I dont have any positive feedback. Dead insect in room, Cockroaches, dirty floors, stains on the couch, hair everywhere, and a faulty air conditioning system. The property promised to clean the room after we'd been gone for a few days. What a disaster.

I booked this apartment specifically because it advertised fully equipped kitchen and l will be in Phnom Penh for 3 months. The kitchen did not represent the images on your website. I had to ask for the microwave and was told it was not standard in the rooms. To their credit they did bring me a one, they told me the toaster was broken so they couldn’t provide me with that. On my first night l was woken at around 11.30pm by a staff member holding a eftpos machine and telling me that she had forgot to charge me the 10.00 security deposit. I told her l was already in bed and asked if this could wait till morning, however she just stood there until l agreed to complete the transaction. This was the first time l complained about the hardness of the mattress. On my second day there l went to dry my hair and it didn’t work but l could feel heat when touching the hairdryer. Upon close inspection l could see the tip of the hairdresser was slightly melted. I return it to reception and they told me they would bring another one to my room. That never happened. Also on the second day l complained again about the hardness of the mattress, they told me they would bring a topper to my room. I also told them my tv didn’t work and later that day they sent maintenance to my room. After trying unsuccessfully to get the tv to work he told me he would be back tomorrow to fix it. I did not get a working tv until the 8th day of my stay. I asked 4 times for a topper or another doona but they never brought anything to my room. On Saturday the 9th l sent an email to the email address provided by your site asking to checkout early, noting my concerns and requesting the remaining paid stay to be refunded. I did not receive a response from the hotel until the 15th and their reply did not address any of my concerns. My room was only cleaned 3 times, even though l hung the service sign on my door everyday and l often witnessed the cleaners on my floor, my room went untouched.

When I went swimming in the evening, I could not see my feet and my leg fell into one of these open gaps — a sharp metal edge cut my leg badly. Because of this injury, I had to go to the hospital and get a tetanus shot, which cost me a significant amount of money. On top of that, I suffered for about a week due to the wound on my leg. When I went to the hotel staff and asked if they had anything to clean the wound, they told me they had NO first aid supplies — not a single item. This is completely unacceptable for a large hotel. Putting a guest’s safety at risk like this is truly inexcusable. The pool itself was also dirty and not well-maintained — I barely saw anyone swimming in it. It is definitely not as described. For such an expensive hotel, the quality is very disappointing. I do not recommend this place at all.

We booked the location for two reasons: Netflix or streaming in general like advertised & pool facilities The TV was in chinese, as was the streaming provider....not even YouTube worked... The pool is quite nice, but it is on the very top of the building with no shade at all...all the other pools in sight have some kind of roofs ar shading....

It was a good location nice view with a little balcony and fairly clean.

The pool wasn’t full when we got there. I never saw the restaurant open and there was no place to get coffee in the hotel nor did our room have coffee in it. All the plants on the pool patio were dead. The rooms are strictly no smoking, but my room smelled like smoke and there was a cigarette butt on the door.

1. Posuđe! Ono sto nudi hotel je daleko ispod onog sto pokazuju slike! Nema mikrovalne pećnice, nekog suđa ima samo za 1 osobu a ne za 2! A posebna priča je posuđe za pripremanje jela! Imate samo 1 lonac i 1 tavu!! I ništa drugo!! loncu je dno zagorjelo a tavi je dno oštećeno!! Na recepciji su rekli da su svi lonci i tave takvi i da mi ih ne mogu zamjeniti! 2. Dobrodošlica (welcome): from 3 possibilities: can of soda, cup of instant noodles and a bag of chips- they offered me only can of soda! I wanted cup of instant noodles, but stuff answered me they don’t have it! Then I asked a bag of chips and I got the same answer! Can of Soda I didn’t want! 3. Stove! First time both hot plate didn’t work!! Stuff came and said they will repair tomorrow! It was about 9-10 pm! Second time only 1 did not work! Stuff came and repair it!

It was clean with self cooking needs should you wish to cook instead eating out.

Room and bathroom little small, bed was too hard for our liking.Tv was all in Chinese and not much to see and you have to pay for movies. Pool was out of action when I wanted to swim and small , infinity pool title is misleading and photo doesnt justify the actual sizes

ARNAQUE. Cet établissement est un scam, ils ont changé le nom de l’hôtel sur booking car ils avaient une mauvaise note. Si vous regardez sur tripadvisor (voir photo jointe) l’hôtel (avec son vrai nom) est noté 2,8. Nous avions réservé cet hôtel pour la piscine, mais quand nous sommes arrivés, l’eau était marron, impossible de s’y baigner. On a trempé nos jambes juste quelques minutes, avant que nos jambes entières commencent à nous gratter sévèrement. On est allés voir la réception qui nous a indiqué qu’ils ne pouvaient rien faire face à cette situation, et qui a eu le culot de nous faire comprendre qu’on avait pas le droit de se plaindre car ils nous avaient upgrader la chambre (chose qu’on a jamais demandé à avoir, et qu’on a d’ailleurs eu le droit uniquement grâce à mes points fidélités sur booking). Il y avait également une fuite d’eau provenant des WC. À éviter si vous ne voulez pas vous faire arnaquer.

The place is very good value for money. I loved the view, the washing machine on the balcony is great! I didn't use the pool, but it looked wow!

This was my second time to stay here. They even upgraded my room, so I had a whole suite. But I have to say that this time, the room didn't feel quite as clean as during my first stay.

Good location near Independence monument. Plenty of food and drink options in the area. Value for money

Checkin was tedious. Four other groups waiting until 2pm then a queue. Don't understand why they can't just let people in as the rooms become available. No access to Netflix. Asked reception but no help. No access to pool in evening. ( Needed a password) Cleaners turn up at 4/5pm and even once at 6pm.

The hotel is located in a very nice area of the city. The room had its own fridge and little kitchenette. Also a washing machine, although nowhere to hang and dry your laundry afterwards. Nice views from the balcony

Everything ln the photo’s look like it was taken many years ago. We only discovered the main pool on our last day after wondering through dark stairways (broken lights) and what feels like abandoned bars and restaurants. In the gym all cardio equipment is broken. Prostitutes walk through the hallways sliding their business cards through the door!!

Moved to a nicer room after a poor first night.

Room was not clean when I arrived, smelled of cigarettes. Floor dirty and bathroom had not been cleaned (toothpaste and spit on counter). Balcony still had laundry detergent over the floor. Was promised another room in the morning (no response at night after late check-in) but after 3pm. Bathrooms in both rooms smelled like sewage. Don't believe the reviews here - offered "incentives" for giving a positive reviews. Pool was not working at the time of visit. This is not a hotel but an apartment residence and there is no customer satisfaction and staff were very unhelpful most of the time. I was contacted by several staff to address my issue but could offer very little information or results. I was offered a discount if I left a positive review but declined to inform other travellers. Plenty of better places to stay in this city.

Most cigarette smelling building I've ever seen. Every floor wreaked of disgusting cigarette smoke smell, including in my room. I put my clothes in plastic bags to keep them from smelling like cigarettes... horrible experience

The room was very clean, the beds are comfy. I had a great view from the 27th floor and the nice little balcony. The infinity pool is quite wow! Great to have a washing machine! Really good value for money.

The TV was all in Chinese only! No chance to watch anything else. I couldn't even access Youtube. The AC was a bit difficult to maneuver, even with the English explanations to the Chinese menu. My door didn't lock and unlock easily. But those were all minor things in my view.

Lo staff non è stato molto accogliente e cortese. Nella mia stanza non c’erano le attrezzature di cucina (piatti, pentole e posate) e quando l’ho attenzionato mi hanno risposto che non erano incluse; non appena ho fatto vedere la prenotazione che specificava la presenza di tali utensili, hanno provveduto a portarli (solo una padella, 2 piatti e 2 posate). 2 cose strane: 1) Prima di arrivare mi arriva un messaggio su Booking da parte della struttura dicendomi che la prenotazione è stata annullata. Ho ignorato tale messaggio e mi sono ugualmente presentato e al momento del check in nessuno ha menzionato tale comunicazione consegnandomi la stanza. 2) alla fine de soggiorno arriva un messaggio sempre su Booking da parte della struttura chiedendomi una recensione pari a 10 in cambio di uno snack…

The room has a kitchenette area with a large fridge. Good size shower and and bathroom facilities. My room had a balcony with superb views of the independence monument, the palace, Mekong River and the City skyline. Fantastic location close to many bars, coffee shops and restaurants. The staff are super helpful and extremely friendly. There's also a rooftop gym, pool and viewing platform.

360⁰ pool, you must check the sunset! Awesome view from the room we had at the 27th floor! They upgraded us instantly when we arrive which was nice.
