Smalle bedden in eem hele kleine slaapkamer, veel gestamp van boven, harde bank, kou over de vloer, kachel ging niet hoger en een man gaf de chip maar niemand die zich voorstelde.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ist alles sehr neu und funktioniert tadellos.

also im Grunde genommen ist es ein modernes Appartement unter dem Hauptbereich des Wohnhauses des Gastgebers. es hat einen Eingangsbereich, ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit 2 Betten und einen Wohnbereich und eine Küchenzeile und ein Bad. in dem Wohnbereich gibt es eine Ausziehcouch, so dass man mit 4 Personen dort nächtigen kann. Wir haben am Anreisetag eine Nachricht bekommen, die uns Willkommen geheissen hat, und die uns die Zutrittsdaten genannt hat. Gesehen haben wir außer ein paar neugierigen Kindern, die vermutlich in dem Haus oben wohnen nichts von den Gastgebern, dass ist uns aber überall in Norwegen so gegangen. Wir sind relativ spät angekommen und mussten sehr früh raus zur Fähre, insofern haben wir da nicht viel benutzt.

Etwas zu lapidar war uns die Bemerkung, falls wir zu viert wären, müssten wir nur die Ausziehcouch noch herrichten. Wir haben für 4 gebucht und naja, dann erwarte ich auch 4 bezogenen Betten und nicht 2 Betten auf denen das Bettzeug selber zu beziehen war und eine Couch bei der wir erst mal herausfinden mussten mit welcher Technik diese herauszuziehen ist und wo dann der gesamte Bettenkram dazu zu finden ist. Als minimale Forderung erwarten wir tatsächlich, dass zumindest die 2 Betten im Schlafzimmer bezogen sind und nicht einfach irgendwelches Bettzeug draufgeschmissen wird, mit dem wir die Betten dann bitte selber beziehen sollen (und freilich bei Abreise dann auch selber wieder abziehen sollen). Das mache ich gerne, wenn ich bei Freunden übernacht, dann zahle ich dafür aber keine 125 Euro für eine Nacht.

Vi skulle kun have en enkelt overnatning, så kan ikke sige, så meget om stedet. Der var pænt og rent. Vi fik en god information fra udlejer om, hvor lejligheden lå og hvordan vi fik fat i nøglen m.m

Wonderful apartment with a place to park the car. Clean and well equiped. Really recommend this place!

sehr ruhige Lage, nur 10 Minuten vom Fährterminal entfernt, Preis ok, Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus, Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert, mail mit Angaben am Tag der Anreise, Schlüssel in box, Salon mit Küche, Sofa und Esstisch ausreichend groß

Parking hat Schieflage, für Motorrad nicht so einfach, Schlafzimmer extrem klein, kein Schalter beim Bett, Betten nicht gemacht (nicht so wichtig), sehr hellhörig (Trampeln vom ersten Stock), Badezimmer nicht ganz sauber, trotz Klimaanlage sehr warm

Hat alles problemlos geklappt - sehr modern - wenn auch etwas hellhörig

Logement agréable et propre. Quartier tranquille. Possibilité de garer sa voiture devant la porte d'entrée.

Chambre très très petite.lits collés aux murs. Manque d'insonorisation avec les gens qui marchent (jusque tard) à l'étage.

Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Ein schönes Bad, wo allerdings die Dusche schnell ausläuft.

Die Wohnung liegt in Parterre und ist sehr hellhörig. Man hörte jeden Schritt von oben. Die Betten waren sehr weich. Am Bett fehlt ein Lichtschalter oder ein extra Licht. Eine Waschmaschine war nicht vorhanden. Es waren nur kleine Handtücher vorhanden.

Modern und passend eingerichtet, alles ist für einen kurzen Aufenthalt gut geeignet. Die Lage und Anbindung an die Verkehrsmittel ist auch sehr gut.

Man wird gebeten sich leise zu verhalten wenn man dort ist. Gleiches wünsche ich mir auch vom Vermieter. Bis tief in die Nacht ist fast jede Bewegung aus der oberen Etage zu hören was einen erholsamen Schlaf erschwert.

Supermarkt en wandeling in de buurt. Badkamer prima.

We moesten zelf de bedden opmaken en afhalen. Kleine handdoeken. Gehorig (geluiden van boven). Kleine slaapruimte met losse bedden en geen lampje en plankje.

Arredato molto bene con tutto il necessario

Che il divano letto e tutte le lenzula non fossero gia' pronto

Ottima la posizione in un quartiere residenziale di villette tranquillo,e semplice da raggiungere.

L’espace nuit un peu étroit (à peine 20cm entre les lits) La machine à laver annoncée avait été enlevee MAIS le propriétaire qui habite sur place, a gentiment proposé d’utiliser sa machine. Donc plus e pb.

It was clear they'd been expecting our arrival. Everything was very neat, and the bathroom amenities were designed for the correct number of people. The house was in good condition.

The shower is missing a door to prevent water from spilling over the shower.

Design

Sehr große und gemütliche Wohnung mit Fußbodenheizung und kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie frischem Obst, Süßigkeiten und Kleinigkeiten wie Kaffee und Gewürzen in der Küche. Betten waren sehr bequem. Draußen war es auch sehr ruhig in der Nacht.

Jede Ecke der Wohnung hätte sauberer sein können, Haare an der Bettwäsche und den Handtüchern, Kalkflecken im Bad und Fettflecken in der Küche. Wassertank hat leider nur für eine Dusche gereicht deswegen konnte mein Partner nicht duschen. Schritte von oben leider stark hörbar in der Wohnung.

Rent og praktisk med alt jeg behøvde. Og superhyggelig vert, svarer kjapt på sms 👍 Og jeg visste hva jeg kom til for jeg har sovet her en gang tidligere da den er i området jeg har bruk for. Litt utenfor bykjernen men bare en svipptur med bil til sentrum.

Der manglede nogle små skåle og så var der ikk skærm meget varmt vand, vi var 2 der skulle i bad men det var der ikk varm vand nok til

Wie waren nur eine Nacht in dieser Unterkunft. Nach Ankunft mit der Fähre ist die Woche ideal für einen Zwischenstopp, um am nächsten Tag weiterzufahren. Die Kinder schliefen im Wohnzimmer auf der großen Schlafcouch und die beiden Erwachsenen im Schlafzimmer. Alles war sehr sauber, ruhig und komfortabel.

siamo arrivati molto stanchi e i letti erano tutti da rifare. Il divano da aprire. Le lenzuola, non di cotone, nuove di pacco, non erano state prelavate. Abbiamo, comunque, soggiornato solo una notte e ci siamo adattati. La posizione è in un quartiere residenziale lontano da Kristiansand, senza la macchina è impossibile arrivarci. Ha un supermercato vicino. la comodità è che parcheggi la macchina attaccata alla porta quindi non devi scaricarla totalmente. Per una tappa di una notte va bene

Had everything I needed for an overnight stay. Quiet and comfortable. Good value for money.

Quartier calme proche du centre en voiture . Bonne literie chambre un peu petite . Quelques cintres seraient les bienvenus .

Nice living area and great kitchen, good sized bathroom. Good location if you have your own car as free parking was available. Owner and his son were very helpful with our requests.

We weren't expecting to have to make up our own beds, especially arriving tired after travelling and hiking. We had to ask for bath towels as there were only hand towels in the apartment. But these were small things and I suspect just overlooked in our case. The bedroom is very small and even though we used the bed as two twins, we could barely walk between them. The description clearly says small double, but we found it a bit too cramped and we're not big or tall people. To be fair, the bed size is limited by the size of the room which is much smaller than other areas of the apartment.

We spent a night in Kristiansand, the apartment is located in a residential area, very quiet. Parking is available in front of the property. The living room and bathroom are very spacious, the kitchen is well equipped.

The bedroom is rather small, there isn't a wardrobe and it's not possibile to hang a jacket, not even in the bathroom. The two sofa bed worked quite well to spend the night. The only place to store things is the table in the living room. It could have been better in terms of cleanliness.

Easy parking and polite landlord.

TV did not work and the ventilation in the bathroom was broken. Since there are no windows in the bathroom, the steam after the shower didn't go away. On top of that most of the kitchen equipment is cheap plastic and there is no room to put clothes.

Noise from upstairs. You could hear everything due to a wooden construction Not clean. Breadcrumbs, dirty dishes, beds/duvet with stains.

It is in a quiet residential area. The apartment is fairly large.

The title is misleading as it is not centrally located but quite a distance away from the city. I knew this when booking as we needed an overnight before taking back the ferryboat to Denmark. But it isn't convenient for those who want to visit Kristiansand city. Whilst the apartment is fairly large, the bedroom. It is tiny and has no wardrobe, not even any bed lights nor a shelf to put your phone and other small personal items. Also the bathroom has no hangers for the towels. Norna toilet paper holder (was on the floor). No eating table and no chairs if you cook in this facility. Only the couch and low tables. The kitchen holds very little tools to cook decently. Beds were not made up. We had to make them ourselves. Not fun if one reaches late. But the worst part of this structure is the rather dirty aspect. Someone of an earlier guest mentioned the breadcrumbs on the sofa. They were still there! The kitchen fan was sticky with grease. The drawer in the bathroom was sticky probably because of left soap or other. The WC still had stickers probably from the initial packaging before being installed.

Parking is close to Appartment. Living room was mostly okay.

Bed was very small and bedroom as well. You can hear every step from the apartment above. No light at the bed. No Hair Dryer. Owner rejected to give me an invoice or receipt. When I arrived wife asked immedialtely for cash money and for tax reasons owner rejected to issue receipt. Only the dash cam on my Mercedes documented the money transfer. That is in my eyes cheating and not accepatable. I need some paper for my company, which was not given to me. I will complaning regarding that issue to Booking.com and write a letter to the Norwegian Tax Administration.
