Reviewed Jan 3, 2026I like the accommodation here, it's comfortable and quite clean. Only the equipment in the house is not that complete. Should prepare at least a pan or pot because there have a small stove. The rest of the accommodation is really reasonable for the price charged. Everything else is ok.
The elevator facilities are very inconvenient and slow down our check out process. It takes too long to wait to get into the elevator, this is because the elevator is always full.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2026They provide utensils and cooking ware, so you can cook simple dishes. There also swimming pool and gym that open until 10 pm.
The location is quite hard to find, even using waze or google map. Everytime i went to kl, i will stay here, but everytime coming here i always sesat. Another problem is the lift, too many people, not enough lift. Sometimes you need to wait for a very long time to get a lift.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2025I like the room, it is spacious and clean. But there was no channel available on TV. This must be improved. The room facilities was sufficient but a nice sofa will be good.
There is no signboard or Google updates in the internet showing the correct location to Mossaz. I have been lost three times before find the correct location.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2025The room was what we always expect - a comfortable bed, fresh towels and a generally clean room. The scissors was broken but it was immediately replaced. The staff are always efficient and friendly.
We're currently on the 9th floor. We absolutely hate the sound of the garbage disposal room door being slammed at all hours of the day. Last night it was slammed 8 times at around 11.30pm disrupting our sleep. There are also mosquitoes in the room. While we understand that the situation is the building management's problem, it still makes for a disappointing experience. Especially since we're long stay customers.

Reviewed Mar 5, 2025It was very clean and cosy, staff were accommodating to requests and there's a convenience store downstairs. Bed and other furniture was great and our view was beautiful and green.
The swimming pool water was salty (?) so a bit unusual, and no restaurant options within walking distance. Also no kettle in our room, though didn't try to request.

The room wasn't ready and initially provided with the room that was untidy. Housekeeping was not provided as per their rule they provide housekeeping after 3 days(as told by the staff). Apart from tooth brush and tooth paste nothing was provided. Even water was not given. Last time far away from the main points and basic necessities like food, malls etc.
