Untuk breakfast, kalau yang stay dan look fwd breakfast hotel... tak recommended la. Tak berapa menarik rasa masakan. Rasanya bukan tukang masak orang Malaysia. Coffee pun mengecewakan.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026I’ve stayed here 3–4 times already, and I really love the location and amenities. Parking is easy, and the reception staff are always friendly and helpful. The bed is extremely comfortable as well. This visit, however, I did experience one issue—the shower pressure was quite weak. I hope this can be improved in the future. Other than that, everything was perfect.

No courtesy from front desk staff. No smile & not welcoming ! Will look are you like you are not welcome or not needed. Ask me for CASH RM100 Deposit and refused to check me in until CASH is given. I wonder why Ask to to walk to ATM (Claiming it walking distance)- The ATM is NOT walking distance, It is 15 min walk to & 15 min walk back. Its 30 min total ! No receipt will be given for the extra towel charged. I wonder why

Long waiting time to check in the hotel. Reason given was there was only one suite unit, thus we had to wait until the cleaning done.

The hotel is literally falling apart. The key cards I relieved both worked one time, then needed reconfiguring. Every time I left the room, I'd need to get them re-done. Step out to fill up water from the water dispenser - locked out, go to reception to redo the card. Go downstairs to pickup food delivery - locked out, go back to reception to redo the card. The wifi was very on and off also. Sometimes it was fine, then completely non-existent. Same for the cold water in the bathroom. I wasn't able to shower two night because it was scolding hot. Also no water to flush the toilet.
