Atour S Hotel Tianjin Binjiang Road Hanglung Plaza

The room is located near a central street filled with shops and restaurants.

When it rained, water leaked into the apartment.

We love the hotel room and hotel and it's location.. Just at the heart of binjiandao, made all our work so easy..and the rooms are super comfy and we had the best sleep in our tour on that bed. 😊 and the most attractive icon is the electric commode 🤪

We loved all about it.if reception staff is more fluent in english, would have been better.but they are so helpful

Good location, only a few minutes walk from Lujiakou metro station and right next to the walking street and a big shopping mall. The staff were very helpful. The gym and laundry room were both very handy. The pillows were excellent too! We even purchased one after our stay.

The noise cancellation was not good. You could hear the other guests. One morning we were waken up by the noises made by the nearly construction site.

Bon emplacement dans la concession française

Le personnel de l'accueil n'est pas très réactif et ne comprend pas l'anglais. La configuration de la chambre n'est pas idéale avec une entrée dane la SDB.

Good location.

Nothing, good for money paid.

The location is very close to pedestrian, mall, shops, restaurants. The staffs are very helpfull. Room is clean and comfort.

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The location is right at the city center. The room is very comfortable, especially the pillow, bed, and blanket. But the most valuable part are the staff. Everyone has been super nice. The front desk staff help me to take deliveries and take-out orders. The cleaning staff take very good care of everything. The laundry room and gym are always clean and ready. The nightly free snack session is a very nice touch.

It will be great if there could be a mini safe in the room. And maybe a microwave in the common area. The front desk staff has helped me to warm things up, but I don't want to bother them all the time.

Clean and facilities good

Weather heater too hot in room cannot adjust

Best location! Good price!

Location

The layout is great

Rooms were very nice, cleaning staff did a great job

Had a room with a window to the "inner yard" But it was just a walled off hallway. The room was a bit warm and the controls for AC didn't do much

The service by hotel staff was excellent!

Location, clean and staff very friendly.
