英語が使える。おそらく24時間？のフロント対応。 目の前はナイル川でファルーカ乗り場があり、路地裏はアスワンスークになっている。両替屋やATMも近くに多く、観光に快適。 アブシンベル神殿に朝イチで行く際には朝食も持たせてくれた 空港への早朝（朝4時）タクシー送迎も手配してくれた（18ドルくらいで、割高な気もするが、）

アスワン駅からは徒歩20分くらいかかる。アスワンスークを物色してたらあまり気にならないが、遠くはある。

Mahmoud at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. He kindly and patiently took care of all our requests during our stay. We had originally booked a room without a Nile view, but when we asked if there was any possibility of changing rooms, he happily upgraded us to a room with a beautiful Nile view at no extra cost, as a room was available. The hotel has a wonderful location and offers beautiful views of the Nile. We only stayed for one night, but we truly wish we could have stayed longer. If we have the opportunity to visit Luxor again, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much, Mahmoud, for making our stay so special!

The Wi-Fi connection in the room was a little weak.

La ubicación excelente, en el centro. El hotel es tranquilo y cerca del mercado. El personal muy preocupado, además te preparan el desayuno para llevar en caso de tener alguna excursión.

La variedad del desayuno, dentro de la caja que te entregan, te pasan pan y queso, pero como es para llevar, no hay forma de preparar un sandwich. La distribución de la habitación, el baño está a la entrada y no tiene ventilación, además de tener una ventana que da al dormitorio.

Tout. L'emplacement est incroyable, juste devant le Nile. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, décorées avec goût. Le matelas était incroyable pour moi qui avait un mal de dos. Le personnel était aux petits soins et nous ont même préparé un petit déj à emporter parce que nos journées commençaient très tôt. Allez y les yeux fermés.

Regardless the top location with Nile view and short walking distance to the famous old market, the quality stuff is exactly what you need to fulfill the enjoyment of your stay, specially the front dest stuff members. Thanks mr. Wafik.

Most bad thing of the hotel not availableity of the lift. Now a days it can't think a multistored hotel without a lift. It completely impossible to claimb 5 stored bulding. There narrow reception room is vary cheap with poorest furniture. There is no air condition at reception room. Therefore the waiting room is vary suffogating and anniying. One of the most bad thing is nominal breakfast of this hotel. The breakfast is not also munimum stundard with the big amount of hotel fare. Overall I have achived vary experince from philea hotel.

Oui très bien. Nous avons passé un super séjour de deux nuits dans cet hotel avec beaucoup de charme et une situation parfaite sur la Corniche, avec vue sur le Nile depuis le balcon. Merci à Rafik et au reste du staff qui nous a très bien accueillit.

Good hotel for a night or two. There breakfast is not buffet but fully served by waiters. Staffs are gentle and helpful.

アブ・シンベルで一泊する前泊と後泊で合計2泊しました。口コミで賛否両論だったのでドキドキしながら泊まったのですが結果私はとても良いホテルだと思いました。部屋は他で泊まった3つ星ホテルよりよっぽど設備が整っていて快適で清潔でした。冷房も効いており、バスタブがあるのが嬉しかったです。朝食も美味しかったですし、2泊目は出発が朝食に間に合わなかったのでお弁当を持たせてくださいました。スタッフの方は口コミ通り親切です。確かにエレベーターがないのでチェックアウトの時には自分でスーツケースを持って降りる必要がありますが（私が泊まった部屋は2泊とも3階でした）、無理な場合は受付でお願いすれば降ろしてもらえるのではと思いました。アブ・シンベルに泊まるのに大きいスーツケースを持って行きたくなかったので受付にお願いしたら戻ってくるまで快く預かってくださいました。2泊ともリバービューの部屋に泊まりましたが眼下のナイル川沿いのメインストリートの喧騒を眺めるのも私にとっては楽しい経験でした。2泊とも同じグレードの部屋を予約したのですが、なんというか1泊目の方が微妙に各種設備の機能が良い気がしたので、口コミは部屋のグレードや部屋ガチャによるものなのでしょうか。歩いてすぐのところにあるEmy Barでは、ナイル川に沈む夕日を眺めながらお手頃価格でエジプトのビールが飲めます。酔っ払っても転がって帰れる距離なので安心。私は大満足の宿泊でした！

Location is just across the street from the cruise ships. We arrived at 00:30, but the late check-in was not a problem. The driver was waiting, and we checked in without any issues.

„Das Personal ist ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die 2-Stunden-Rezeption war Gold wert, das Personal half sogar nachts um halb drei, als sich ein falscher Taxifahrer die vorgebuchte Fahrt heimlich an sich reißen wollte. ganz herzlichen Dank!!! Die Lage am Nil ist sehr zentral und praktisch in Fußweite zu allen Fähren und Sehenswürdigkeiten in beide Richtungen entlang des Flusses; der Nil-Blick vom Balkon ist cool. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist ok., Steckdosen sind selten und irgendwo in der Landschaft, nicht immer leicht bei kurzem Ladekabel. Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffee sind vorhanden.“ Insgesamt hat es uns hier gut gefallen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist jedenfalls tiptop.

Der Balkon ist sehr klein und hat genau einen Stuhl. Mit hätten 2 Stühle und ein Tischchen besser gefallen. Leider ist es auch sehr laut auf dem Balkon, Dauerstau, Gehupe, Polizeisirenen, Brummis ohne Ende. Dafür kann zwar das Hotel nichts, aber es trübt den Aufenthalt dann eben doch etwas. Ohrenstöpsel beim Schlafen sind unerlässlich. Jemand hat geschrieben: "Das Frühstück war sehr liebevoll vorbereitet und es gab nur geschältes Obst, Crêpes mit Banane, Falafel, ein Ei und Kaffee". Das stimmt alles. Aber es ist eben stets und immer exakt dasselbe, mir war das dann am vierten und fünften Tag zu eintönig. Aber das ist natürlich Geschmacksache. Nebenbei: Kaffee heißt angerührtes Nescafe-Pulver, mehr nicht. Ebenfalls nicht meine Sache. Das müsste aber nicht sein, in Restaurants und Bars habe ich das in diesem Urlaub auch ganz anders erlebt. Zum Schluss noch ein Wort zu den Betten. Sie sind sehr hart. Für meinen Rücken war das ein Desaster. Andere sagen vielleicht: Genau richtig. Bettenhärte ist ebenfalls ein individuelle Kriterium. Aber man sollte es wissen: Wer harte Matrazen fürchtet - für den ist das Hotel wohl nichts, leider.

The toilet is excessively high from the floor, causing foot pain and discomfort during use.

アブシンデル神殿などへのタクシーを手配してもらいましたが支払いが現金のみでした。割と高額なのにクレジット決済させてくれなかったのは痛手でした。またフロントで西岸へのボートのことを質問しましたが正しい情報が得られなかった。

Just the location. Rest the hotel is a disaster..

This is not a hotel. It's an abandoned one.. No guest no one to take care of in the hotel. The hotel room does not have a functional toilet. Toilet door is broken, no water passed out of the toilet leading to flooding in the toilet.. No lights in the corridors it's dark after evening.. Breakfast I don't want to talk about as it's technically not existing.. Overall it's a scam if you book this hotel.

It is an apartment with a great view in the Nile River. It was clean and renovated.

The breakfast was poor and the restaurant where they serve it, is bad. The flat was on the forth floor without a lift and it was exhausting to go up with our baggages.

Our room was 402, it faced the Nile. Had a kitchen. Very spacious and clean. Staff spoke English. Great experience. Breakfast was great, falafel, pita, egg, jam, cheese, crepe, fruit, tea, coffee.

Non siamo riusciti a dormire, tutta la notte ad alto volume sentivamo richiami islamici i registrati ad alto volume e nessuno dell' albergo che intervenisse a farli smettere. Se volete un riposo tranquillo cercate altrove, state alla larga da questa struttura

Ou que vous dormiez vous entendrez énormément de bruit, nuit et jour. Côté rue, les voitures, motos, klaxons, côté souk, le brouhaha incessant. Lorsqu'il y a du vent, les portes des espaces techniques claquent, et lorsqu'on leur signale, ils viennent poser des extincteurs devant, et comme il n'y en a pas assez...

Hôtel bien situé. Petit déjeuner copieux mais lenteur du service.

Fenêtres pas étanches laissant passer le bruit . Des portes qui claquent la nuit qui n est pas reposante du tout. Ménage mal fait ( baignoire pas propre). Vétusté du mobilier. Chambres pas disponibles à 15 h comme le prévoit le règlement. On a attendu plus d une 1/2 h alors qu on venait de faire 7 h de route en voiture…et que j avais prévenu en amont l hôtel de notre arrivée. .

Friendly staff. Great location/centrally located. Spacious room. Balcony with view of main street and Nile River. Good water pressure. Laundry service provided. Tours and/or transport could be booked thru reception desk.

Old building. No lift/elevator. Wifi temperamental. No toilettries except liquid soap. Hot water would fade after a few minutes. Breakfast was basic with instant coffee.

The location is great and right to the opposite of the flutant dock.

The price was too high at the value with what it offers. My room was at 2nd floor. No elevator available. Room was small with only basic facilities. Nothing was served in the bathroom except for toilet paper. No bottled drinking water. I don't know how the general breakfast looks like. I asked for packed breakfast for my stays as I needed to go out very early in the mornings. Breakfast pack was simple with a boiled egg，2 bunds and a softpack of juice. Some of the staffs at reception were helpful，but some were only too greedy about business. One day I was not able to get connect with the driver that I booked for a tour，I tried to ask for help from the reception desk，one （looks like a manager）did not help with my needs but only pushed to offer immediate driver/service to take me to the same place at so and so price. By the way，their prices were higher than reasonable level.
