The hotel was very elegant and our room had a beautiful blue bathtub with a view overlooking the rooftops of the city. Our room’s balcony was huge and had a swing at the end of it. The rooftop restaurant had a great view, the food was excellent and the prices were very reasonable.

De rust de liefdevolle behandeling van het personeel. De ontvangst en dat je nergens aan hoeft te denken alles word voor je geregeld. Shifae en haar collega van de receptie hebben mij als een Princess behandeld. De schoonmaak stond altijd paraat, en de bediening stond altijd klaar. Spa en massage werden door llaila gedaan, de dame was erg professioneel en wist wat ze deed. Al met al wil je rusten en ontstressen dan is dit hotel zeker een aanrader. The view was amazing. De kamer was op en top ik heb er geen spijt van en zeker de moeite waard om elk jaar terug te komen om een paar dagen bij te komen van de vakantie

Location

Unfortunately, my stay at Taj Chefchaouen did not meet luxury-hotel standards. The restaurant appeared understaffed, we often had to request service and collect the menus ourselves, and the food selection was limited. When I needed to shorten my stay due to an emergency, my request was immediately refused without any attempt to assist. My room was not cleaned, there was no spa receptionist, my laundry was not collected despite three requests, the safe required repair, and there was no kettle in the room. The hotel also has no elevator, making access difficult for elderly guests and those with mobility needs—something that should be clearly disclosed before booking. Overall, the hotel needs better staffing, customer-service training and attention to guests’ needs.

La falta de ascensor, la lentitud del personal del restaurante en la noche (hora y media esperando porque perdieron la comanda) y piscina muy pequeña.

Nous avons attendu près de 30 min avant qu’on nous donne l’accès à la chambre or qu’on que nous sommes venus bien après 15h. Le check-in a 15h et le check-out a 11h

The rooms were very comfortable with great views!. The staff was very helpful. Especially Chifae. She was very polite and helpful. Generally the entire staff was very helpful.

There was only one resturant on the roof top. Whilst the views were great, the food was not quite upto the mark. However the breakfast was generally nice!.

De airco. Als je balkondeur niet goed is afgelosten, dan slaat de airco af. Dus goed controleren. Maar als het eenmaal werkt. Dan kan het erg koud worden.

Un séjour exceptionnel au TAJ CHEFCHAOUEN Hotel ! Tout était absolument parfait. L’hôtel est magnifique, somptueux et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Notre chambre était remarquablement aménagée, spacieuse, confortable et d’une propreté irréprochable. La vue sur les montagnes et la ville de Chefchaouen est tout simplement à couper le souffle. Le petit-déjeuner est très complet, varié et de grande qualité, avec de nombreux produits frais qui permettent de bien commencer la journée. Un immense merci à tout le personnel et à leur manager , qui est d’une gentillesse, d’un professionnalisme et d’un dévouement remarquables. Chacun veille au bien-être des clients avec le sourire et une attention constante, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans la moindre hésitation. Une adresse d’exception où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

המיקום היה נהדר אפשר להגיע לעיר ברגל או עם מונית בכמה שקלים. הנוף מושלם , שווה לשדרג לחדר עם נוף לעיר, אנחנו הוספנו עוד לילה ושדרגנו לסוויטה.

האוכל בגג היה בסדר אבל לא היה אוכל מסורתי .

Wonderful stay at Taj Chefchaouen. The staff gave us a warm welcome, the breakfast was delicious, and the view was absolutely stunning. Highly recommended!

La vue est exceptionnelle, on domine vraiment toute la ville de Chefchaouen. Le personnel est souriant et parfaitement bilingue. La descente à pied vers la place centrale est aisée par contre, privilégiez un taxi pour le retour, entre 15 et 10 dhrs. Les chambres sont très propres et bien décorées, pour certaines, la vue sur Chefchaouen est incroyable. Les services SPA et Hammam sont au top et parfait avant ou après les balades dans la ville. Le roof top est magique, vue 360. Buffet petit-déjeuner copieux et varié, très bons jus. La déco de l'hôtel est très recherchée et nous avons eu droit au thé et gâteaux de bienvenue.

Il manque juste un ascenseur. Apparemment, c'est en prévision.

From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional, always greeting me with a smile and happy to answer any questions or help with recommendations. The hotel is beautifully designed with traditional Moroccan décor, creating such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. My room was spotless every day, very comfortable, and housekeeping did an outstanding job. I appreciated receiving fresh bottled water daily, and the laundry service was convenient and well done. The rooftop was one of my favorite parts of the hotel, with beautiful views, delicious food and drinks, and live music that created an unforgettable atmosphere. I even had the chance to watch a Moroccan soccer match there, which made my stay even more special. I stayed five nights and honestly wish I could have stayed longer. This was by far my favorite hotel during my three-week trip through Morocco. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Chefchaouen.

A very pleasant stay at the Taj Chefchaouen: ideally located just steps from the medina with charming views of the blue alleyways. Clean and comfortable room, attentive and friendly service, and a generous breakfast. I highly recommend it for a peaceful and authentic getaway in Chefchaouen.

Easy to get to the hotel in car . Very good free hotel car parking by the hotel. Excellent location at the top of the medina with excellent views overlooking the Chefchouen medina and the riff mountains .( Chefchouen city view rooms)

They was room service for food after restaurant service is over . The air conditioning seemed to be working well but didn’t really blast out cold air .

TAJ Chefchaouen Luxury Hotel liegt am Rand von Chefchaouen mit spektakulärem Blick über die Blaue Stadt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich mit einem Tee begrüßt, bekamen einen kleinen Hotelrundgang und fühlten uns im Hotel direkt wohl. Für zwei Nächte bekamen wir ein großes geräumiges Zimmer mit grandiosem Stadtblick. Es war ausgestattet mit einem bequemen Bett, einem kleinen Balkon, einem großen Badezimmer (separater Toilettenraum) einer Nespresso Kaffeemaschine und vielen anderen Annehmlichkeiten. Das gesamte Hotel ist modern und sehr sauber und das gemütliche Restaurant (ebenfalls mit tollem Ausblick) sehr lecker, wir haben dort zweimal zu Abend und einmal zu Mittag gegessen. Das gesamte Personal des Hotels war sehr freundlich, doch besonders möchte ich mich bei den aufmerksamen Bedienungen im Restaurant am Abend bedanken. Den Spa-Bereich haben wir nicht genutzt, sah aber ansprechend aus - vor allem der Pool mit Ausblick. Das Stadtzentrum ist fußläufig über viele Treppen zu erreichen.

Im Treppenhaus fehlt ein Geländer und in der Stadt Wegweiser zurück zum Hotel. Das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig, denn Speisen wurden nicht nachgefüllt und der Kaffee könnte in einer Kanne am Tisch serviert werden. Das Hotel ist wirklich toll, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat bei uns nicht gepasst.

From the moment you walk in the door you feel the most welcomed, the staff really take care of you, the hotel is beautiful, offers a great view over Chefchaouen. Definitely recommend staying here :))

Clean comfortable hotel with a lovely room overlooking the town. Lovely balcony with comfortable chairs. Bed was huge and comfortable. Bathroom excellent with plenty of hot water. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

The stairs- but don’t go to Chefchouan if you don’t like stairs!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel. La gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel ont été remarquables. Un merci tout particulier à Issam pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité. La propreté de l'hôtel était impeccable et les animations ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons également adoré la vue imprenable sur Chefchaouen. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Inside the old town, but right next to a gate in the city wall, so cars can pull right up to the entrance. Staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

No elevator. Dinner was bland and unimaginative, and the live music was far, far too loud. Doesn’t serve alcohol. Room cleaning only done on demand (fine once you know that).

Nice Design Hotel with very friendly staff. Top location with great view on the Medina and only a 5 min walk away. Super rooftop bar with again very helpful staff. Quiet room, comfortable bed.

The room was clean and offered a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very attentive, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

However, our overall experience was affected by the surrounding area. There was a very strong unpleasant smell from nearby donkeys, and the walk down to the medina felt dirty and uncomfortable due to trash and unclean streets.

The location was the best thing about this hotel. How it overlooks this mesmerizing beautiful city. There’s a rooftop restaurant which I recommend. The staff were hospital, especially Adel. Very helpful!

The rooms were mediocre, the bathrooms definitely need renovation. It lacks toiletries, cleanliness, and enough towels.

Our stay at Hotel Taj Chefchaouen was absolutely wonderful. Achraf, the hotel manager made sure we had the best moroccan experience, the best room with the most beautiful view! The hotel is beautifully designed with authentic Moroccan charm, stunning views of the blue city and mountains, and a peaceful atmosphere throughout. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with fresh local flavors!! The location was also perfect, close enough to explore Chefchaouen easily while still feeling quiet and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend Hotel Taj Chefchaouen to anyone visiting Chefchaouen. We would gladly stay here again.

レストラン！朝も昼も夜も良かった。 プールもゆったりとして眺めがいい。

空港からのタクシーを予約していたけど、タクシーが来ていなかった。結局３０分も待つ羽目になり、他のタクシーに乗った。 連絡がうまくいかない。返事が遅い。 ハマムはマッサージを受けないと使えない。この説明が曖昧すぎた。 一回のフローシングの音が響くので、雑音にデリケートだと辛いかも。

L’accueil était très chaleureux. Le personnel est accueillant est fait le maximum pour notre confort et notre bien-être. La situation est vraiment idéale. L’hôtel domine la ville bleue. On rejoint sa place animée en 10’ et le souk est à 5’. Le restaurant offre une magnifique vue sur la ville ainsi que notre chambre côté ville. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et propose un choix varié de très bonnes choses ! Le parking est à 2’ à pied et le personnel se charge de vos bagages. La chambre était très propre ainsi que toute l’infrastructure.

Breakfast and dinner were true Highlights—excellent and delicious. The waiter Adil described the dishes wonderfully and with great enthusiasm. Restaurant Manager Moeniss, together with his team, including Hatim and Hicham, is doing an outstanding job. A very friendly and professional crew.
