Upgraded our room, gave us a bottle of wine and fruit platter Location Is excellent and walking distance to lots of places Staff responses are super fast.

Nothing. Everything was perfect as what a 5 star hotel should be

The hotel is great and the location is very convenient , I had a problem with the noise from the construction next door which is not the fault of the hotel, however after moving twice, they upgraded me into a wonderful suite and left a complimentary basket of wine and fruit for me, which was not expected at all

Nothing

The bar and club lounge in particular were fantastic. So attentive to detail and proactively looking after your needs. Wonderful! The band were amazing as well!

Location and staff. But mainly the staff.

Nice location, close to lots of shopping and sightseeing places.

Outstanding facilities and service

Absolutely spotless service

Clean room, in the centre of city.Staff very friendly.

fantastic location. clean rooms. great breakfast

Room condition was not bad and the employ could speak in English.

Due to the covid19 issue, only 2 restaurants were open in the hotel... so it was very inconvenient and room service food took such a long time. I was able to get my dinner over 1hour 10min.. after order.

Stayed in a club room, so will divide the review into room and lounge. Room: Looked impressive and clean at first. I started smelling cigarettes despite being a non-smoking room so made a complaint, and I think they then placed an air purifer at the corridor. But kept smelling cigatette all night which bothered me all night until I finally fell asleep at 2am. Think the smell was coming from ventilation in toilet somehow, but it was really unpleasant. Lounge: Decent selection of food, and meticulous service. Was more than half empty all three times I visited. Really nice place to relax.

A place that I had used on previous visit and find this hotel to offer a high standard professional service in all will return to this hotel

出かける度に部屋の清掃に入ってくれていた。 ベビーベッド置いてもらうようにお願いしていたが事前の連絡では確約してもらえず心配していたが、置いてもらえていた。

It’s located nicely in the city center. Easy access to subway, shopping and restaurants. Staff is incredible. Ivy at front desk is fantastic!

4 season standard. Staffs are helpful. Can have peaceful rest after tiring day.

他のホテルより割高ですが、スタッフの対応もいいし綺麗なのでおススメです。 ただ部屋の向きが現在工事中のビル側だとカーテンを開けれないです

The front desk could be more welcoming, check in and check out are 5 stars. But few of them still need to work out on the front desk service.

Prime location, very nice facilities, spacious room, friendly and helpful staff, overall experience is very good

Very comfortable room and bed etc. Only improvement can be on the breakfast (for us western people)

Very nice hotel. The breakfast may be improved (and price reduced)

Comfy, pretty, good service, room service is good too, dinning is fine.

Overall was pretty good, but I do notice that the water in my sink doesn’t go down very well.

Comfortable, accommodating hotel. Centrally located in the Financial District, easy walks to nearby (major) pedestrian shopping malls for anything and everything you need. Access to the city's A+ subway system is at the doorstep of the hotel entrance. Pleasant staff who, for the most part, spoke good to passable English. Excellent pool, workout facilities and spa. Four Seasons brand is known for providing a top shelf experience. This branch lived up to that reputation, and did so at a price far more reasonable than I have paid in other cities. I will be back.

Went to 5 places in CHINA and this is the only place I can't use Chinese passport to check in. I were directed to the police office instead where the officer was also questioning why they didn't allow me to check in. Wasted more than 3 more hours in the hot weather. Didn't feel like an international hotel.

Brand new with Good location + good price. Package not include breakfast, but we decide to had breakfast in hotel as it's charge $158@ if order advance in front desk, seems reasonable price for four seasons restaurant, but not much food selections. Staff English skill to be improve. Jacuzzi doesn't work while we stay and dressing stool is so heavy in changing room, really can't move it out for seat. Otherwise, it's a good hotel and I Don't think I can get the same price next stay anymore.

Excellent new hotel
