Ampik Batur with Private Hot Springs

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Les propriétaires sont adorables, très accueillants et toujours prêts à nous aider. L’hôtel est idéalement situé pour le départ du trek du Mont Batur au lever du soleil. Ils nous ont trouvé un guide formidable ainsi qu’un taxi pour rejoindre notre prochaine destination. Nous avons aussi passé une superbe soirée avec eux autour du feu, à discuter et chanter avec une guitare. Un très beau moment de partage que nous n’oublierons pas ! 🥰 Merci encore pour votre gentillesse et votre accueil, nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésiter !

Il y a eu beaucoup trop de bruit, beaucoup de bruit de circulation , on entend tout de la chambre. Partant à 3h du matin pour le trek sans avoir dormi ça a piqué un peu plus que prévu

We stayed here for 3 nights and had an enjoyable stay. This place is based close to Mount Batur base camp, has a personal hot spring tub outside your room with views of mountains and stars at night … just beautiful. The hosts are also very helpful and supportive. They delivered a lovely breakfast to our room each day and arranged our sunrise trip to Mount Batur and a taxi from Kintamani - Nusa Dua.

Very friendly family owned business. They helped me to sort out taxis from Lovina to Kintamani, as well as from there to Ubud, which was tricky as there are not much Grab service in these regions. During my stay, the wife of the family was very kind. I stayed here to visit Batur Hot Spring, and she gave me a lift there, as well as an amazing traditional Balinese massage. The family also cooked delicious vegan breakfast for me, and everything was very well cared for. They also have friendly cute cats 🐱 It was also nice to have my own hot spring bath. The restaurant next door (Alam Warung by Nusa kitchen) is also part of the family business, and offers traditional vegan options which was nice. If you are not vegan and can eat fish or meat, they serve freshly caught fish in traditional Indonesian way so definately worth a visit.

Slightly noise with the traffic as close to the main road, but apart from the busy hours, it is very peaceful.

L'emplacement est parfait pour faire l'ascension du mont Batur, le départ est à 5min du logement ! 👍🏻

La nuit, vous entendez le bruit des véhicules qui passent sur la route (notamment les 4x4 du mont batur).

The grounds are absolutely beautiful 🥰 and the hot spring is a lovely touch! The room was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities you could wish for. There was a man playing a guitar in the bar when we arrived which was sweet ☺️. We only stayed 1 night so we were close to Mount Batur for the sunrise Jeep tour, and this was the absolute perfect location, meaning we didn’t need to get up too early. We went to the local shop and it was so nice to see the village and local people. Highly, highly recommend!

On a tout aimé,l emplacement,la propreté,la piscine privée en terrasse devant la chambre avec les eaux chaudes des sources.la gentillesse du personnel,le breakfast .la dame est aux petits soins pour les voyageurs. Le départ du treck et du taxi pour Amed juste en face de l hébergement. Sinon,oui,il y a des mouches et une rue un peu passante.ce sont aussi tous les 4x4 qui vont au treck...mais quand on a bien marché,et ,on peut mettre des boules quies.on dort très bien et la literie est très bien,l adresse est superbe.

Wulkan oraz jezioro to jedyne atrakcje w okolicy. Sam obiekt był fantastyczny oraz rodzinny. Wspaniali, życzliwi właściciele. Domek oraz jacuzzi są bardzo czyste oraz zadbane. Śniadanie przygotowane przez właścicieli, również wyśmienite. Zdecydowanie polecam jeśli znajdujesz się w okolicy

I did the sunrise hike to Batur, the accommodation was right next to the trail head, trek guide arranged by accommodation met at front door. I stayed 2 nights, Indonesian breakfast was tasty and the staff were very accommodating. Hot spring personal spa filled by employee fresh each day. Very good value for money!

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Man wird herzlich empfangen. Das Zimmer ist frisch gereinigt gewesen, das konnte man deutlich erkennen.

Leider hat es im Bad sehr schlimm nach Schimmel gestunken. Dieser Gestank zieht sich bis ins Schlafzimmer. Die Häuschen liegen direkt an der Straße und es ist durchgehend sehr laut.

Très bien dans l'ensemble, pareil pour le petit dej et le jus de fruit offert à l'arrivée ! La source chaude privée est exceptionnelle.

Il y a pas mal de mouches dans la région de Kintamani et cet hotel n'y fait pas exception en journée. La nuit on entend la route qui n'est pas très loin mais c'est largement supportable

Madu & the staff were so helpful and friendly, and she is a great cook for the free, inclusive breakfast, delivered to your room, exactly as you ordered it. The A frame units are a bit basic, but comfortable and fly free( very special in Kintamani area), and the fan really appreciated. The evening fire was a delight as it's cooler at night. The individual pools were just super, and always do clean and refilled daily. We toured around the lake in a taxi and on the lake in a boat. Madu helped us find these Providers and the Boat Guide was very informative, and a great story teller. Had a fascinating time.

Très bon accueil, bon petit moment passé autour du feu. Bien pour une petite escale pour se rendre au mont batur.

Propriétaires très accueillant avec un très bon moment d'échange et de partage autour d'un feu de bois d'une guitare et de belles chansons. Belles prestations ils se sont occupés de nous trouver un guide pour le treck au mont Batur, un restaurant et d'un taxi pour le transfert vers un autre site. Nous vous recommandons cet endroit.

Ampik Batur est très bien placé pour démarrer l'ascension du mont Batur. Le bain chaud est bien agréable pour se détendre.

Málokedy ma popri cestách po celom svete niečo prekvapí, ale čo dokážu vyčarovať majitelia tohto ubytovania za príjemný pobyt a ako dokážu dotvoriť atmosféru, to je zážitok, ktorý na Bali nezažiješ hocikde. Nemusí ísť o najvyšší komfort, ale pocit opekať pri ohni za zvuku gitary, či dať si večeru alebo raňajky v termálnom bazéne a využiť vzdialenosť cca 2 min pešo k bodu z ktorého sa stúpa hore na Mount Batur, nádhera, nádhera.

Pas de la faute de l’établissement mais plus de la région qui est envahit par les mouches. Sinon ce serait parfait.

Tout était conforme à la description. On est arrivé avant l'heure prevu du check-in, on a été très bien accueilli. On a meme pu avoir le bain à l'heure souhaité! Nous avons pris le guide conseillé pour la montée du Mont Batur il est exceptionnel je vous le recommande meme si nous avons eu parfois de difficultés d'échanges à cause de mon anglais médiocre. Au retour on a de nouveau profité du bain d'eau chaude avant de repartir.

Le bruit de la rue de derrière mais malheureusement cela n'est pas à cause des propriétaires.

The highlight was definitely the private hot springs outside the room, which made for a uniquely relaxing and memorable experience. The property is set in a beautiful natural location with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive.

The location is very awkward. Non walkable outdoor road. Impossible to take a walk around. Lots flies.

Абсолютно чудесное место остановиться на 1-2-3 ночи у подножья вулкана и рядом с озером. В минуте лодочная станция и классные варунги и рестики. Жильем управляет семья, ребята разжигают костер вечером, играют на гитаре и прекрасно поют. Горячая ванна у номера - лучшее решение. Максимальный восторг. Рекомендую!

This hotel was truly exceptional. The highlight of the stay was the private hot spring pool located right in front of the room. As soon as we checked in, they filled the pool with fresh natural hot spring water at around 37°C, which was absolutely perfect. Since the area is in the mountains and the weather can be quite cold, soaking in the warm pool at night was incredibly comfortable and relaxing. Honestly, once you get in, you don’t feel like getting out — it was that good. The only reason to leave the pool was to finally go to sleep. The hotel is also located near the main attraction around Danau Batur, making it a very convenient and strategic place to stay.

Villa très propre avec un agréable petit jacuzzi . Délicieux petits déjeuners. Emplacement proche du lieu de départ pour l’ascension du mont Batur. Et un personnel d’une extrême gentillesse, on se sent en famille avec Noa.

Le petit bungalow est sympa et le petit jardin devantest tres beau. Les bains chauds individuels sont un vrai plus. Grande gentilesse du personnel.

Il manque un peu de mobilier dans la salle de bains pour poser les affaires. Il y a beaucoup de mouches, c’ét un peu génant.

Los dueños son geniales, estuve tocando la guitarra con ellos alrededor del fuego. Fueron muy simpáticos y la estancia fue toda una experiencia.

I enjoyed my stay at Ampik Batur, it's a nice small guesthouse run by a lovely family. The private hot spring pools were great and were cleaned and refilled twice daily. Everything was spotless clean and the garden was beautiful. I was well looked after and felt like one of the family and the singing and guitar playing in the evening were fantastic . Location is also perfect in the village near shops and restaurants and the hotsprings are a short distance away. Highly recommended.

The property was very clean and well-kept. With only three units, the place is wonderfully quiet and perfect for a short escape from the daily city buzz. This was our second stay here, and the staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We wanted to stay longer, but the rooms were fully booked, so we moved to another place on the hill across the road. The next day, we had a small car issue on the hill and only realized it after we had already gone downhill. The team at Ampik Batur went above and beyond by lending us their motorbike so my husband could go back up the rocky hill, even though we had already checked out. They refused any payment and simply said, “It’s okay, you are our guest.” Would 100/100 return and highly recommend.

Ein Juwel in Batur! Die Zimmer als kleine Hütten gebaut liegen mit Blick auf die Berge und einen wunderschönen Garten. Jedes Zimmer hat seinen eigenen Hot Tub, die die Besitzerin für uns bereits gefüllt hatte, als wir von unserer Wanderung wieder kamen - was für ein Service! Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Willkommensgetränk und Frühstück (verschiedenen a la carte Optionen) waren sehr lecker und wurde für uns vegan angeboten. Lage ebenfalls sehr gut, nur 5 min Fußweg vom Startpunkt zur Wanderung auf den Vulkan, in der nähe Supermarkt und einige Restaurants.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet hébergement dans lequel nous nous sommes senti très bien. Propre, accueillant, l'excursion avec le guide pour le mont batur parfaite. Idéalement placé, et un excellenr warung juste a côté. Et le top , la piscine d eau chaude après une bonne marche.

Super accueil, ils nous ont organisé la randonnée sur le mont batur avec deux super guides. Le bain privé d'eau thermale est vraiment un plus. Merci encore pour les explications de la cérémonie familiale ou nous avons été gentiment invités. Très bon restaurant juste à droite en sortant tenu par une personne de la famille.

Comme précisé dans les autres commentaires les mouches font parti du décor des rives du lac. La famille fait tous ce qu'il faut pour protéger la nourriture et les boissons ( cloches et couvercles )

L accueil. On nous a accompagné aux bains chauds traditionnels et un restaurant sur le lac les pieds dans l’eau… qui n’est sur aucun plan.

Velmi blízko Mt Batur - skvělé startovací místo pro ranní výšlap na východ Slunce. Personál milý, zařídili nám dokonce odvoz na další ubytování, protože v této lokalitě nefunguje Grab. Dobrý poměr cena/výkon, dostali jsme snídani v ceně. Vlastní hot springs - bazének přímo před pokojem, napustí ho na vyžádání. Po výšlapu na Batur to bylo ideální na uvolnění a relax. Večer milá atmosféra, majitelé seděli u táboráku a hráli na kytaru a zpívali.

V koupelně byl nepříjemný zápach, lokalita je velmi špatná - místo jsme zvolili jen kvůli Batur, ale jinak bychom se zde určitě neubytovali. V okolí není žádná restaurace, kde by se dalo dobře najíst. Jen pár obchodů. Ubytování je hned u silnice, která je velmi rušná a v noci nebyl klid.

A good place to stay for 1-2 days. The price is quite reasonable, and breakfast and welcome drinks are included. The view is great, and your room has its own hot spring (I don't know if it's real, but after a long day, it was nice to sit there and relax). The staff works hard, and it shows. They provide dental kits, robes, water, coffee, and tea.

I can't say anything bad, the price is obvious, the conditions are even very good
