Someone kept smoking on our floor (8th) the last few days we stayed there, so the smell of cigarettes was bothersome. My allergies and asthma can't deal with cigarette smoke. Otherwise, the hotel and staff were great.

На протяжении всего времени пребывания в отеле днём велись ремонтно-строительные работы с использованием отбойных молотков и перфораторов! При бронировании и заезде клиентам об этом не сообщают! Также в номере отсутствает холодильник и шкаф для одежды, но зато есть автомат с презервативами, что создаёт впечатление, что заехали в притон...

Resepsiyon daki internet bile çalışmıyor, artık odalardaki internet durumunu düşünün. Konum u kötü Çin e fuar için 3 . Gidişim. İlk defa kaldığım bir hoteli polis bastı. İstirahat saatimizde odalara gelindi ,bakıldı ve sorguya çekildik. Resepsiyon da kayıtta giriş yaparken 1 saate yakın ayakta beklettiler .yoldan gelmişiz. 50 tane soru sordular . vize varmı ,davetiye nizi gösterin, dönüş bilet gösterin,niye geldiniz. Sanki resepsiyon girişi değil, 2. Pasaport kontrol noktası. Bi de bu bilgileri 3 gün sonra kaybettilier. Tekrar bir daha kayıt açtık.!!!!! Kahvaltı Çinlilere göre hazırlanmış. Hotel de ödemeyi kredi kartı ile yaparsanız ona da fark istiyorlar. Odalar da buzdolabı yok,kasa yok,elbise dolabı yok.ama hotelin koyduğu fotograflar da var. Nasıl oluyorsa.!!!!!! Personel yetersiz. Reviewed Apr 23, 2026Otel temizdi. Konumu gayet iyiydi. Metroya ve alış veriş lokasyonlarına yürüme mesafesindeydi. Havalimanından taksi ve metroyla ulaşım oldukça rahattı. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Resepsiyondaki bir görevli bölgeyi tanımamız ve işlemlerimiz konusunda çok yardımcı oldu. Diğer resepsiyon görevlilerinin İngilizce seviyesi anlaşılır düzeyde değildi.
Otel wifi si kullanılamaz durumdaydı. Odaya teknik yetkili göndermelerine rağmen otel internetini hiç kullanamadık. Kendi mobil ağımızdan internete bağlandık. Otel temizdi ancak 4 yıldızlı kalite ve konforda kesinlikle değildi. Kahvaltı salonu çok ufak ve konaklayanlar açısından yetersizdi. Çay için sıcak su bile kahvaltı salonunda hazırda bulunmuyordu. Yetkililerden istememiz durumunda ısıtılıp getiriliyordu. Dönmemize yakın patates kızartması geldi ancak yeni konanlar dahil hiçbir zaman sıcak değildi.

Номер не похож на фото вообще (брали twin guest room), точно меньшей площади, темный как сарай (на фото максимум освещения), все углы грязные, душ грязный и нормально не чистился очень давно, ужасно воняло плесенью прям с коридора и сигаретным дымом (это типа некурящий номер), стулья затертые и грязные, кровати жесткие и скрипучие, шум будто стоишь посреди дороги и мимо ездят фуры и мотоциклы плюс гомон из коридора и соседних номеров (когда заезжали было еще и сверление прям в нашу стену), летали москиты и по стенам жуки ползали. Никакого вида на гору, только дорога и эстакада из ужасно грязных окон. Отвратительно абсолютно. Район тоже весь загаженный, даже ночью все орут. В тот же вечер решили съехать оттуда и освободить номер, согласны были даже оплатить один день пребывания, но с возвратом денег за оставшиеся две ночи нам отказали. Пришлось в ночи искать другой отель и сваливать оттуда.

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026O quarto era muito espaçoso e o hotel está inserido numa zona com muito comércio local, incluindo shopping. A estação do metro de Xinshiu (linha 12) estava há poucos metros do hotel.
O hotel está em obras então o barulho no quarto durante o dia era absurdo, impossível descansar. Por esta razão o local do café da manhã estava adaptado. As opções de café da manhã eram limitadíssimas para além da culinária chinesa (noodles e comidas condimentadas), o lençol da cama estava rasgado e se não enviar mensagem a informar a hora que chega no hotel mesmo com a reserva feita eles podem alugar o quarto. Foi o que nos aconteceu. Como estávamos em viagem e não vi a solicitação de que horas iríamos fazer o check-in, ao chegar no hotel as 13h, fui informada que nossa reserva estava sem efeito e tivemos que pagar a mais pois o quarto era maior e o da nossa reserva já tinha sido alugado.

Девчонки прекрасные ( кто на ресепшн ): милые, весёлые, отзывчивые! Всегда помогут и с маршрутом, и советом! Благодарю, Вас, девушки! Прекрасные, милые девушки, кто убирает номера - чистота на высоте! Каждый день уборка номера, смена белья - через день. Завтрак включен - разнообразный, с тостами, мюсли, яичницей, горячими блюдами ( 3 вида ), кофе, чай, пироженки:) Благодарю персонал отеля за теплый, чуткий приём!:)

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026Отель грязный и вонючий начиная с фойе. Находится вдоль дороги и очень шумно. Мы как только зашли в номер вышли оттуда и потребовали обратно деньги и переселились в другой отель. Букинг непонятно как вы можете сотрудничать с подобными отелями и предлагать их
