Лифт в Метро прямо напротив выхода с отеля. 30 метров. В номере было окно, но окно на коридор, т.е. не на улицу. Для некоторых это может быть важным! Нам понравилось это, так как очень тихо в номере и очень комфортно. Еще дают днем перекус и вечером доступна кормежка в стиле вареных макарон и жареных яиц, + чай кофе. С едой все отлично. Так же доступно мороженое, его делают по запросы, но я не понял как часто его можно брать. Хотя просили раз в день и всегда делали без проблем. Оно вкусное. Много воды дают бесплатно по первому запросу. Так же удобно то, что можно принести в корзине белье, заполнить блан на стирку указать делить на белое и цветное или нет и надо ли сушить, и тебе приносят обратно через час сухое белье. Отличный сервис.

Dommage que le personnel ne parle pas très bien anglais mais nous avons réussi à nous faire comprendre grâce au traducteur.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the electronics market in Shenzhen. Plenty of food, drink and other services around. The laundry room which was free to use was a life saver for any extended trip. Breakfast, afternoon tea and evening snack were included and great. The staff were also fantastic, they helped with all our queries. Especially Xiao Yu, she went above and beyond and helped give us peace of mind about our packages we had delivered to the hotel. We had already checked out yet she still made sure that we were looked after. We are very grateful for her service and also the service of the other staff. The complimentary ice cream was also the cherry on top to a great stay! Would recommend.

Arrived in the early hours of the morning, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Although the language barrier made communication slightly challenging at times, the translator was extremely helpful and made everything much easier. The staff were patient, calm, and genuinely attentive while assisting me, which I really appreciated. The complimentary laundry service was very convenient by them without any effort and a great bonus. Room cleaning was consistently done as well every time I returned after a long day, the room had been cleaned and neatly prepared. The bed was comfortable, the room size was decent, and the shower was excellent with good amenities provided. There was also a convenience store located on the ground floor, which made things very easy. Food and dining options from well-known international brand chains were all within eyesight or less than a 500‑metre walk. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to experience the breakfast during my stay. Overall, I have no complaints and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would happily stay here again.

Ottima posizione vicino al mercato dell'elettronica. Stanza piccola ma molto bene distribuita.

Notre réservation n'a pas été prise en compte car en fait il ne travaille pas avec Booking. J'avais pourtant eu la confirmation de booking, vu des avis mais nan, pas de réservation enregistrée de leur côté. N'étant en plus d'aucune aide, nous avons dû trouver un établissement en urgence.

Nothing, bad place, stay away

The pictures of the place don’t match with building. They misrepresent with false picture. Also, the building far away from the road so taxi doesn’t go there. Forgot about the train as well. They lie very much everywhere on room size and location amenities. This is actually a low income housing building and these people using few rooms as hotel. Bad business, don’t book, you will regret. I did too and left next morning since I went there later at night.

N’a pas reconnu notre réservation avec Booking on a dû payer 300 yuans de plus que prévu

El hotel NO nos recibio. Indicaron en recepción que ya no trabajaban con Booking y por ende no existía nuestra reserva. Es algo inaceptable, ya que vengo de un viaje muy largo por trabajo y tuve que ir a otro hotel en búsqueda de una habitación, ya que tampoco tenían habitaciones dobles cómo había solicitado en mi reserva según lo que les pude entender (para intentar tomar una reserva en el lugar). Booking todavía no me entrega una respuesta.

Nadie en el hotel hablaba Inglés. Muy difícil la comunicación.

This is a comfy hotel with everything you need for your physical needs.Pretty decent breakfast.

Reception staff dont know any English at all.Frustrating to the point of exasperation.The hotel acted in a more than questionable way ( trying to be diplomatic here) re payment. Watch payments like a hawk.Keep receipts and watch over online ( double) payments.Be very careful.

Clean, renewed, friendly staff. They give evning snack light meal (noodles) every night 9:30-11pm. Nice breakfast. Located on a business buliding top 3 floors.

Friendly but not professional recepcional staff. They hardly speak english.

The location is phenomenal if you are looking to do some exploring at the electronics market. The staff are very friendly and professional. I have not had breakfast or tried the wifi, so no comments there. the views are great from any room and the rooms are very spacious.

I had a non-smoking room but not all guests adhere to the rules and when we do get a guest smoking in another room, I do get the periodic smell of smoke. its annoying but not bad enough for me not to stay there in the future. Although I do wish they could resolve that somehow.
