Guest House très bien située. Excellent séjour, établissement très propre et cuisine à disposition. Personnel discret, à l’écoute, accueillant et respectueux.

Personnellement j’ai eu beaucoup de mal à trouver la Guest House. Un joli panneau en façade avec le nom de la Guest House serait le bienvenu 😉

スタッフがとても親切で感じが良かったです。色々とサポートしていただけました。また、ロケーションも素晴らしかったです。またアスワンに来たら泊まりたいと思いました。

場所は、通りから少し入るんで、 Googleマップで行っても 分かりにくかったですが 息子さんがすぐに迎えにきてくれました。 立地はすごく良いです。 通りから5mくらい 入り込んだ場所でしたが 人通りもあり治安も良いです。　 ワンフロアーに部屋が3つあり キッチン、シャワー、トイレは 共用でしたが、綺麗でした。 アスワンからアブシンベルに行くための 一時的な宿泊先だったんで シャワーが浴びれて、寝れたら良かったんで、満足です。 次の日もアブシンベルまで行くため プライベートの配車をして頂き、 朝食まで持たせて頂きました。 キャリーは置かせて もらってました。21時のカイロ行きの飛行機だったんで、汗や砂で汚れていて シャワーを諦めてましたが、 アブシンベルから戻ると シャワーを貸して頂けました。 本当に親切で助かりました。

宿泊する施設は3Fでした。 全て階段で上がります。 トリファを使用してましたが 電波が弱くなり Wi-Fiを繋げてもらいました。

La posizione, anche se più distante da altre strutture ricettive permette di vivere più pienamente la città. Ci si riesce ad immergere bene tra le persone del posto. Il Nilo è a meno di 5 minuti a piedi e il Suq ancora più vicino. Non lontano c’è anche un supermercato. Il prezzo è sicuramente imbattibile, le stanze erano pulite

Mi sarebbe piaciuto entrare più in contatto umano con l’host (che comunque era sempre disponibile via interfono). La pulizia della cucina è migliorabile, si trovano rimanenze lasciate da ospiti precedenti. Il bagno avrebbe bisogno di qualche manutenzione. Nel complesso comunque e considerando il prezzo non è nulla di particolarmente rilevante

직원이 너무너무 친절했습니다. 사장님과 사장님의 아들은 부족한 점이 없는지 세심하게 살펴주었고 정말 정말 친절했습니다. 문고리가 부서졌는데 저는 변상을 하고자 하였지만 사장님은 괜찮다고 하고 문고리를 고쳐주셨습니다. 사장님이 정말 정말 친절했습니다. 그리고 방은 에어컨으로 시원하고 한 사람이 침대 두 개짜리 방을 쓸 수도 있었습니다. 방은 깨끗했습니다. 위치도 나가면 숙소 바로 앞에 망고주스를 파는 가게가 있고 맛있는 쿠나파를 파는 가게도 있습니다. 그리고 어떤 모스크 근처에 있어서 좋았습니다. 위치는 마음에 듭니다.

삼일 묵었는데 매일 밤을 짐을 다시 싸서 이 방 저방 옮겨 다녀야 했습니다. 이것은 저만의 일일 수도 있습니다. 피치 못할 사정이 있었던 것 같습니다. 하지만 짐을 다시 싸고 방을 옮기는 과정은 정말 귀찮았습니다. 엘리베이터가 없는 것은 아쉬웠습니다. 하지만 사장님의 아들이 도와주었습니다.

صاحب الفندق انسان طيب و خلوق. يحب عمله و يسهر بنفسه بمساعدة ابنه على راحة كل الضيوف. مطبخ مجهز بكل ما يحتاج الضيف من ثلاجة كبيرة و ميكرويف و آلة غسل الملابس. موقع ممتاز قريب من السوق و الكورنيش.

السرير كان متهالك لدرجة أنني كنت احس بالخشب.

感謝老闆幫忙，去阿布辛貝一早4點還陪我們去上車地點集合，還給我們早餐，回盧克索也參加tour,實在很方便，旅館樓下果汁店集合，載到東岸接近旅店的地方，還告訴我們如何去奴比亞村，1人只花來回只花22埃磅，搭Van來回，再台灣時留言，就一直有回覆，也幫我們安排好接機，要自助的人真的可以這這裡，很方便

沒有什麼不喜歡，簡單民宿，乾淨，有洗衣機，有冷氣

It was clean and the owner was friendly. Lets you leave luggage outside the room on the day of checkout if you are departing Aswan later that day.

There was no sign to show its location in the street only a piece of writing on a wall that does not face the street. It is very warm inside the building, which is a disadvantage in warm weather.

Super Location, direkt neben dem Nil. Die Familie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hat uns sogar geholfen um 5 in der Früh ein Taxi auf der Straße zu finden. Internet ist auch super gewesen.

침대가 허리쪽이 두동강나있어서 허리가 너무 아팠어요ㅠ 그래도 저는 이 정도 가격이면 가성비하나는 끝내주는것같습미당👍🏽👍🏽

La amabilidad de Mostafa, me hizo sentir como en casa, me ayudó y me apoyó en cada cosa que necesité. Incluso hasta para hablar con el señor del InDrive (en árabe), le marco de su celular y le explico bien a donde debía ir en la estación de autobuses. Me recomendó las excursiones por allí a muy buen precio. Pero sobre todo fue muy amable con cada cosa y se preocupó por hacer mi estancia muy agradable. Yo iba viajando sola por lo cual lo valoré muchísimo. Está limpio y ordenado, puede que la entrada del edificio impresione un poco, pero tengo que decir que llegando del caos exterior cuando entré me sentí como en casa y adentro todo está muy bien. Tiene muy buena ubicación, muy cerca al corniche y a restaurantes y tiendas.

Todo me gustó, muchas gracias de nuevo por toda tu amabilidad Mostafa y a tu hijo también.

El precio. Y que aveces conoces gente en el mismo apartamento y hablas Con ellos. Aunque el sitio le hace falta mantenimiento.las señoras que hacen limpieza muy simpáticas.

La atención es media. El muchacho que nos recibió, era un tanto antipático. Digamos que para ir a dormir y ya. Es tipo pensión con baño para todos. Digamos que es un sitio para solo dormir y salir con buena ubicación.

オーナーのMostafaは、アブシンベルまでのツアーを予約してくれたり、ハイダムやフィラエ神殿までのタクシーを納得のいく値段で手配してくれたり、私がアスワンで充実した時間を過ごせるよう様々気を配ってくれた。また、チェックアウト後も夜行列車の時間までホテルで休ませてくれた。

Der Gastgeber Mostafa ist gastfreundlich und Hilfsbereit. Alles war Sauber: die Küche, das Badezimmer und das Wohnzimmer. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet ....

Die Matratze war für mein Gewicht zu dünn.

Daug nesitikėjome, bet labai patiko! Patogi lokacija, nakvynės patalpą rasti nebuvo sunku (viskas paaiškinta laiške). Kambarys nenaujas, bet prižiūrėtas ir švarus. Jame yra viskas, ko reikia: patogi lova, virtuvėlė, fenas, rankšluosčiai, šiltas vanduo ir wifi (kelionėje po Egiptą jo beveik neturėjome). Nebuvo triukšmo nuo gatvės, tad galima pailsėti. Nustebino, kaip buvo lengva bendrauti su savininkais bet kokiu klausimu - jie buvo nuolat pasiekiami whatsapp, padėjo išsikviesti taksi į oro uostą už adekvačią kainą. Kainos ir kokybės santykis labai geras. Ačiū už viską ir sėkmės!

老闆兒子非常友善，對我們所有問題都努力回覆，也非常客氣，房間設備有努力維護，雖然房屋整體較為老舊，清潔度挺滿意的，若有任何旅遊需求，也會盡力幫你安排，尤其從亞斯文到路克索的併車旅遊，包含兩個神廟的價格非常合理，所以若有需要可以詢問他們。可能與老闆聯絡的人太多，所以有時會回覆錯誤，所以有時需要耐心等待老闆回覆，或再次詢問他，他們都會很樂意回覆你

地點有點難找

Good central location near where Nile ferries. Our host was very patient and hospitable after we had issues with our night bus coming from Hurghada. The facilities are basic, but for the price are REALLY good value.

El personal es muy amable, tanto el dueño como su hijo, quienes me ayudaron con las maletas y se preocuparon de si tenía planes y actividades para ofrecerme (sin ser pesados). La habitación estaba bien de tamaño y es como muestra en las fotos, no esperen lujos en un hostel en Egipto, pero la cama al menos la que me tocó a mí era re cómoda. Había ventilador en el techo y funcionó perfecto. Tienen lavadora y varios tenders. Es todo muy casero pero cumple con lo esperado.

No tiene ascensor (es un edificio con varias habitaciones en cada piso), y está ubicado en un callejón con poca señalización (hay un grafitti en la pared que dice el nombre nada más), fue un poco dificil encontrarlo porque llegué de noche. Les recomendaría colocar algún cartel más grande en la esquina para poder ubicarlo mejor :) El baño estaba sucio (la tapa meada y no habia papel) pero eso es por los huspedes que justo me tocó coincidir.

Mostafa il proprietario è una persona fantastica, gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa.

Surtout Mostafa et ses enfants. Une famille adorable , que vous accueille comme chez vous. Mostafa connais toutes les adresse de la ville et il vous les donne très gentiment, et il vous apprend aussi à arpenté la vielle , le temples , le villages nubiens, le bateaux sur el Nile au prix "local" et impossible à battre. L'appartement est idéal pour une famille de 4 et très confortable pour 6, il est parfait pour une immersion dans le marché local de la nourriture et du Souk. Merci Moustafa, J'espère vous revoir mon ami!

ホストの方がとても親切だった。 宿の予約もツアー予約も直前であったにも関わらず、深夜に対応して頂き大変助かりました。 ツアーも朝4時からと早いのですが、朝連絡を下さったり、集合場所まで一緒にきてくれて案内までしてくれました。周辺は似た車が多くて、迎えの車が分かりずらいのでとても心強かったです。 宿も布団もとても清潔に保たれていて安心して滞在する事ができました。 今回は短時間の滞在でしたが、私がエジプト旅で唯一安心できる場所でした。

入り口が少し分かりづらかったが、近所の人が教えてくれました。

Fue una estancia genial, Mostafa y su hijo fueron los perfectos anfitriones. Su hijo incluso nos acompaño hasta el sitio donde debíamos coger el autobús hasta el pueblo nubio para que no cometiésemos ningún error. El sitio estaba limpio y la cama era cómoda. Además, hicimos el trayecto que nos ofrecieron de Asuán a Luxor en una Van con otros turistas parando en komombo y Edfu. Realmente vale la pena, es el único sitio donde lo encontramos a un buen precio (sale más barato que coger el tren y además ves esos dos templos que valen la pena). El de Abu Simbel lo hicimos con otra agencia que se suponía que era lo más barato que podíamos encontrar, pero al final nos salió algo más caro de lo que ofrecen aquí, ahora viéndolo también lo habríamos hecho con ellos. Realmente lo recomiendo hacer.

But the sound isolation is really bad in rooms, you hear noises from the outside until roughly 10 PM I also would like if everything inside the building would look more modern — plastic windows instead of wooden, newer doors instead of old To be honest, I would also like it if you could go up to your floor without the owner calling you through the intercom when you're on the first floor, or at least if he did it much less often, otherwise it bothers me, I want to be more at peace. 緊鄰大馬路，會比較吵

位置方便。房間大。室內乾淨。老闆待人客氣且幫忙預定接送，對於住宿期間提供的協助表示感謝。

熱水水量很小。另外，入住期間請老闆代訂的計程車，有一天出現了延誤（約三小時），雖然老闆因個人身體因素疏忽並表達了歉意，但該天的行程還是不得不壓縮，造成了困擾。

由于商业街人多车多，晚上稍微有点吵闹感，但问题不大。

El personal muy amable, nos recibieron tarde en la noche, es central, puedes caminar la zona y hay algo de comercio cerca.

El ingreso no es muy amigable, no hay señalizacion, es en un callejon oscuro, debes subir 3 pisos y no parece un hostal como tal. El baño está limpio, pero necesita algo de mantenimiento y lleva tapa oídos ya que la zona es ruidosa, está bien para una noche rápida.

한국어 할줄 아는 훈이가 있어서 편했어요! 사장님이 아스완 시내투어, 아부심벨, 룩소르행 밴 모두 예약해줬어요! 아스완 가성비는 여기 이길 곳이 없는것 같아요! 심지어 아부심벨 아침에 과일&계란&아이씨?도 같이 주셨습니다, 위치도 좋아요! 계단이 없긴 하지만 사장님이 다 옮겨주셔서 괜찮았습니다

수압이 좀 약해요...

建物は古い感じですが、よく掃除されていると思います。洗濯機と洗濯物干しが使えて助かりました(洗剤の備え付けはありませんでした)。 またオーナーさんとその息子さん(ムスタファさんとアハメド君)の面倒見がとてもいいです。かなり安い価格でアブ・シンベル神殿ツアーやルクソールへのツアーを手配してくれます。 そして、私がチェックアウト後に手配してもらったルクソール行きのツアーバスではなく間違えて悪徳タクシーに乗ってしまったとき、アハメド君が心配して電話をしてくれ、タクシー運転手に対して電話越しに強く抗議し、私を降ろすよう説得してくれました。結局相場よりかなり高いお金を払ってタクシーを降りましたが、ムスタファさん親子はこのことを警察に報告してくれたようです。家族かのように親身に尽力していただき感謝しきりでした。 とても良い方々なので、安心してアスワンで過ごしたい方はここにぜひ宿泊されてください。

入り口が分かりにくいです。空港シャトルをお願いしたので到着時にアハメド君の出迎えがあり迷いませんでしたが、自分一人で来ていたら果たして見つけられたかどうか、、、

The property is really clean and the staff are really nice and kind. They recommend you options and places to eat if you ask them.

It is really centric, which is really nice for the location but you hear all the noises in the city, so if you have difficulties to sleep is better to not choose it. also, wifi didn't work the best.

Dadas las renovaciones en su recinto, nos alojamos en otro hotel sin previo aviso, muy ruidoso, camas muy incómodas, la habitación se inundó al ducharnos.

عندما وصلت قررت أن ألغي الحجز وأبحث عن مكان آخر

لم يكتب في الوصف أن الحمام مشترك.. والمكان قديم

位置好，老板热情周到，房间设施虽有些旧，但干净整齐，经济实惠。

建议在门口做个宾馆牌，以便好找。另外柜/椅应加予维护和配置，厨房的厨具配置更完善些。谢谢！

Una sistemazione semplice ed essenziale, per una notte ad Assuan. Tutto pulito ed in ordine. Staff molto accogliente e disponibile. Posto auto su richiesta.

La via un po' rumorosa.

位置很不错，的确中心区，旁边马路就比较热闹，房子内部整体看起来还干净。

不仅阿斯旺，整个埃及应该都缺乏中档酒店，要么花大价钱住好的，要么要求别那么高，可以省点钱、将就住一晚。这家民宿就是将就的那种，周边的房屋外观都破破烂烂的，但是内部可能又还看得过去，被子就是个毯子，然后给了一个床单，还好给了，不然只有毯子，真不敢用。然后真的吵呀，我带耳塞都没用，因为是宗教盛行的地方，白天、夜晚、大早上都能听到有人放广播聆听经文。卫生间淋浴水有点小。房主小哥比较热情，也是中文爱好者。

Omar fue muy amable, nos ayudó en todo lo que le pedíamos y hasta nos consiguió la excursión de crucero por el Nilo a muy buen precio

El señor que nos recibió fue muy amable. Estuvo atento a las dudas e inquietudes, aunque no hablaba español utilizaba tecnología para traducir Tuvimos un inconveniente con el transporte y el estuvo presto a colaborar en todo. Hay sala, cocina y vi una lavadora aunque no la usé.

La entrada está oculta, al final de una cuadra.

The owner is very kind and approachable. The apartment is clean and neat. He attended our needs when asked in a short notice. We only have a short stay but all is well. We are satisfied 😊

指引清晰，入住提醒完美地弥补了入口比较难找的小瑕疵。设施基础但完备，一次性床单、枕巾、厨房、洗衣机，热水器加热快并且水流大，洗澡很舒服。主人热情真诚。阿斯旺城区是我唯一没有遭遇宰客的地方，对所有碰到的商家印象都很好。

这个价格，这个定位，我没有任何苛刻要求。如果浴室有个放换洗衣物的架子就更好了。

El precio es super bueno, la ubicacion es muy buena, es muy limpio y la habitacion super comoda. Ademas el anfitrion me ayudo a organizar excursiones a muy buenos precios.

Fue un poco raro llegar y tener que comunicarme por un timbre con el anfitrion. Seria ideal un recepcionista para recibir a la gente cuando llega. Como son varios pisos cuesta sociabilizar con la gente ya que no te cruzas con nadie.
