Een geweldige locatie, alles is dichtbij en gemakkelijk bereikbaar. De host was ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. We hebben hier een heel fijn verblijf gehad en komen graag nog eens terug!

للامانه الشقه لاتخدم العائله كون البار قريب من الشقه وتخرج نساء في حاله سكر يرثي لها ويكثر الصياح في اول اربع ساعات الصباح في كل ليله بحيث ان العائله لاتستطيع ان تنام من كثره صياحهن وبكائهن ..تجربه مريره للاسف النظافه وسط الانترتت في اول ايام ممتاز اخر يومين جدا سيئ الاخ ادم كان متابع لاكن ليس بالصوره التى تجعل المستاجر اي شي يحتاجه يساعده فيه كونه( بعيد عن الشقه) وكذالك المشرفه على الشقه لم يكن لها وجود اطلاقا ولم نلتقى بهائي

The cost of house cleaning is not proportionate to the number of nights and is included in the total price at the end of the payment process without warning. The security guard is not very welcoming.

Clean and comfortable apartment in a safe, quietish area of Marrakesh. Code entry was very convenient as we got in late. The apartment was staffed by 24 hour security which was very nice. Beautiful living room and comfortable beds with adequate bedding. The landlord was attentive and available for questions. I would stay here again if I visit in the future.

The hot water for showering was only good for 2 showers, but we just staggered our showering and it was fine.

The apartment was very spacious. It was nicely furnished. Closet space was more than adequate. The kitchen was adequately equipped even though there was no toaster. North Americans like their toast. It was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. There were restaurants and grocery shopping nearby. The neighborhood was interesting and safe. I liked that it had 2 bathrooms and the shower facilities were good. There was a concierge at the entrance at all times.

The weather was mainly rainy and quite cool. Every time I turned up the heat a notch, the owner would turn it down. I was ill for a week and would have preferred a little more warmth in the apartment.

Very nice apartment, beatifull inner garden. Kids really like it. Keys and apartment was easy to find. We spent there our first days in Morocco. People and nearby restaurants were also great... Realy nice stay.

The apartment is huge, clean and located in a very central location, very close to main attractions in walkable distance. Lot of restaurants and coffee shops. The host is very helpful and was very accommodating with information and also helped us store our luggage after check out.

There are some improvements needed in terms of hot water and one of the bathroom door. The host has been informed about it.

Està a planta baixa i al voltant té zona de jardins i està ple de mosquits. Surt aigua de la dutxa i es mulla tot el terra del bany. La propietària es va confondre de dia de sortida i vaig tenir que tornar a l'apartament quant estava ja al carrer perquè havien entrat a l'apartament pensant que ja no hi era quant encara tenia una nit més! Mobiliari antic i vell ..... En una de les habitacions és impossible dormir ja que fan molts soroll els pubs de sota.

First thing I don’t like : I booked for 6 people adults but we are only 4 adults and two children 👧 10 years , Mr Adam let me paid tax by cash for children also per night Second thing I don’t like : he said as policy of booking he did for us early checkout at 11:00 🕚 morning

Die Kommunikation mit Adam und Assma war ausgezeichnet, wir wurden pünktlich empfangen, alles wurde erklärt. Wir bekamen auch sofort Parkplätze für unsere Motorräder. Die Wohnung ist gross, sehr gut eingerichtet, jedes Schlafzimmer hat eigenes Badezimmer. Gueliz ist ein lebhafter aber moderner Teil von Marrakech mit unzähligen Restaurants. Assma empfiehl uns das Beldi Fusion Kitchen Restaurant wo wir dann jeden Tag gegessen haben.

The property is huge. Bedrooms and living areas are large. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils including Microwave Washing machine and Refrigerator. Good quality WIFI. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well.

The property is next door to a Gymnasium and the music playing there can be heard in the Bedrooms. However it seems to stop in the late evening so no noise during the night.

there was no breakfast, location was ok depends on what your neds are near by restaurants available,

they could of provided shampoo and at least soaps in the bathrooms. no keys to the bedrooms for security reasons overall clean apartment. wasn't happy with the high taxes you have to pay as tourists per person they should get rid of this totally I would consider checking your taxes as this varies from area to area. I wasn't happy with extra parking charges at least £10.00 pounds per day it really should be provided free of charge.

The property was very comfortable and clean. The host was very accommodating and answered all questions promptly. Location was a big plus. Central and close to everything.

L'espace, 2 salles se bain avec douche, 2 balcons, grand salon. La proximité géographique. Sécurité, L'hôte réactif et bienveillant. 100% à dispotion et à l'écoute je recommande.

La presence de tapis n'est pas nécesssire à notre goût, je suis allergique à la poussière.

mi sono ritrovato la host in salotto mentre mi urlava contro soltanto perché non avevo mandato i suoi documenti inventando la scusa per la sicurezza nel mentre nella porta davanti c’era un prost…a che aspettava i clienti alla porta. non ho mai visto una maleducazione così. ho dovuto riportare mia sorella a casa che stavo a 1 ora e mezza dal appartamento. con il prezzo che ho pagato ho trovato scarafaggi in bagno e sperma sui divani. tralasciando che la mia privacy non è stata considerata.

Location was really good with plenty of good cafes and restaurants within walking distance from the building. Flat is spacious as described. The carpark which cost additional 100 Dirham/night was very useful and convenient.

The AC is central, although operational but not easily adjustable or adequate (flat felt hot at night). Flat lacks important items such as toilet papers, rubbish bags and bins. Wifi did not reach the master bedroom. Beds are hard and felt uncomfortable.

Beautiful place just like in the photos,cosy beds,all amenities available for cooking, laundry.The hosts are very helpful and will answer any query and assist where possible. The location was also good.Wifi was stable most of the time. We enjoyed our stay in Marrakech.

A Slice of Paradise in Marrakech! This apartment is an absolute gem! The location is perfect—central yet on a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. The terrace and garden view are breathtaking, like a lush oasis, making the whole place feel like Eden in heaven. Inside, the authentic Moroccan décor adds so much charm—you truly feel immersed in tradition. Everything is spotlessly clean, the beds are super comfortable, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The the well-equipped kitchen (including an espresso machine!) is a great bonus. The Wi-Fi is fast, the TV has plenty of channels in different languages, and the owner is incredibly helpful, going the extra mile to assist. Plus, the check-in and check-out process is seamless.

I had an incredible stay at this apartment in Marrakech! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city yet on a quiet street, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The apartment itself is spotless, maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning works perfectly, keeping the space at an ideal temperature. The bathrooms has amazing, constant hot water, which is a huge plus. One of the highlights was the amazing terrace—a perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the evening. Speaking of coffee, it was a pleasure to see an espresso machine in the apartment! The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. For those who need to stay connected, the Wi-Fi is excellent, and the TV offers a wide range of channels in different languages—perfect for entertainment after a day of exploring. The staff is outstanding, always willing to go the extra mile to help. The check-in process was smooth, and check-out was even better, making the whole experience hassle-free. Apartment had a lot of space, good location for us, easy to access, no problems during stay, responsive and helpful host! Good value for money! Nice garden with inner terrace with a view of orange trees, bird songs and some friendly cats. Inside big TV, washingmachine, good beds! Apartment was clean!

It is good that host had added some photos of surrounding bcos google map first took us to different place (300m away) Would not mind if had some extra facilities, but maybe guests will leave behind stuff e.g. matches or lighter to turn on gas stove etc. The gym located below time to time makes noise, but appartment is very quiet during night, so if you are exploring city it might not be a problem.
