Alles roch sehr gut schon im wunderschönen Stiegenhaus bis in das Zimmer hinein !!!! Man kann es nur weiterempfehlen !!! Betten waren sehr bequem und die ganze Atmosphäre war toll ! Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Stanza ampia, molto accogliente, curata in ogni dettaglio (come tutto il resto della struttura) e molto pulita. Ottima la possibilitá di avere sia doccia che vasca. Letto comodissimo, sembra dormire su una nuvola, e doppio cuscino, per niente scontato! Posizione in pieno centro di Udine a un passo da tutti i servizi. Abbiamo soggiornato con mio marito nelle prime due notti dopo le nozze e siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti, un sogno. Complimenti e continuate cosí!

Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl. Die Inanspruchnahme der Garage gestaltete sich sehr kompliziert. Sie ist kostenpflichtig.

Unbearably hot room stayed at 33C / 91F for the duration of our stay. Yes, there is a useless, underpowered, A/C unit which was "helpfully" turned off before our arrival. Generic, kitschy decoration -- a cheap Buddha statue and faux Asian decor in a charming old city rich with history, culture and traditions.

Assenza totale di climatizzazione efficace, abbiamo rischiato la sincope con temperatura interna mai scesa sotto 31 gradi .in bagno segnava 33 gradi . c'era un ventilatore il che la dice lunga!! Ma spingeva l'aria calda. La doccia ha bisogno di una bella pulizia dalla muffa presente nei bordi, così pure la soffitta bagnata con muffa all'altezza del lavabo. Il soffione doccia grande non funziona .Asciugamani sembravano stracci completamente stropicciati . Check-in incredibilmente lungo come un contratto commerciale ,comunicazione non reattiva .

Beetje onpersoonlijk. We hadden geen mail met check-in voor registratie ontvangen waardoor de aankomst wat verwarrend was. Uiteindelijk via whatsapp begeleid tot we in de kamer konden.

Leider hat in diesen heißen Tagen die Klimaanlage so gar nicht funktioniert! Und die Dusche gehört einmal wirklich vom Schimmel befreit!

Alcune facilities erano un po’ datate o comunque non ben gestite. Il soffione della doccia un po’ rotto, le luci troppo basse anche accendendole tutte, la mancanza degli asciugamani del bidet e altre piccoli dettagli. Ci vorrebbe un piccolo restyling per tornare a una situazione ottimale.

Es wäre toll, wenn man aufgrund der vielen Sightseeing- sowie Shoppingmöglichkeiten noch etwas früher als um 15h einchecken bzw. auch etwas später wieder auschecken könnte (Mittag). Vielleicht wäre das aber ohnehin möglich gewesen - die Korrespondenz war sehr freundlich und informativ - wir haben auch nicht nachgefragt.

Forvirret indtjekning med kode til indgang og derefter til cykelgaragen. Vi kunne heldigvis ringe til en ansat og efter lang tid frem og tilbage lykkedes det. Stedet er ubemandet, og oftest er det ok. Men vi endte desværre om aftenen i en træls situation med brug for hjælp pga. brækket ankel i byen. Så belært af denne erfaring vælger vi fremadrettet kun overnatning med fysisk tilstedeværende reception og personale. I følge hotellets manager/kontaktperson måtte de ikke ringe efter en taxi, så der var absolut ingen hjælp at hente der. På de fleste andre hoteller er hjælpen nærmere.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Beautiful apartment in the center of Udine. Spacious room, big and fully equipped kitchen on the 3rd floor, nice terrace above the kitchen. Everything was clean. Nice big bed! Beautiful old building, renovated and nicely decorated. Easy access with a pass code.
Uppon entering the room we were surprised to find a gentleman sleeping in the bed. We left the room and waited for the gentleman to get dressed (as he was in his underwear) and come outside. It turned out we both got the instructions and pass code for the same room - Budapest room. We were both trying to get a contact person (Luca) on the phone but there was no answer. Then we both sent a message (both via Booking and WhatsApp) explaining the situation and asking for a quick solution. After 20-30 minutes Luca sent me a message that it was a mix-up and we were to go to Kyoto room but he cannot send as the pass code yet as I did not pay the tourist tax which was not true as I payed the tourist tax online earlier that day (as it was instructed via Booking) as had already sent the screenshot of the successful payment. I resent the screenshot one more time stating it had been payed. Soon after we got the pass code for the Kyoto room. There were no toiletries in the bathroom, no complementary chocolate and the air-conditioning was weak (the temerature in the room was 29 Celsius). We only stayed for one night (July 11.-12.). Budapest room was 34m2 and Kyoto 30m2. I do not know if there was a price difference between those two rooms, who payed what (the other guest or I) but I suppose that I was intended to stay in the Budapest room. Luckily both the other guest (and his wife) and me (and my wife) did not made a big deal out of it. We were happy we each had a room and we ended up going to Duran Duran concert together (as we were all in Udine for the concert). We even had a "afterparty" on the roof terrace with the bottle of white wine, cheese, bruscetti and grapes that my wife bought in the supermarket down the street before we went to the concert. All in all I would have given it a 10 score (even with no chocolade) but everything else took the score THIS TIME down to 7.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026The Vienna apartment is really classy, we loved the antique furniture and nice decor. The apartment is really well situated for city exploration as well as culinary delights. We had an easy time finding the place. Getting in took a moment to figure out the keypad, but afterwards we always used the provided card, which worked without any problem.
A more detailed explanation for the keypad would have been useful. We also removed the room deodorant during our stay (it had to spend the night on the loggia) because the smell was too strong for us.

Der Check-in Prozess ist eine einzige Datenkrake - Kopien des Personalausweises mit Gesichtskontrolle sowie sämtliche detaillierte Kontendaten vorab sind offen gestanden typische Anzeichen organisierten Verbrechens. Ich habe sämtliche Passwörter nach dem Aufenthalt geändert !Die Videos zur Nutzung der Garage sind ein Witz und der verlangte Obolus von EUR 7,00 pro Nacht zahlbar in Bar im Zimmer liegen lassend ohne Beleg ebenfalls.Man sollte dem Vermieter die Finanzbehörden auf den Hals hetzen.Die Zimmer sind eigentlich schön , sauber + die Lage ist super.Aber als viel reisender Radler habe ich sowas in den letzten 10Jahren noch nicht erlebt und ärgere mich heute noch , dort gebucht zu haben.

Qualche disguido nel fare il check in e ho letto che molti degli ospiti hanno avuto lo stesso problema

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Gute Lage in der Innenstadt, Lebensmittel,- Drogeriemarkt gleich daneben, zahlreiche Cafe´s zum Frühstücken in kurzer Gehdistanz. Das Zimmer war schön, der kleine Balkon eine nette Beigabe -allerdings würde ich es nicht als Luxus Suite bezeichnen. Der Zugang per Code ist an sich praktisch, der Vorab-Online Check- in, um den Code überhaupt zu erhalten,war zwar für uns kein Problem, ist allerdings nichts für ältere Menschen, die sich da nicht auskennen. Wir hatten ein verzweifeltes, älteres Ehepaar vor der Türe, die da nicht durchgeblickt haben..
Das Badezimmer ist eng und schlauchartig ohne Ablagemöglichkeiten oder Haken. An der Decke gab es Stellen mit bröckelndem Putz..

I did not like your online check in system, which takes considerably longer than 'a minute'to complete and would be impossible without access to mobile data which you may not have coming from another country. The property is advertised as having air con. We complained twice that the air con wasn't working and despite assurance from the property owners this would be fixed it wasn't. It became apparent that there was no functioning air con in the building at all. With outside temperatures in the high 30's this led to two very uncomfortable hot nights trying to sleep.Does the property actually have air con as advertised.?????

Reviewed May 28, 2026Sehr ausgefallenes großes Zimmer und Bad, zentrale Lage (eben direkt am Dom), Garage für die Räder ist "um die Ecke".
Extrem aufwändiges "einchecken" (Online mit vielen Fragen und Fotos, die man machen und hochladen muss, von jedem einzelnen Gast, weil der Checkin komplett kontaktlos ist), das hat viel Zeit gekostet.

La struttura è ampia e apparentemente ristrutturata di recente, ma purtroppo diversi dettagli hanno reso il soggiorno poco piacevole. In bagno era presente un forte odore di fogna e si notava muffa tra le piastrelle. Inoltre, il caldo all’interno della camera era davvero difficile da sopportare e nonostante le richieste fatte durante il soggiorno, l’aria condizionata non è mai stata attivata. Anche la biancheria lasciava a desiderare: gli asciugamani forniti erano sgualciti, bucati e in alcuni casi sporchi; dopo aver chiesto la sostituzione, ne sono stati consegnati altri nelle stesse condizioni. Peccato, perché la struttura avrebbe un buon potenziale, ma serve maggiore attenzione alla manutenzione e alla cura degli ospiti.

Die Anweisungen zur Schlüsselübergabe bzw. den Codes müsste auch in Deutsch verfügbar sein. Die Klimaanlage einzuschalten ist herausfordernd.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Räumlichkeiten sehr schön, aber funtionale Ausfälle (Badewanne, zweites Waschbecken).
Die Eincheckprozedur erfordert Fotos von Gesichtsprofil und Pass/Personalausweis über eine Agentur. Hier kann man nur hoffen, dass es nicht zu einem Datendiebstahl kommt.

Innanzi tutto , siamo stati molto bene. Se proprio devo far notare qualcosa, posso dire che avrei gradito le ciabattine da camera e più saponi da bagno e una bottiglina d’acqua a testa a notte . Ci vorrebbero più prese elettriche .
