Great location

Noise coming from the street, blinds not providing enough darkness

The apartments look very nice and clean. The host was mostly communicative.

The noise levels in the apartment (mainly during the night) were unbearable. We had to move one of the families to another room at the middle of the night as the noise was way too loud from the downstairs pub. The host is well aware of this issue (supply ear plugs) which can not stand that noise. I advise you to think twice before booking this apartment.

חדר מקסים, מעוצב ומרווח. במיקום מעולה בעיר התחתית בחיפה. תקשורת מעולה עם אלכס המארח. הזמנו דירה והוא שדרג אותנו לדירה מרווחת יותר ללא תוספת תשלום. צ'ק אין עצמי בעזרת קוד. נוח מאוד.

הדירה ממוקמת מעל בר והיה רועש מאוד. למרות שהמארח סיפק אטמי אוזניים, הרעש היה עדיין חזק מאוד ונמשך עד אמצע הלילה.

המיקום מצויין. החדר היה נקי. עיצוב יפה. שולחן הביליארד נחמד . התקשורת עם בעל המקום היתה טובה.

ישנו במקום בשישי-שבת. בשישי בערב יש מתחת לדירה ברים ובתי קפה מאד מאד רועשים. בעל הבית הגדיר זאת כ"מעט רועש" אבל היה מאד מאד רועש. אטמי האוזניים שהשאיר לנו היו נחמדים אבל לא מעוניין את הרעש המאד רציני. מבחינתנו השקעה בסיסית במקום זה חלונות אוטמי רעש. הושקע הרבה בעיצוב הדירה ובאבזור שלה. ראוי היה לתת מענה נכון גם לנושא הרעש . זה לחלוטין לא היה סביר. ולא היתה לנו צפייה לשקט מוחלט.

המיקום מעולה! עיצוב הפנים מהמם! היה נקי ומזמין. 2 טלויזיות, מטבח מאובזר לחלוטין, היה נחמד אם היו יותר ספלים וכוסות (היינו 5 -2 מבוגרים ו3 ילדים). המיטות סבירות מבחינת נוחות, יש קצת רעש מהרחוב הראשי אבל זה לא הפריע לנו באמת להרדם (השאירו לנו בחדר שפונה לכביש הראשי אטמי אזניים שלא השתמשנו בהם בסוף). חדר האמבטיה היה מעוצב ומאובזר בסבון ובמגבות רכות, אבל היה קצת ריח "עומד" כזה , יכול להיות שהצנרת הישנה אחראית לזה. . לסיכום - בסהכ מאד נהננו , ונחזור .

היינו צריכים עוד ספלים וכוסות (יש לזוג או 3 והיינו 5 ). מזרנים לא הכי הכי נוחים. ריח באמבטיה ובג'קוזי.

The apartment is very well-designed and stylishly decorated. It is fully equipped with everything a family needs, including a good refrigerator, TV, and all the necessary amenities. The location is also excellent and very convenient for exploring Haifa.

There were a few significant issues that affected our stay: ​Severe Noise: The windows are not soundproof at all. Since the apartment is located above a main road, we heard every motorcycle, truck, and pedestrian as if they were right inside the room. It literally felt like sleeping on a bench in the middle of the street. ​Accessibility & Comfort: The bathtub is set very high (about half a meter off the floor), making it quite uncomfortable to get in and out of. ​Unpleasant Odor: There was a very stuffy, trapped smell in the stairwell leading up to the first floor. ​Family Fit: We were 5 people (2 adults in the bedroom and 3 children in the living room), and while the space was enough, the lack of acoustic sealing made it very difficult for everyone to get a good night's sleep. It’s a shame, as a small investment in acoustic sealing would make a huge difference.

Уютно, стильно, потрясающее расположение, спокойно, владелец апартаментов очень заботливый

דירה מעוצבת באופן ייחודי, מושקעת מאוד, נקיה, מאובזרת היטב. ג'קוזי מפנק. מיקום מצוין, חניה במרחק של דקות בודדות.

הגענו זוג עם שלושה ילדים. זה כמובן נאמר מראש בהזמנה, אך כשהגענו לדירה, מיטות הילדים לא היו ערוכות והבעלים הנחה אותי לפתוח את הספה ולהציע בעצמי. אך גם לא היו מצעים לשם כך. כמו כן, היו מגבות רק לזוג. חיכינו מספר שעות עד שהביאו לנו מצעים ומגבות. כפי שכתוב בביקורות אחרות, יש אכן רעש חזק מהרחוב. פרט לכך, השהות הייתה נעימה, התקשורת הייתה נוחה ומכבדת.

The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed, we loved the design, the living room with the big tv and the fireplace was amazing and calming, the jacuzzi was big and spacious.

The place was a bit noisy, there was nowhere to hang the towels, and there was no soap for the dishes. Other than that everything was perfect!

החדר מעוצב ויפה, המיקום - איזור ברים תוסס קרוב לנמל, הגקוזי בחדר והאח נותנים יופי של חוויה ואווירה רומנטית. מגבות איכותיות. לסיכום- דירה יפה מאד , נוחה, ממוקמת היטב ומיוחדת .

הרעש.. בלתי נסבל מהברים למטה במשך כל הלילה ברציפות. כולל רעשי כביש סואן עם כל הרכבים מרובי האגזוזים. מחייב שינה עם אטמי אוזניים שמסופקים על ידי בעל המקום אבל גם הם לא נותנים מענה מלא. לא יודע כמה אני אמור להןריד ציון על רעש מאיכות החדר כשהשירות טוב והחדר יפה ומושקע. אבל מי שקשה לו עם רעש שלא ינסה לאתגר את עצמו . לבעל המקום אני ממליץ בחום להחליף חלונות למשהו מבודד ואז החדר מושלם.

Nice design, great location.

Horrible experience. One room is incredibly loud, situated right on top of a bar street with inadequate blinds causing light and noise to pour into the room all night. But the really bad part was that in the larger apartment the ceiling was pouring water the entire night, we had to place buckets and towels everywhere and sleep with the dripping noises. During the night someone had shut the water for the entire complex so there was no shower, no toilet and no water. I contacted Max the owner who completely ignored our suffering and offered to stay a night longer for a discount?? I said such a horrible experience deserves a refund since the experience was ruined. I offered a sum which was lower than what I thought was right, and said he would only pay if I didn't leave a review. A month later, no refund and not an apology from Max who still tries to get me to stay at his place.

Cozy , central, clean, good communication and friendly host. Tea coffe and wine was also very nice welcoming gesture.... all was great experience

The owner as terrible communication and attitude hey lie about the facilities. And even do that booking try to help the owner didn't let. Don't book!

It is very cozy studio room ,during rainy day we arrived and the view while having dinner was good ,it was warm and everything was in a good systematic manner .staff very nice 🙂,planning to visit again

Too close to the main road. Lots of noise at night

You know the feeling of “I don’t feel like I belong here” that’s exactly what I didn’t feel! It felt like I was in the right place it was comfortable it wasn’t crowded the bathroom was amazingly comfortable and clean everything was tidy I loved the kitchen and the simple design my favorite thing about the whole place was the electric fire pit! It set the perfect mood !

I didn’t like the noise it was very noisy at night, it wasn’t the people or the cars or music there was some kind of generator, it was the sound of some AC generator outside the window that was annoying at night. My gf loves a pitch black environment when she sleeps, she couldn’t make the room pitch black !
