Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung (großer Smart-TV, Waschmaschine & Wäscheständer). Vollwertige Küche mit Backofen und Filterkaffeemaschine. Unkomplizierter, kontaktloser Check-in per Code-Schloss
Während der Check-in per Code-Schloss problemlos klappte, ließ sich die Tür am nächsten Tag gegen 9 Uhr nicht mehr öffnen. Wir waren über eine Stunde lang bei 15 °C ausgesperrt. Mehr als 20 Anrufe beim Vermieter blieben erfolglos - erst nach über einer Stunde rief er zurück. Durch die Verzögerung tauten tiefgekühlte Lebensmittel auf und unsere Tagesplanung war ruiniert. Auf zwei Nachrichten mit der Bitte um eine anteilige Erstattung reagierte der Vermieter bis heute nicht. Wir haben den Fall nun an den Booking.com-Support übergeben. Trotz der schönen Wohnung werden wir hier aufgrund des Vermieters nie wieder buchen.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Erg mooie ligging en leuke aankleding! Van alle gemakken voorzien. Over het algemeen schoon en aardige host die goed te woord stond via de chat. We konden eerder uitchecken dan 8u, waardoor we de ferry optijd konden halen!
Er waren nog wat dingen van vorige gasten terug te vinden, zoals wat in de prullenbak, eten in de koelkast en een oorbel.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Gute Ausstattung und gemütliche Einrichtung. Man ist schnell in der Stadt und auch schnell in der Natur. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der uns sogar einen vergessenen Gegenstand nachgeschickt hat. Unkomplizierter Check-In mit Code.

D'un premier abord, c'est bien, puis il y a des petites choses qui font que ça va pour nuit, pas plus. La plaque de cuisson et surtout le four étaient sale, la.chambre est très petite. Ne peux me tromper mais ça sent quand même le sous-sol aménagé pas prévu au départ pour accueillir des pièces à vivre.

Er is een afstapje van de gang naar de woonkamer/keuken wat je niet ziet. Ik heb er stukjes ducttape op de grond geplakt zodat het wel zichtbaar was en we niet zouden verstappen of vallen.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2025Leiligheten har en svært god beliggenhet, og området rundt bygningen er pent og godt vedlikeholdt. Det er også et stort pluss at leiligheten har egen parkeringsplass. Interiøret er veldig fint og moderne, og alt man trenger for et komfortabelt opphold er tilgjengelig. Ren, ryddig liten leilighet, ideell for et par dagers ferie. Alt i alt var vi svært fornøyde med oppholdet.
Soverommet er dessverre litt trangt, men dette kommer også tydelig frem på bildene.

Es gab leider kein einziges Handtuch, auch kein Geschirrhandtuch. Im Wasserkocher schwammen noch Reiskörner, wahrscheinlich hatte der Vermieter darin Reis gekocht, der Wasserkocher war am Boden angebrannt. Der einzige Topf war ebenfalls nicht sauber gemacht worden, sondern angebrannt. Die Stolperschwelle im Wohnzimmer birgt große Verletzungsgefahr. Der in der Anzeige versprochene Blick ist nicht vorhanden, da das Wohnzimmerfenster durch einen Anbau nur in einen Schuppen öffnet.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2025Der Gastgeber war nett und hilfsbereit. Auf dem Gelände war Platz für unser Auto und wir durften es kostenlos laden, nachdem der Gast gesehen hatte, dass wir einen Plug-in-Hybrid fahren. Das Haus war modern, die Wohnung befand sich in einem guten Zustand. Nach Kristiansand zufuß ist es machbar aber ein langer Weg von über eine Stunde, wenn man gut auf den Beinen ist.
Abgesehen vom Fernseher war die Ausstattung im unteren/ mittleren Preissegment von IKEA angesiedelt. Alles war heil und sauber. Es gab eine Informationsmappe zur Wohnung, zur Umgebung und zu den Dingen, die es zu beachten gibt. Wir hatten beispielsweise ein Problem mit dem Herd, der nicht funktionierte. Gut, dass der Gastgeber in der Nähe war und uns erklärte, dass man die Sicherung des Herds einmal aus- und wieder einschalten musste, damit er funktionierte. Eine Aufstockung der Kochutensilien, wie Töpfe und Teller, wäre wünschenswert, da nicht alles vorhanden war, um mehr als nur etwas aufzuwärmen.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2025L’emplacement du logement par rapport au centre ville. L’agencement et la décoration de l’appartement. L’hôte est venu nous accueillir, c’était très sympathique. Nous avions une place de stationnement à l’avant de la maison ce qui était bien pratique ! Le centre est très joli avec son avenue Markens mais il faut aller surtout aller se promener au parc Baneheia et Ravnedalen !!

Creo que no está preparado para 4 personas. Para 4 es muy pequeño, faltaba una silla para sentarse , solo había 3, y en la mesa de la cocina solo caben 2 personas.

Bedroom is a bit cramped and the bed is small. There is no standing room on either side of the bed.

Avoid at all costs!! The bed was dirty with unwashed bedlinens. I guess it wasn't changed after the previous guest. The room area dimensions doesnot match with the description. The space was so little and in a basement. They should clearly write that the room is in a basement of a villa and not in a apartment. The description says they have electric charging but it's only for sight seeing not for use. I have stayed in many countries with accomodation of various types, this is one of the worst experience that we had.
