the size of the room for two people was not enough!? minimal toiletries in the bathroom!

Unfortunately, the experience did not justify the price at all. I paid approximately SAR 1,980 per night, and at that price point, I expected a level of service that matched the cost. Instead, the experience was very disappointing. What bothered me most was that there was no luggage assistance whatsoever, and I had to carry my own bags. For a hotel charging this much per night, I find that completely unacceptable. On top of that, the already high room rate does not include breakfast or parking, making the actual cost of the stay even higher. I have no problem paying a premium price for a premium experience, but in this case, the price simply does not reflect the level of service or value provided. I expected significantly more, and unfortunately, I do not believe this stay was worth the price.

Отель требует обновления!!! Пользуясь прекрасной локацией, владельцы не уделяют внимание комфорту и улучшению отеля! Лифты очень медленные! номера подушатанные! требуют ремонта! Нет тапочек, халатов! Нет туалетных принадлежностей- кроме мыла и шампуня.

L'emplacement, l'architecture du bâtiment, la proximité du centre-ville et la possibilité de se déplacer à pied. La situation géographique sur la Promenade des Anglais est l'atout principal de cet hôtel.

Le manque de réactivité du personnel pour réaliser de petites réparations demandées, ce qui n'enlève rien à la gentillesse de ce même personnel. Le petit-déjeuner pourrait être de meilleure qualité compte tenu du prix de 19,50€ par personne.

You can tell it was a top hotel at one time, probably the 1960’s.When you get out of the taxi until you get out of the lift it looks like nothing has been maintained and that everything of value has been taken out of the hotel.You need to spend quite a lot of money on your property before you get completely left behind compared to other hotels on the front

Utsikt og beliggenhet, hyggelig personal, ok frokost. Fine lokaler og behagelig atmosfære.

Slitasje på bad, spesielt dusjen. Sengene er heller ikke så komfortable. Aircondition lagde høyt lyd. Utsikten er bra men man kan ikke sove med åpent balkongdør grunnet trafikken.

Fint og velstelt rom . Takk til værelsespike Fummi. Morgenbadet på stranda med rullestein var flott. Kan anbefale dette hotellet

Litt dårlig kommunikasjon ved frokostbuffeen.. En kaffemaskin var ikke 100%. Yoghurt automat defekt. Påfyll av eggerøre og bacon mangelfull. Men god frokost. Savnet juicemaskinen som de hadde sist vi bodde her. Hva med pannekakerøre hvis det var meningen at en kunne lage den selv?

Die Lage am Strand war super. Der Bahnhof für Ausflüge die Küste entlang war auch leicht zu erreichen

Das Frühstück war eher normal. Nicht so viel Auswahl Käse aus dem Supermarkt. Teilweise musste man nachfragen wenn was aus war. Der Zimmerservice war auch seltsam. Manchmal fehlten die grossen Handtücher dann waren es 3 für 2 Personen. Die Kaution von 150 EUR wurde nirgends erwähnt. Hatten wir nie die letzten Jahre im Urlaub

This is the ideal spot on the promenade to relax and watch the world go by. It’s also conveniently close to the water and all the restaurants in Nice. The breakfast was a fabulous way to start the day.

It would have been great to have 2 swipe cards, and although super lovely, the house keeping knocked to clean the rooms quite early/ early when on vacation.

A wonderful stay in Nice We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the housekeeping service on the 3rd floor was impeccable. A special thank you to Amandine, Kenza and the entire team for being so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, shops, cafés and bars within walking distance. The Old Town is also easy to reach on foot, and the Promenade des Anglais is perfect for relaxing walks along the Mediterranean.

Nice hotel where you get what you pay for, with the beach ACROSS THE STREET. It's a perfect location for anyone staying in Nice who likes to swim. It's a simple bus ride from the airport, 15-minute walk from the train station. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the desk is open 24/7.

Hôtel très accueillant et très agréable...petit-déjeuner sur une grande terrasse arboré avec vue mer, idéal pour bien démarrer la journée. Personnel très agréable et à l'écoute, je suis arrivé vers 23h (26 août)...malgré une grande soif et un bar fermé, j'ai été servi, le bar a été réouvert pour mon soda. J'ai trouvé Top cette attention. Chambre très agréable, cosy, propre et fonctionnel. Lit très confortable (grand écran TV), coté ville au calme. Parking à coté, très pratique...et la mer en face de l'hôtel à 20 mètres. Accueillant, propre, cosy, commodités à coté... What Else ?

Guest room was comfortable and clean.

Towels are too small. Pillows were uncomfortable. Public areas need to be refreshed. Other than staff, the first impression is a little off-dark, dreary, worn.

On the main beach-road thoroughfare! Beach right across the road! Location is key. Very fun staff (especially the Bar/food service) Nice and clean with well conditioned spaces (Lobby, hallways & of course rooms). The room was quite large, nice for sprawling out or having lots of "baggage" be it kids, significant others, or literal bags...Bathroom was also huge and fun to frolic in.

A bit from the train station...Can't fix that with where it actually is, but I had to write something "I" didn't like. I'm not sure you can go too wrong staying here.

Veldig hyggelig mottakelse av en voksen resepsjonist, men så ikke mer til han resten av oppholdet. Hotellet i seg selv var litt kjønnsløst, og bare ungdom som jobbet der. Lite serviceminded, og ingen sjarm med rom som hadde utsikt i en fryktelig stygg bakgård. Frokosten var stusslig.

I stayed here last year, so I was a returning guest. The position of the hotel, the size of the bedroom, and the view of the sea all make it a very special stay.

This year fell way below last year. When I arrived the bathroom was filthy dirty with faeces on the toilet seat, dirty floor, and mould on the walls in the shower cubicle. I cleaned most of it, but called reception to complain. I received no apology but they did send a cleaner up to clean it properly, albeit not the mould in the shower cubicle. I am a building manager in my job, and my feeling is the management here have lost interest in checking for themselves whether the long term dirt has been cleaned or not. On one occasion a cleaner threw open my door long after my room had been cleaned, put a wedge in the door to hold the door open, and then immediately went somewhere else WITHOUT even checking if I was in the room or not. No apology when she came back, and she didn't believe me when I said the room had already been cleaned!! 😂 I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, and this is the first time a cleaner hasn't at least knocked first!! One last comment: last time I went to the hotel bar there were great staff working there who were really chatty and gave first class service. It was a real pleasure to go and sit there. However, this time the atmosphere and service was very cold so I didn't go back again. Oh, and no fridge in the room - this is an expensive hotel !!!! What a difference a year makes. Overall very disappointing.

Die Lage ist zentral und sehr gut.

Das Zimmer wurde mit City View beschrieben. Jedoch war das Fenster in Richtung ein Dach, offensichtlich von einer Küche. Die Rohren rochen unmöglich, so dass es gar nicht möglich war das Fenster zu öffnen um etwas zu lüften. Die Wanne in der Duschkabine ist so glatt, dass ich beim ersten Duschen dort richtig hingefallen bin und habe jetzt blaue Flecken überall.

This is where we had a problem created by Booking.com. I changed my holiday dates but was very surprised and unhappy that booking .com, did nit transfer all my requirements from the first booking.

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement exceptionnel face a la mer sur la promenade des anglais. La chambre vaste. La bonne climatisation. L'hôtel avec son passé. Son historique entree tourniquet. Un petit rafraîchissement toute la journée dans le hall. L'ensemble de son personnel

Malheureusement impossible de dormir. Les menuiseries simple vitrage d'une autre époque viennent gacher l'ensemble et laisse passer absolument tout les bruits ..... des investissements s'impose. Nous reviendrons quand celle-ci seront remplacées par du matériel a la hauteur de ce bel établissement. En attendant nous sejournerons ailleurs... ..

Hieman näkyy aika huoneissa, lisäksi saimme kaksi yhteen työnnettyä sänkyä vaikka piti olla yksi iso sänky.

L'Hôtel a sérieusement besoin d'un meilleur entretien , voire même d'une rénovation : Lavabo sdb bouché , ampoule sdb clignotante par intermittence , joint de douche très sales et moisissures. Literie moyenne en particulier les oreillers . Ensemble un peu vétuste

Je vous recommande vraiment cet hôtel . Il est sur la promenade des Anglais . Le personnel est adorable . La clientèle est très bien . Le rapport qualité -prix est imbattable

Leider keine Kooperationen mit den den Beach Bars :-( die Mitarbeiter rufen aber für einen an & reservieren Sonnenliegen - toller Service !!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Klimaanlage haben wir dringend gebraucht, denn es war sehr heiß und schwül.
