Nada el el cuarto ya q esta muy deteriorado ,me quedé encerrada en el elevador y creo q hasta bedbugs tenia

The oceanview was pretty! The apartment was clean and had extra items that were useful i.e. beach chairs sand toys etc Kitchen had everything we needed to make dinners which was so useful for a longer stay (ours was eight nights). The area has a security guard and locked gates and garage area which we loved bc it was just women with children traveling but make sure u don't forget ur key to get back on the property! If u do security is understanding and will let u in if they recognize you etc The location was great there's fast food places, pharmacy/convenience store right across the street, and bar/restaurants out back of the building.

There was no comfortable sitting area. That's the biggest complaint I have. The "sitting area" is just a bed with a pull out bed under it and the wall is the back. Which wasn't comfortable at all! Other than that there's just some kitchen chairs at the table. So we ended up separating and everyone going to their beds instead of sitting together in the evenings. Also there is no TV in the bedroom not really a big deal we were there to explore the island not watch TV however I do like to fall asleep to background noise on a TV so it would have been nice to have. Also personally I found the beds uncomfortable and the pillows amazing but that comes down to personal preference! So with all that being said it is worth the price for the stay! Those are just some thoughts on how to improve the apartment in the future.

Las fotos son de ya hace mucho tiempo, el aparatamento es otro al llegar. Algunos muebles son bastante viejos, el lugar requiere ajustes de remodelación.

Loved the proximity to the beach. Any supplies we needed were within walking distance. The host responded quickly and professionally to our questions. The guards were also very kind and helpful.

There was no comfortable seating near the television.

The only improvement would be the fridge. It didn’t not cold despite being on the coldest setting.

Location is right on the beach, though there are no balconies. The place was pretty spacious and very very clean. They had beach chairs and coolers, and pool noodles, etc. and beach towels, which was really nice. There are two bars on the beach side. Window view of beach. There is a queen and a trundle bed on other side, and a nice kitchen.

It was a little tricky at the beginning to find the entrance and navigate....and having to temporarily park the car, go up to the room to get the clicker, then to go back down to park the car and unload, was tricky to figure out. I had to call and ask a couple times. It would be nice for early arrival if you'd hold luggage or let people use the pool....hotels will do that. But, otherwise, it worked out very well. Also, only a 5 min drive to the airport.

The location was right on the beach at the center of activity. Everything that we needed was well within a short walk.

A sofa bed instead of a trundle bed would have been more comfortable during the day.

I must say this was the worst Booking.com experience I've had in years. First, upon check-in, they even didn't provide the apartment keyfob and garage Clicker until next day afternoon, making it extremely inconvenient to enter and exit the apartment building and garage. Second, the room information was inaccurate; it wasn't "two sofa beds" but actually one single bed and one "floor mattress." Also, the number of towels and sheets provided was insufficient (though they were replenished after we complained). Third, the shower water wasn't hot, and the shower faucet switch was broken, requiring the apartment security guard to turn the main water valve outside on and off daily. There were also issues with the toilet, but thankfully, these problems were gradually resolved within two days of our stay. It's worth mentioning the apartment security staff, especially Elizabeth, who provided a lot of helpful assistance. Mir, the customer service representative from Capital Jetset, the company managing the property, responded quickly to our feedback and did her best to resolve our issues, making our stay for the following days satisfactory. By the way, this room is quite noisy because it faces the street. One night, a strong wind made the metal hinges on the window rattle and make a lot of noise. I could hear two items (screws?) falling off. I suggest having them inspected. Also, it would be best to provide an apartment usage manual, including information on the washing machine and trash cans, as well as the apartment's policy of only providing a 24-hour supply of consumables such as toilet paper and kitchen paper towels, so that guests are aware of the situation.

Great location, the staff was very nice and host very prompt.

Having security staff in the building was great, and having a restaurant/bar was amazing! The best part is being to be able to walk and direct access to the beach.

The window in the bedroom got stuck, which we slightly panic during the bad rain storm. The vent for the stove was not working and we had to open windows in main area when cooking. The washer and dryer machines on the floor were great but they need to be properly maintained- the one in the 14th smelled like mildew and we wiped it with bleach wipes everytime before use. Maybe putting a sign for people to clean the lint from the dryer and leave the W//D door after done using will help police it. There was a point where the main lobby elevators got stuck and had a slight panic but security was able to help opening and getting us out.

Me encantó su apartamento, muy buen gusto, cómodo y limpio.

La puerta principal debería ser cambiada y tener cerradura por dentro para mayor seguridad a la hora de dormir. El baño el área de lavado está muy buena. Solo mejorar la iluminación para poder tener buena visión en el espejo. En cuanto al área de la ducha 🚿 deberían de hacerle un cambio y terminar los arreglitos del piso. Pero en general. Me encantó su apartamento. Muchas Felicidades por su esmero por mantener a los huéspedes en un ambiente limpio y agradable.

La ubicación, ya que Isla Verde es un paráiso. Aunque por la mala calidad y el precio desorbitado, desmerecen el lugar.

Que me estafaron 90€, es decir, me salió que costaba 99€ la noche y cuando reservé me cobraron 90€ más de limpieza extra. Lamentable, además cortaron el agua y no se puedia usar el baño durante todo el dia. Fue un absoluto desastre. Estoy pendiente de enviar una reclamación.

I liked that it was on the 14th floor so I had a partial view to the ocean and beach. I liked that the windows open so we could get a nice breeze so we wouldn’t have to use the AC. I like that It had a kitchen and I liked the convenience of being able to walk out of the apartment and be right to the beach

What I didn’t like was that I did not feel safe because the door lock to the apartment was broken, and I felt very unsafe while I stayed at this apartment as anyone could’ve shoved the door and opened it at any time. This is a safety issue and I felt very unsafe. The kitchen was too small. The pan was in poor shape as the handle was falling off the cooking pan. In the shower, the hot and cold water fluctuated drastically as when I showered the water would be very cold and then fluctuate very hot, scolded me and then it would turn cold all within seconds of showering. Probably due to the old building as plumbing really needs to be updated. Also the apartment needs a fresh coat of paint. For the amount of money I spent renting this apartment, It should be in better condition.

this was close to our venue we were attending on Saturday but unfortunately we had a mishap with the ironing board and iron in which we could use so we had to drive 35 minutes away to a relatives house to use the iron. No dry cleaners around the area that would have been able to press our clothing.

The room overall is comfortable for two, complete kitchen (we didn't use), however the following was a not up to par: The top bed sheet had stains on them, the sofa dirty and white substance on them ( at least wipe them down so it won't be obvious), the toilet is leaking ( we informed the people managing the apartment) my wife almost slipped but was able to retract any injuries, the shower tiles are very slippery ( need some kind of rubber mat for the inside. Of course the ironing board and iron were broken. The building is an old building as the exterior looking out the window the stucco is falling and you see rebars sticking out ( concerning on the condition of building). I received a call to inform me that 8 towels were missing, first of all their were no eight towels, in our bed we only had 1 large towel and two hand towels no wash cloths, I informed them that we did not receive them, Second from the three nights we only slept in their only one night which was that Friday the day of arrival and Saturday we left to use a family ironing board and did not stay Saturday night. We came back on Sunday afternoon to pick up our belongings since we had a Red Eye flight and had no need to sleep overnight. Overall clean, except the dirty sofa and sheets stained. Apartment can use some TLC but overall satisfactory. Suggestion to management company to avoid any issues with your clients: create an inventory sheet that each occupant can review and sign agreeing that these items are in the apartment and if not its up to the occupant to contact the management company to advise of missing items.
