτσουλιές.

Location was very good!

The apparent was very tiny! There is no space to do anything. Especially the bathroom was the smallest part of the studio. The bed was sofa bed but very uncomfortable.

Propre bien équipé et bien placé

Vraiment très très très petit ! Un « placard » …! Les photos sont vraiment réussies on le croirait plus grand ! Quand au parking on s’est pris une amende de 40€ dans une rue adjacente … !

Excellent location, amazing apartment with beautiful and modern decoration.

The place is in the heart of Heraklion. While it might be a bit small it has everything necessary to make your stay perfect. If, like us, you plan to get a car and travel around the island, this place will be your perfect place! Also, the host was amazing. Quick, nice, and always friendly! Highly recommended :)

the location is very good because you are in the centar of the town, the owner was very pleasent for everything what l needed... for everything what happend in same building or the same property he react immediately and inform me for every issue.

The location is amazing. Only 2 minutes walk to city centre

Durty flat. Hair all over the bed and at the W.C. . No hand soap. Hardly any toilet paper and kitchen roll. I called 6 times , but there wasn't any reply. I emailed a couple of times asking for a fresh set of towels and beddings, but there was no reply again. I asked to have someone to clean the flat ( i informed that I would pay for it myself ), and still, no reply. I sent an email on the 8th of November saying that I would arrive at the property at 15.30, knowing that i could check in from 15.00,but I didn't get the keys before 17.00. I never had such a bad experience. I will make sure to inform people to avoid this place.

Other than the location and cleanliness, Nothing was good

Very small bathroom. One can use only half of the sink as tbe door handle blocks it. The door is very difficult to open and close due to the TINY area. The bed is very very uncomfortable. The bed side board is so high that you can not sit ir climb in the bed. Altough we requested extra pillows, none was given and they did not even mention it... THE TWO EXISTING PILLOWS were so thin and uncomfortable that we niw have sore necks and back. Other than in the kitchenette, there was no space for two persons to move around. And we are of medium height and size... Never again...

Great location - compact mini studio with extensive amenities.

The instructions to locate the studio were not very clear. (Host advised of suggested editing which are being made)

Everything was clean and tidy The location is great , in the very centre of everything

The facilities seem bigger in the photos. The bathroom is very small, my husband could barely fit

It seemed as though bugs were excited to enter the property, but that's probably more my lack of knowledge of the island

Amazing, beautiful, clean, new, tidy, safe, and perfect! Everything was as described! Value for money studio. Met every expectation ! There's no reason to look anywhere else again, next time i visit Heraklio.
