We loved an apartment, it's location and easiness of access

There was 1 fork only in the apartment, no pan , no cutting board and no proper knife, no glasses for wine.

באחת הדירות, לא היה אור בחדר. לא היה בידוד אקוסטי. החלונות לא נסגרו לחלוטין. היה מאובק מאוד, והספה בסלון הייתה מכוסה פירורים. לא הצלחנו ליצור קשר עם בעל הדירה

מדירה הייתה בסדר. העיצוב היה מאוד יפה תקרה גבוהה מטבח מעוצב כלים נקיים.החדרים היו גדולים ממ"ד מיטות גדולות סדינים נקיים.עם זאת המקלחת הייתה לא נקיה ריח של ביוב חזק מאוד ניגעלנו להתקלח אז ויתרנו.לא היה אינטרנט( טלויזיה ) בעל הדירה אמר שיש תקלה טכנית אבל לפי תגובות בבוקינג הבנתי שפשוט אין ולא יהיה. לא הצלחנו לישון דקה כי הרעש מהכביש היה חזק מאוד בקטע מוגזם בנוסף היה מלא יתושים. תודה רבה על האירוח אבל לא נחזור.

הגענו לחדר בשעה 18:00 בערך פתחנו את הדלת ונדהמנו לראות שהחדר לא נוקה עדיין והיה שם זבל בכל מקום מגבות על הרצפה מיטה לא מסודרת מצעים מלוכלכים כיור מלא בכלים אביזרים של שימוש בסמים על השולחן דיברתי עם הנציג של המקום ורצה שנמתין בערך שעה לניקיון לא יכולנו לחכות הייתי עם ילד קטן והיה מאוחר חיפשתי מקום חלופי וכול האזור היה בתפוסה מלאה לבסוף חזרנו הביתה עם עוגמת נפש ולא חגגנו את השנה האזרחית כמו שרצינו הזיכוי שאני אמור לקבל זה לא יתן לי כלום לעומת מה שחווינו בחג שלנו בצורה כזו של זלזול באורחים

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and clean.

We couldn’t reach the owners of the apartment and were afraid that we wouldn’t be able to get in. The only reason we got in is because of the cleaner who was there by accident and called the owner. Otherwise we would have been in the street without accommodation. When finally the owners replied they were lying that they didn’t receive our messages (which they did according to the conversation with cleaner). They were very rude and unapologetic. Furthermore, there was no WiFi and the kettle had an electric problem. The area is also very rough and is between several industrial shops (not as shown in the photo in booking) and with a party next door going on all night long.

הדירה במבנה ישן ואותנטי קרוב לשוק הפשפשים ולכל האטרקציות בעיר התחתית.

התמונות ממש לא משקפות את המציאות.מאוד מלוכלך גם במקלחת (עובש ושיערות) וגם במטבח מלא אבק, הכלים מלוכלכים, שטפנו אותם לפני השימוש. הסמרטוט במטבח הסריח, לא נגענו בו. ממש מגעיל. הבניין עומד על הכביש , אי אפשר לפתוח חלון וגם עם חלון סגור ממש רועש. באחד החדרים אין חלון זה חדר פנימי בלי חלון. מתחת לדירה היה מועדון וכל הלילה הייתה מוזיקה בווליום של מועדון לא יכולנו לישון. יש תחושה של חוסר בטחון בדירה.

הדירה מעוצבת מקסים ,ריהוט מוקפד ואיבזור עד הפרטים הקטנים. יש קונספט עיצובי והוא ברור ומינימליסטי, הכניסה לדירה הייתה ברורה וקלילה הייתה חניה למרות שנאמר לנו שלא בטוח שיהיה , המיקום יחסית קרוב לכל המקומות בהם תיכננו לבקר. המיטות נוחות מאוד ומרווחות מאוד , יש טלויזיה גם בחדר השינה הראשי כריות נעימות ולמרות שהיה קר מאוד וגשום בחוץ בפנים היה חמים ונעים

המיקום נותן קצת תחושה של איזור התעשייה וממוקם על כביש יחסית ראשי ומעל חנויות תעשייה , הבעלים לקח בחשבון את הרעש ומספק אטמיי אזניים לדיירים שזה נחמד ומתחשב. יש מדרגות, כך שכדאי לדעת ולשים לב שעם עגלה זה קצת קשה אם באים לבד עם תינוק ועגלה או לחלופין לאנשים המוגבלים בעלייה במדרגות.

The shower head was broken. We have been in this place in the past and it used to be more clean and tidy

קשה למצוא את המקום, לא היה תאורה במדרגות, מגבות מלוכלכות ולא היה נייר טואלט והאינטרנט לא עבד חווית האירוח הייתה מאכזבת, התנהלות יותר עסקית מאשר מאשר שירותית

היה בלגאן רציני בכניסה לחדר לא הביאו לנו מגבות גליל נייר טואלת אחד

מיקום נוח קרוב למועדון ריקודים ולשוק יד שניה, דירה גדולה סלון גדול חדרים נוחים.

קצת רועש

The bed was comfortable. The furnishings were nice. It’s close to some nice cafes and restaurants

The WiFi was broken, the host was informed and did nothing about it. The pictures were misleading. One room had no windows at all. It was not properly cleaned, there was a bad smell from the drains and the bathroom had an uncovered drain on the floor. The pillow covers were not clean.

מיקום מצוין. הזמנו את החדר ברגע האחרון וקיבלנו מחיר מעולה כך שמבחינתנו התמורה היתה מעולה. החדר יפה מאוד, נקי ונוח.

מיקום המלון על כביש ראשי ובאזור מועדונים אז יש קצת רעש. אם סוגרים את החלונות זה די בסדר, אלא אם אתם ממש רגישים. המלון מנוהל מרחוק ואין צוות במקום (לפחות בשישי שבת), היו לנו קצת תקלות עם חוסר במגבות ו- WIFI שלא עבד ולא כל כך היה מענה.

Хорошая цена, немного квартир было за такую цену в Хайфе. Близость к музею железной дороги. Историческое здание и ремонт в соответствии. В Израиле не так много таких мест.

Довольно грязно, после того, как немного походишь по полу босиком пятки аж черные. Это напрягало, так как мы были с маленькими детьми, которые любят везде поползать. Еще очень шумно ночью, так как прямо под окнами проходит оживленная трасса.

הדירות היו גדולות, החדרים מרווחים, מקום מאד נעים לשהות בו. מרחק הליכה משוק הפשפשים, מוזיאון הרכבת ואדי ניסנאס והמושבה הגרמנית. מקבלים את כל הפרטים לטלפון, וכל הכניסה מאד קלה

הנקיון סביר ומטה, חדר המקלחת קטן, והרעש מהכביש ומהמועדון (כל דירה והרעש שלה). לא היה קפה/תה בחדרים

The staircase was really hectic to climb and also the internet was not working

אחרי מספר ביקורים אפשר להגיד שהמקום מעולה , קרוב להכל , הרבה חניה , חדרים נקיים מרווחים וגדולים , נקי והשירות מעולה , אפילו נענו לטובה עם הבקשות המיוחדות שלנו מספר פעמים ! כמובן שאחזור למקום עוד בעתיד

המיקום היה טוב (אמנם על כביש ראשי) והכניסה הייתה קלה

הגענו לדירה ולא היו מצעים, מצאנו את עצמינו ב12 בלילה לוקחות מצעים ממחסן באיזור. בנוסף, היה רעש חזק מאוד של מסיבה לאורך כל הלילה

נראה שהמצעים היו לא נקיים. קיבלנו חדר בלי מספיק מגבות. החלון של הממ״ד לא נסגר. הדירה בכללית לא הייתה נקייה. היה רעש של מוזיקה כל הלילה והיה קשה להירדם.

Это несколько квартир в одном доме , красиво оформленные квартиры , чисто (сам дом старый но отреставрирован) квартиры просторные . Персонал приветливый, в одной квартире тек унитаз нам сразу поменяли на другую без дополнительной платы , находится рядом с блошиным рынком и барами .

Розетки в непонятных местах .

Too many steps and no prior warning Not good for a family

There's a club near by that held a party all night long, sleeping wasn't easy. Otherwise it's a sweet and clean flat

חסרים דברים בסיסיים כמו שמפו, קפה, סבון כלים, הסקוטצ' לכלים היה משומש ובריח לא טוב, הניקיון היה חלקי, ואין קבלה אז אין כל כך ממי לבקש דברים, והדירה יושבת על כביש סואן ולא נעים

It was clean, well maintained and good location.

There is a night club in the ground floor of the building that was playing metal rock in extreme volume all night until 8 in the morning. (It was Friday night, maybe during the week days it’s not open) Also the check-in time was delayed in an hour an half, without advanced notice and no apology.

It was terrible, the manager wasn’t available and when called back was unpleasant.

The building is in an industrial area above a main road. It was hard to locate the entrance and my son asked me why it looks like a prison’s door.. We arrived 30 minutes before check in (he didn’t respond to our massages) and entrance stairs were dirty and there was garbage all over the place. We asked the cleaner to see the room and there was a smell of cigarettes all over the place. We asked to cancel, the guy called is from a different phone number after an hour and told us he will charge anyway. Very bad experience.

מיקום לא הכי טוב! צריך רכב!

המקום הוא יפה, נקי, מעוצב בסדר גמור וממש טוב לשהייה קצרה מחוץ לבית. אמנם אין אוטובוסים עד הבית (נסענו בתח"צ בלבד) אבל יש תח"צ בתוך כמה דקות הליכה בכל כיוון, לכל מקום. הצוות, בעל הבית והעובדים שלו היו ממש נחמדים וניסו לעזור ולרצות בכל דבר אפשרי.

די הרבה מדרגות לעלות כל פעם. אבל לא נורא. אין מכולת במרחק "קפיצה" אז צריכים להתארגן בזה מראש קצת. והיה פשלה עם החיבור של הוי-פי. הוא אכן עבד על זה מיד בכדי לתקן אבל היינו יום וחצי בלי חיבור בכלל. ועוד דבר קטן. החדר היה מוכן כשעתיים באיחור (הודיעו לנו את זה בבוקר אבל כשכבר יצאנו, איפשר לנו להניח שם חפצים אבל המנקה עדיין עבדה שם).

Street noise

The owner did an amazing job renovating this building preserving a small piece of Haifa’s history. The apartments were comfy, we had everything we needed. The tami 4 was a nice touch for fresh water. The location was great, lot of nice bars, the flea market, cafes and restaurants nearby. Communication was easy and efficient.

The windows weren’t great, you can’t really close them so it might get noisy during the night.

We loved the apartement and the building it was located in, it was spacious and beautiful. Also the safe room was much appreciated. The interesting parts of town are only a short walk away. I would definitely stay here again!

It is not a quiet location, as you can tell by taking a look at the map since the building is located in between two busy roads. We were well aware of this beforehand and it did not impact our stay at all.

Cleanliness

Bathrooms was not satisfied

The apartments are charming, freshly renovated and very clean. The cooler with cold and hot water, coffee, tea are provided on the floor, also there is a complete mini-kitchen with the fridge, stove, kettle in the apartment. The owner generously answered all our questions and provided good tips for places for breakfast (such as charming Sally cafe with amazing choice of pastries and more) and dinner in the area.

The apartment is on a quite busy road and not always easy to find a parking on the street. We managed to park on the street, but for future visits we found a covered 24/7 public parking right next to the cafe Sally, although the parking is not shown on the Google map.

To be honest we were shocked to see the room as it was beyond our expectations compared to the price we paid, rooms were very clean as a customer we expect our rooms to be clean enough and all the basic kitchen needs were there and most importantly the staff was so nice as we wanted to extend our stay for few hours, they let us stay for free for few more hours, anybody who wants apartment with all the basic needs don't think twice, very affordable apartment

We booked the place for 2 nights but unfortunately could only handle one - there’s a karaoke/bar or whatever it was just under apartment. They were EXTREMELY LOUD from 22:00 till 10:00 of the next day!!! Obviously we didn’t really slept and decided to leave the next day because it is just too much. I know it’s not the fault of the host, but they really have to warn people about it.

It was in a great location, very clean and organised and beautifully decorated.

The property was very clean, well air conditioned and comfortable.

There was no parking. There should have been some tissues

Beautiful renovated apartment, with a nice balcony overlooking the port. AC in all rooms, TVs in both living room and main bedroom. A few minutes drive from the main attractions Haifa has to offer, parking available along the street. Overall, good value!

The bathroom/shower is cramped and not well ventilated; the apartment was VERY warm mid-July when we arrived, airing out and turning all ACs to full power worked after several hours. Could have helped if the staff aired the room prior to our arrival. Also, it is quite noisy considering the main road below.

Host lady was the most humble, polite and helpful person. I loved my stay here. Hotel is very nice and in good location, easy for transportation. I will come again soon. Thank you

The only thing that was slightly uncomfortable was the curtain in the living room. The apartment is very bright and the sun is very strong and blinding when sitting on the living room couch

Neither of the bedrooms had door locks which seriously affected our privacy. This is the second time we have booked this apartment. So please fit the locks on the doors of the bedrooms. It has been decided to book the same apartment for next month also so please correct this.

This is not the first time I’m staying here and the property is consistently good. The hotel is located inside an old historic building and that’s definitely the vibe - a true Haifa experience. I like that all the apartments are stylish, spacious, clean and well maintained. The price is more attractive than in the most other hotels in the same area. The staff is very professional and friendly. We got a room that we didn’t like when we arrived (the information and photos here were a bit misleading), but, we were suggested to move to another room without any problems. I like the location as it’s close to the downtown, port, railway museum, etc. There’s a protection space in the room in case of missiles attack from Lebanon. At the moment this is my favorite place to stay in Haifa.

Despite that it’s almost in downtown (10 mins by feet) and this area by fact is the part of Haifa’s historic center, there are a lot of old abondoned houses here, so, it can be not very attractive for someone who isn’t familiar with Haifa. There are a lot of construction works around, so, not every room has a nice view and there’s a big chance you’ll see a building from your window. There’s not private parking and parking in the area can be a bit problematic. The pictures here are a bit misleading. When you’re booking a room it’s hard to understand what room exactly you’re booking. Anyway, it can be easily sorted out by contacting the property directly after securing your booking.
