- Pokój jest ogólnie dość mały (dla jednej osoby jeszcze wystarczy, ale we dwie nie ma szans) - Nie działała wentylacja w łazience - Mało miejsca na kosmetyczkę i swoje przybory - Brak rolet czy żaluzji - Strome schody i brak windy - Drzwi od łazienki nie dosuwają się do końca, przez co powstaje szpara, więc siedząc na toalecie można zobaczyć jak ktoś siedzi przy stoliku i vice versa - Dwie z czterech poszewek na poduszki miały plamy, a i na samej poszewce od materaca tez byly Te problemy z drzwiami i czystością poszewek zostały zgłoszone do obsługi dzień przed wymeldowaniem, wiec kolejny gość będzie miał okazję się przekonać, czy ogarnęli te sprawy

The pool, the cleanliness

It could have been more coz, more cozy lighting in the room and decor.

Proche des commerces, du bus/tram ou même scooter électrique. C’est calme et reposant le plus la piscine.

Very disappointing experience. The hotel promised that a Wine bottle would be included in the room, but it was not provided. We contacted the hotel to request it, and they confirmed that it should have been in the room. However, despite this confirmation, it was never provided. What was even more disappointing was that after we followed up, the hotel eventually stopped responding to our messages altogether. If something is promised as part of the room, guests should be able to expect it to be provided. More importantly, when a guest raises an issue, the hotel should respond and try to resolve it rather than simply ignoring the messages. Overall, we were very disappointed with the service and communication and would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

It was very clean and had very nice smell, the fact it had luggage room was very helpful, the room was big and comfortable, the location was great and also very nice that it had a lounge where you could sit, watch TV, charge your phone or anything else, it was very helpful for us because our returning flight was very late at night. We also admired that they treated us a bottle of wine in the room.

It didn’t have reception. There was a woman working at the hotel but for few hours.

Very nice apartment in a well restored building. Central enough but far from touristy places. Plenty of space and good facilities both in the apartment and in the common places. It was hot so the aircon and the tiny swimming pool were very welcomed. It is also quiet in the night. Easy to get everywhere with public transport.

An unpleasant surprise was that only after check-in we were informed that it was a third floor without lift. We were lucky not to have heavy luggage and not to have personal mobility problems but this could have been an issue. And it would have been appreciated if I had been told in advance.

Great location in a beautifully renovated old building. Very hot week so appreciated the air con, plunge pool and shaded terrace area. Breakfast room is spacious and includes coffee facilities

There is no contact with staff at all so if you have issues finding the main door or accessing the room you just have to struggle. It’s also very noisy being on a main road and above bars so if here for a work trip you will be kept up most nights.

o espaço em si é excelente! o apartamento mesmo sendo pequeno é bom! tem tudo o que precisamos ! e a zona exterior é mesmo muito bom! super agradável!

Voor lange Nederlanders waren de bedden een beetje klein. Maar je kan ook niet met iedereen rekening houden

La zona de la piscina.Su cercanía a las docas

Habrá q buscar la manera de tapar el panel luminoso del microondas porque estando tumbado en la cama lo tienes enfrente y para dormir es complicado si te importa la luz y q habría q poner alguna zona donde poder tender los bañadores y la toalla de la piscina. No tiene aparcamiento pero en la calle de detrás q da acceso a la piscina hay para aparcar fácilmente

Schlechte Lage wenn man nicht mit dem Auto fahren mag und die Altstadt erkunden will. Obwohl es auch Bus und Tram in der Nähe ist..

I liked the location and history of the building

Ubytování bylo pěkné opravdu jako na fotkách. Pokoj byl plně vybaven i s kuchyňkou. Self-check-in a vstup do budovy proběhl úplně bez komplikací. Venkovní prostory byly moc fajn, příjemné posezení u malého bazénku. Lokalita je taková industriálnější - pěšky k LX factory a k mostu de 28 abril. JV blízkosti je fajn pekárna, kavárna i supermarket.

Vlastně vše v pořádku, jen asi tím že nepotkáte někoho na recepci, může to působit trošku neosobně.

Sehr schönes haus und mit gemütlichem Poolbereich, man ist schnell in der stadt und bei Restaurants

Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens und es ist laut. Die zimmer zur Straßenseite sind sehr laut und nachts sehr hell.

Alojamento discreto e ao mesmo tempo muito acessível para qualquer tipo de ajudar seja dia de semana ou domingo. Ainda deixam guardar as malas caso precise no dia de check-out. Muito obrigada, irei voltar

Está bien comunicado con el resto de la ciudad; hay estación de tren cercana y numerosas líneas de autobús y tranvía. El edificio es antiguo y está rehabilitado con mucho gusto. Tanto el apartamento como las zonas comunes son bonitas y confortables. Se agradecen los detalles de cortesía, de bienvenida y durante la estancia (café, infusiones, galletas y manzanas). Aunque la piscina es pequeña resulta ideal para hacer un descanso a lo largo del día (y ponen a disposición toallas para los clientes). Personal amable y educado.

La hora de entrega del desayuno antes de las 8 h de la mañana. Si la estancia es de varias noches, el pack del desayuno puede resultar algo repetitivo. Se echó en falta tener una luz de mesilla/mesilla en la habitación y en el baño un toallero para 2 toallas de baño (solo podía extenderse una).

Location - we love staying in a country where we get to engage in the non commercial / typical touristy elements of the country… having a Portuguese wine bar and a Portuguese draft beer pub either side of the appartment was just fabulous. Cafes to grab a morning nibble and a supermarket just a couple of minutes down the road for your essentials. Walking distance to trains, bus stop outside but would also recommend Uber as very reasonable

I would have loved a second mirror beyond the one in the bathroom - but that as you can see is being really picky

The studio was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a shower and a well-equipped kitchenette. The pool area was great, although quite busy during our stay. Great location, close to restaurants, shops and within a short walk of the marina.

The only downside was the air conditioning (lights on it). It is located in the kitchenette and automatically switches on a light during the night, which shines directly into the bedroom. As the bedroom door can't really be closed because of the AC position, this was a little disturbing at night.

La zona está en un barrio de Lisboa que parece estar en plena transformación y, en general, tiene buen acceso en autobús y está a unos 35 minutos andando del centro. Eso sí, justo al lado del alojamiento había un supermercado y el ambiente de la zona no nos transmitió demasiada seguridad. El apartamento nos resultó bastante incómodo. No tiene ascensor y las escaleras son muy empinadas, algo bastante incómodo si llevas maletas. El baño es especialmente pequeño: para acceder al lavabo tienes que cerrar la puerta, y dos personas no caben. Pero lo peor, sin duda, fueron los ruidos. Se escuchaban muchísimo los coches, autobuses y motos de la calle y, sobre todo, los aviones. Pasaban constantemente durante el día, prácticamente cada pocos minutos, y aunque cerrases las ventanas el ruido seguía escuchándose. Además, se oían perfectamente las pisadas de los vecinos de las plantas superiores, incluso a altas horas de la madrugada. La piscina también nos decepcionó bastante. Es muy pequeña, con dos o tres personas ya resultaba bastante incómoda. La vimos una vez y no volvimos a utilizarla. En resumen, el alojamiento tiene buena ubicación para moverse en transporte público y el barrio está mejorando, pero para nosotros el ruido y la incomodidad del apartamento hicieron que la estancia fuese bastante peor de lo esperado.

Location - although close to transport, the location is a bit “out of the way” Parking in street / back of building sometimes difficult.

Niet van toepassing

Het verblijf heeft inprincipe alles wat je nodig hebt, verkoeling in het zwembad en je kan je eigen maaltijden koken in het mini keukentje. Je kan zowel lopend naar de stad, als je iets minder enthousiast daarover bent kan je de bus/trein pakken.

Onze kussenslopen zaten vol met vlekken die leken op schimmel... Ook is de kamer ondanks dat je alles hebt wel krap en ik had graag mijn zwemspullen ergens kunnen ophangen.

Diese Unterkunft hat eine sehr schlechte Lage. Die vorderen Zimmer gehen auf eine sehr stark befahrene Straße hinaus mit Bus LKWs Motorräder und so weiter des Weiteren liegt dieses Haus in housi in der Anflugschneise der Flugzeuge, was sehr die Entspannung Laage beeinträchtigt. Wenn man am Pool liegt, bekommen alle 3 Minuten ein Flugzeug angeflogen. Ich finde, das sollte man wissen, wenn man dieses diese Unterkunft bucht. Viele können damit umgehen, aber ich finde, wer sehr empfindlich ist, wäre diese Unterkunft überhaupt nicht nutzbar

El apartamento era amplio para 2 personas, si vas en coche es muy fácil aparcar por el barrio. Barrio tranquilo y con buenos servicios alrededor.

Idéalement situé, petite piscine pour se poser, appartement agréable,propre et bien isolé. Equipe à l'écoute et parking alentour.

Ottima posizione, dista solo 15min in auto dall'aeroporto e 20min dal centro. La fermata del bus è vicinissima e anche la stazione del treno per andare al mare a Cascais. Camera accogliente e spazi adeguati per una vacanza breve in coppia. Rapporto qualità-prezzo molto soddisfacente. Spazi comuni carinissimi! La consiglio.

Avrei preferito la presenza della reception in loco, tuttavia la possibilità di contattare la struttura via whatsapp è stata un'ottima alternativa.

Le lit grincement énorme, salle de bain toutes petites.

Mooi sfeervol oud gebouw. Kamers van alle gemakken voorzien, goede ligging, voor bezoek centrum Lissabon. Goed bereikbaar met auto. Zonder receptie, maar makkelijke toegang.

Klein bed, lawaaiige omgeving aan doorgaande weg. Onder aanvliegroute vliegveld

Property is in a really good condition. Very modern and clean.

Accept for the key code that did not work, (door opening with device worked well) everything was great.
