Reviewed Feb 10, 2026This place is in a three-tower complex full of both permanent residents and visitors. The unit was very nice and comfortable. Kitchen very basically equipped, but usable. Okay view, but nothing amazing. Well equipped gym and a good grocery store 5 minutes walk away. The best thing was having a really good washer/dryer in the unit. Wifi was always good.
Elevators get very busy during the day and the wait can be long. No balcony and an average view, but the rooftop pool area has really nice views. It is a very "corporate" experience, but pretty well managed overall. Just note the fine print regarding the deposit returned only in cash and any extra fees.

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026Very close to KLCC within walking distance. Next to the building lobby was nice coffee shop and restaurant if you want to grab food. Very spacious condo and comfortable for solo travellers as well as for families. Very well maintained. This is my second time staying in it and would choose it again if am visiting next time. They even help with luggage storage after checkout or before check-in times if needed.

Horrendously low water-pressure, no bathroom privacy (one was open to the bedroom and another one had no window blind!!), v. patchy wifi (Internet) and poor comms by representative/ host (Foisal).

Widoczne ślady zużycia, głównie zadrapania na ścianach i meblach. Czystość ok, ale z wyjatkami np. niezbyt czyste kubki. Brak osobnych ręczników na basen.

Star Residences — идеальное место, если хочется быть в центре жизни: стильные пространства, отличные бары и рестораны рядом, красивые места для прогулок, парк в пешей доступности. Локация топ. Сам отель очень красивый, чистый, современный. Вид шикарный! Отличный сервис — команда отеля всегда была на связи, помогала со всеми вопросами и встретила очень тепло. Чувствовала себя как дома. С удовольствием вернусь снова!

For us we wanted 1 day of rest , but was not enough as the property has a woah feeling minum stay should be 3 days. Looking to be here every time in KL.

tax not included in the price, deposit 200RM was required upon arrival, returned back in cash only. There is not a standart receptuon, you have to contact staff via WA/phone call. Staff did not seem to be friendly

Too crowded. Often had to wait long for an elevator. Cleaners did not clean thoroughly unless told or supervised. Use of sauna was too complicated- too many questions asked & had to be booked a day in advance!

Reviewed Apr 1, 2025Check-in took so much time because of miscommunication between the host and the representative at the hotel. But once everything was cleared we were able to head to our room and rest after a long flight. The internet in our first room was not working, as well as the fan in one of the rooms. We were transferred to a bigger room and room with a great view of the Petronas towers. The inclusion of a washing machine was a big plus for doing all our laundry. Need to mention though that the bath in room 10 has a lot of water marks on the ceiling and is quite smelly.

The room is not at all as what you see in the pictures. It is SPARTAN: no rug, no art, no throw/decrltove pillows, clean bathroom tiles, but not designed like in the photos. 24-7 desk service implies front desk assistance; it was a security guard for the building. The room was very clean but not remotely comfortable or inviting. Did not feel comparable staying and checked out within and hour of arrival :(
