Hotel IP Swarn By Qotel Near Anand Vihar Vaishali Ghaziabad

Service was very bad

Some what good

The rooms were clean and nice. Facilities were okay. The staff was good.

The restaurant services are very slow.

The staff is co-operative, though they need to told in advance about requests and remind them a couple of times and they do it. The rates could’ve been lesser, considering that it’s more of a banquet venue than an actual hotel. The rooms are accordingly. So don’t expect luxury, the photos are a bit deceptive. The property could do with some repairs.

The flush in my Rooms toilet was leaking, creating a pool in the bathroom. I asked them to change the rooms and they complied immediately.

Good

Good

The person at the reception was too arrogant the rooms were smelling badly i have to cancel that hotel third class hotel no one should go there it's wastage of time and money by going even there

Reception area is good. Reception attendant is very calm in his work & guide every guest for their information needed. They seriously pay attention to guest standing for their CHECK-IN'S & never took so much time for proving room key. Reception also have the waiting area which is nice from guest comfort. Lift , room lobby, reception. everything is very hygienic. They allows delivery boy to the door step of the room which is very great thing is like the most.

Well, I must say that the property is good, but somewhere it clearly shows the signs of carelessness by the staff members which includes no bathroom amenities present in my room, water bottles need to be asked by us specifically as they did not provides bottles for guest to be already present in room. Lunch bill is not given to us. All Kitchen bills should be asked us to cleared at the time of check out instead of instant pay when food reached to our door step. Also the taxable bill is not shared & still asking for payment from guest shows non - professionals are hired at property. AC remote not working. Seems like they just kept another AC remote just to show that their room have AC remotes for AC controls. So these are some of the careless things which need to be not repeated again to maintain the stay comforts.

only location was suitable to stay

Very poor infrastructure and old types of modification and no other facilities according to the offer price.

This budget hotel offers incredible value for money. The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff nisha ji always there to help. I was very impressed with the overall experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable stay

Thx

Okay okay

Seepage and smell in room

Great value for money! The room was simple but clean, with all the essential amenities. The staff nisha is friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable.

I stayed here for 2 days and was very impressed with the value for money. The hotel is simple but offers everything you need—clean rooms, comfortable beds, and good Wi-Fi. The staff nisha was very nice behaviour .. i like this hotel 👍👍

Had a really good stay at this hotel! The amenities were great—everything was well-maintained and comfortable. But what stood out the most was the staff. They were super cooperative and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. Definitely a place I’d recommend and would love to stay at again!

Not good stay

False claims of calling it luxury suites which is very very misleading and fooling the consumers No cleanliness Horrible experience with restaurant White ants on walls Bathroom very dirty

Loving hotel

Property is very poorly managed . Professional people should not visit .

Staff , facilities, food & services all are third class

Every thing was over priced, food was also not up to the mark tea is for 80rs . Electric Kettle was not there as it was mentioned also, bathroom was not properly cleaned.

The property was just about ok. The pictures on booking.com are deceiving. Amenities mentioned are not available.

Pictures on booking.com are very different from actual place. Stained wall, inattentive staff. Also we had done the booking for 10 rooms with the hotel via booking.com and the hotel abruptly cancelled it without any information.
