Main issue is the bathroom. The shower needs a complete overhaul, the dirty water stays far too long before draining, resulting in water leaking onto the floor. The waste trap stinks awfully, not great ventilation. The shower pressure is intermittent. The bottom 20cm of the bathroom door is mouldy. The living room furniture could do with an overhaul. Communal lighting on 1st floor stairs does not work, safety issue.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Fantastische locatie, heerlijke bedden en kussens. Keuken redelijk goed geoutilleerd. Er miste een Nespresso/Dolce Gusto, maar die werd gelijk die middag verzorgd.
De waterdruk was echt de hele dag door waardeloos. Een enkele keer zelfs > 10 minuten ingezeept in de douche staan wachten tot het water weer stroomde.

It can be a little noisy, as the apartment is located at a road intersection. However, this was not a major issue for us and did not affect our stay.

El plato de ducha tenía fugas de agua y si había gente en las terrazas interiores se escuchaba todo. Tuvimos la mala suerte de tener unos turistas en el bajos hasta las 3 de la madrugada con risas y voces altas, costó dormir

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Loved the apartment and the facilities were great. There’s also a lift which is good. The bed was comfy and the kitchen had basic stuff you’ll need for cooking in the apartment. The location was also a big plus. Overall would recommend this place and would book again.
AC was set to a fixed minimum temp and found it a bit warm - not helpful in summer time.

Per migliorare andrebbero cambiati i materassino sia del divano letto che del letto, per quanto riguarda la cucina inserirei qualche pentola in piu. Le foto non rappresentano completamente l'appartamento.

L organisation avec une voiture : La réception de l appart hôtel se trouve à 10-15 minutes à pieds mais impossible d y accéder en voiture. Pas de place de parking à proximité de l appartement pour le séjour

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026La ubicación para visitar el centro es perfecta, la cocina está muy bien equipada, los baños son maravillosos. Las camas son muy cómodas, en general, muy buen alojamiento.
En mi caso me pareció algo lioso recoger las llaves en una ubicación distinta a donde está el apartamento. Creo que, ya que cuenta con check in y registro on líne, podrían mejorar la experiencia del huésped implantando un sistema de puertas con código para su apertura. También creo que el paso de devolver la tarjeta del parking.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026L’appartamento che ci è stato assegnato era in pieno centro a Malaga. Comodissimo per raggiungere qualsiasi luogo a piedi. Molto pulito, luminosissimo e con tutto l’occorrente per poter passare anche pochi giorni in tranquillità e comodità. Ci tornerei !
Unica pecca è che essendo in centro si può sentire confusione fino a tardi. Ma ci si adatta.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026The proximity to the historic center and to all the taverns, stores, cafes and everything. Close to the beach, a 10 min walk or less. The apartment is well equipped with everyrhing you need , it was located at the 3 rd floor and had a nice view.
The beds need some improvment, the mattress is old and the sofa has too much iron in it, and when extended it was not comfortable to sleep in. The door at the bathroom was swollen from moisture and the chairs from the dining table were old with peeled vinyl on them. Located on a busy area and not so quit at night, you need to sleep with closed windows.

Het balkon mag wel een opfrisbeurt krijgen. Losse tegeltjes bladerende verf etc. Voor de betaalde prijs mag dit wel in orde zijn. De eigenaar mag even een korte ronde maken en de puntjes op de i zetten. Lift bleef 2x kort hangen, zou dit ook even controleren. Je denkt toch 2x na voordat je weer in de lift stapt.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Super poloha v centre mesta, ideálne na plaz aj do starého mesta. Boli sme v Malaga už niekoľko krát ale toto bola najlepšia poloha čo sme mali. Do 5 min pešo skvele reštaurácie a bary. Taxi rovno pred domom. Vedľa vchodu skvelý Branch reštaurácia.
Všetko bolo bez chyby.

The fact that you need to pick up the keys quite far from the accommodation and there is no possibility to leave your luggage at the facility.(which was quite big as going for longer vacation). We had a transfer from the airport offered and arranged by booking and the driver was as well not informed to first take us for the keys and than to the accommodation.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Location of the apartment was excellent for exploring Malaga old town and not far from Malaguleta Beach. very easy to walk to everything. Fabulous food options and tapas everywhere. Great Communication from the Admin regarding check in and collecting keys. Was great to leave luggage with the Office when we arrived early. Access to public buses was a lot closer than initially thought as we used these. If going to the Castle it is a very steep climb highly recommend taking the public bus 35, will bring you the whole way up - runs every hour and cost €1.40 each way, Also bus to the Airport Line A was brilliant and great value for money €4
Having to collect keys from a central location was a little inconvient but it is literally a 10 min walk to the accommodation. I was aware of this in advance, so was not a big issue, however it could be a little difficult if you have some mobility issues.

Además, ofrecen ayuda por WhatsApp para registrar la matrícula del vehículo y poder circular por el centro, algo muy práctico. También cuentan con acuerdos con varios aparcamientos de la zona y permiten dejar las maletas después del check-out.

Il materasso e/o le doghe sarebbe da sostituire perché il letto é avvallato al centro. Anche i cuscini sono scomodi… in generale non posso dire di avere dormito bene. non c’erano i beni di prima necessità come olio sale e caffè, spugnetta per lavare, detersivo piatti ecc, solitamente presenti negli appartamenti. Per il resto tutto bene!

Reviewed May 14, 2026Location was amazing. Lovely apartment with small balcony overlooking busy street & plaza with lovely shutter doors to block off noise at night. Step outside of front door to cafes, bars & the stunning Teatro Romano. 10 minute stroll to port through the park. 5 minute stroll into the historic centre.
Sound of air-conditioning unit immediately outside our bedroom window was an issue for me as a light sleeper and someone who likes window slightly open for fresh air.

Parking is available right across from the apartment, and you receive a card for access. I think I’ll definitely come back. It’s true that you have to pick up the key at a different location than the apartment, but if you provide your car’s registration number in advance, you can easily drive into resident-only streets without any issues. Reviewed Apr 24, 2026Centrale ligging . Alles is aanwezig om een paar dagen te verblijven, als je niet wil koken. Mooi ruim appartement voor 2 personen. Veel restaurants rondom het appartement. Bijna geen geluid van buiten hoorbaar. Genoeg te zin Malaga.
De sleutel ergens ophalen. Ongeveer 10 minuten lopen. Verder goed geregeld.

2 entourages de porte très abîmés, le premier avec l’eau de la douche, le second se décollait de la porte d’entrée. Dommage que la maintenance ne soit pas faite dans un si bel appartement.
