The property is beautiful although a bit impersonal, but in in line with this kind of accommodation. We experienced some unpleasant occasions such as maintenance works at the swimming pool during daytime and an awkward situation with the Kampachi’s staff during our dinner there (we were with some friends dining at Kampachi restaurant insieme the property and digital payments were allegedly out of service, so the staff asked to charge all the bill to our room in front of our friends - it was so embarrassing). I would expect the staff to be more professional for this kind of 5 star hotel.

This was my 2nd stay at the EQ. The rooms are modern and functional. I think I had the same room both times and it had a view of the Petronas Towers which are spectacular at night. This time I had Equator Club access which was excellent. The staff there (MJ and the others) really looked after me. The house keepers were unfailingly courteous and thorough. Breakfast was good at Nipah. I ate dinner twice at Etoile - the salmon dish was one of the best I’ve had. Bar Sky51 was outstanding in service, location and drinks selection. The health club and pool were good. The monsoon shower was a nice feature. Faisal at the front door was very obliging and helpful. In all an excellent hotel. I recommend it.

Excellent stay at EQ. From check-in to check-out, I experienced flawless service. I had a lounge access room, which no doubt added to the quality of my stay. A special mention goes out to MJ and Krishen, but all the staff were exemplary. Highly recommended.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at EQ. From the Reservation Team to the Front Office and F&B teams, everyone provided excellent service and hospitality. A special thank you to David, the Reservation Manager, who explained everything clearly and made the reservation process smooth. I would also like to thank Tamang from Housekeeping for assisting us throughout our stay. Aliff and Fatin from the Front Office were also very helpful and provided great service. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay enjoyable. This was my second stay at EQ, and once again, it never failed to put me in the perfect staycation mood. Great job, everyone, and thank you for making our stay memorable!

Let me start with what works: the hotel is beautiful, and the design of the property and its public areas is genuinely impressive. My partner did feel the rooms were rather impersonal — attractive to look at, but lacking any real warmth or character — though I accept that is partly a matter of taste. What I cannot overlook is the service, which was poor across the restaurants, room service and part of the reception team. Here is what happened on the evening of our arrival: - We checked in at around 8 pm and asked the receptionist whether we needed to book a table at the restaurant on the 51st floor. We were told a reservation was not necessary and that we could simply go up and ask for a table. - At 9 pm we went up. Instead of being seated, we were sent to the bar and told to have a drink while a table was freed up, and that someone would come to seat us. The flyer in our room stated that last orders were taken at 10:00 pm, so we had no reason to be concerned. - After waiting more than half an hour, we went back to ask about our table and were told that the restaurant had in fact already closed and that we could not eat there. - We then tried the other restaurants in the hotel. Each time we walked to one, we were told on arrival that it was closed one after another, losing more and more time. Had anyone told us at the outset that all the outlets were closing, we could have made other arrangements in the city. - I finally went down to reception to ask whether anything was still open. The receptionist laughed in my face and told me it was far too late and that room service was our only option. By that point everything in the city was closed as well, so we had no choice but to order to the room. The website indicated a delivery time of 30–40 minutes. The food arrived after more than an hour, and only after a second call to chase it, with part of the order missing. Separately, the television in the room would not connect to Netflix and would not accept a connection from our phone. We reported this to reception; a technician arrived more than half an hour later and was ultimately unable to fix anything. For a hotel of this standing, the basics should work: accurate information from reception, restaurant hours that match what is printed in the room, room service that meets its own stated times, and staff who treat guests with courtesy. Being misinformed twice, sent from one closed restaurant to another, and then laughed at was a poor end to what should have been a good evening.

An outstanding hotel in the KL golden triange, a short walk from Twin towers and KL tower. The hotel staff were amazing - kind, friendly and attentive. In particular the staff in the Equatorial Club Lounge were exceptional, and I single out Azid for his excellent service on each of the six days of our stay. The food in all the dining venues was consistently very good, the spa treatments were indulgent and the pool and gym calm and relaxing. The view from the rooftop bar, service and drinks were also first class. I'm a frequent traveller and EQ KL is one of the very best hotels I have ever stayed in. Many thanks.

The hotel is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk to several nearby shopping malls. However, I felt that walking around the area at night could be a safety concern. For a seven-year-old hotel, the room is generally well maintained and kept in good condition. The service is acceptable overall, although there are areas that could be improved. One thing I still do not understand is the policy regarding the dress code for the Club Lounge. Despite the air-conditioning being rather warm, guests are still required to dress in smart casual attire, which feels somewhat uncomfortable and impractical. I also felt that the front desk staff seemed more focused on reminding guests about the hotel’s house rules than on providing attentive and welcoming customer service. Overall, I am quite disappointed with the experience and, unfortunately, I am afraid this may be my last visit to this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and located only 10 minutes away from a nice shopping area. The room and the bathroom are beautiful, very clean and very spacious. We loved all the amenities that were into the room. Everything was just perfect. We also had access to the Club Lounge located at the 50th floor, every single person who works there is so kind, friendly and ready to help you and assist you in the best way possible to meet all of your needs. A special thanks to Anna who’s sweetness didn’t go unnoticed and to Azid and Krishen who made sure our stay was simply perfect in every way. Everyone is just so kind. Krishen also helped us to book a table at another restaurant and we had the best table we could possibly have, thank you very much!! If we ever go back to KL, we will definitely come back here. 10/10 recommend!

EQ Kuala Lumpur was a fantastic hotel and the highlight of our trip. It is centrally located, architecturally impressive, and has superb views across the city. We stayed in a corner Premier King Club Room on the 47th floor overlooking KLCC, with views across the Petronas Towers and the Kuala Lumpur CBD. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We were taken up to the 50th-floor Equator Club, where my wife was surprised with a large bouquet of red roses for our 30th wedding anniversary. Despite arriving very early, we were offered breakfast in the lounge and were able to check into our room at around 10am. The room itself was excellent — around 50 square metres, beautifully laid out, with floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides and a large bathroom with both a bath and rain shower. The complimentary minibar was stocked with soft drinks and water, along with snacks and fruit. Everything was immaculate, the room was serviced daily, and the evening turndown included lovely touches such as pillow spray. The Equator Club experience was outstanding. Breakfast offered an extensive range of buffet and made-to-order dishes, with attentive service and very good coffee. Afternoon tea was served as a traditional three-tier selection of savoury and sweet treats with freshly prepared pots of tea. Evening drinks and canapés were generous enough to make a light dinner, with a great choice of cocktails, wines, local and international beers, and a mix of savoury, sweet and more substantial dishes. What really made the stay special, however, was the staff. The service was genuinely five-star: warm, friendly, attentive and never forced. No request seemed too much, and the team's recommendations for places to visit and restaurants were consistently excellent. The Club was often very quiet, sometimes with only a handful of guests, but this actually made the experience more personal and gave us the opportunity to enjoy some great conversations with the staff. A particular thank-you to **Syafiq, Virthiga, MJ, Krishhen, Ben at reception**, and all the staff who looked after us so well. Unfortunately, my wife fractured her wrist during our first evening in Kuala Lumpur. The response from the hotel was extraordinary. Staff immediately provided ice, showed genuine concern, and recommended an excellent hospital for treatment. For the remainder of our stay, everyone continued to check on her and went out of their way to make things easier. At breakfast they would not even let her serve herself, instead staying with her and assisting throughout. Everyone seemed determined to make sure the accident did not spoil our trip. The hotel also made our anniversary itself incredibly memorable. On returning to our room after dinner at Sabayon and drinks at Blue, we found balloons, rose petals, cake, chocolates and sparkling wine waiting for us. Staff throughout the hotel knew it was our anniversary and wished us well, and they even took photographs of us and later presented printed copies in frames without us ever asking. The pool has excellent city views and is perfect for cooling off after a day exploring KL. It was busy with families during our stay, but still very enjoyable. We also visited Blue/Sky51 several times for the atmosphere, skyline views and excellent drinks. The only small negative for us was smoking in the outdoor area, which we are not particularly used to coming from Australia, although it certainly did not spoil the experience. The location is excellent. The monorail is only around 200 metres from the hotel entrance. KLCC is about a ten-minute walk using mostly covered and air-conditioned walkways, and Pavilion is either one monorail stop or an easy ten-minute walk. Between walking, the monorail and Grab, getting around Kuala Lumpur was effortless. Would we stay at EQ again? Without hesitation. I very rarely give anything a perfect score, but EQ genuinely deserves **5/5** from us. It is a top-class hotel with service to match, and the staff turned what could easily have been a difficult trip after my wife's accident into an incredibly memorable anniversary stay.

EQ is a high end/ nothing is too big an effort type hotel - classy details and super friendly staff - Dinesh at reception is exceptional and really made a super effort helping us during our stay - I would highly recommend EQ for a luxury stay in KL

EQ Hotel in KL has one of the best services in Malaysia. The staff is very accommodating and friendly especially Ms.Aslina. She's one of the dedicated and friendly personnel in EQ and always ready to assist you at any time of the day.

One of the best hotels for a wonderful experience of KL. A walking distance to Pavilion and KLCC. The convenience is great but the service by the staff is on another level. They are so courteous, helpful and very pleasant. A special thanks to Miss Aslina for the unforgettable experience there. Will definitely be a hotel of my choice for a staycation in the future. Highly recommended.

Everything from the room and cleanliness to the overall hospitality made my stay feel truly special. A special thank you to Iqbal and Sumon from housekeeping. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful, and always made sure my room was spotless and comfortable. I dont even know where to begin. What i can definitely say is that EQ Hotel is really top notch when it comes to hospitality and making sure that their guests feel welcome and comfortable. Each and every member of the hotel knows exactly how to naturally make a guest feel that they are cared for. The biggest commendation to Justin Lee and Radhika Ramakrishnan for guiding each of the staff to serving with utmost professionalism and dedication. From the moment the booking was made up to the second we checked out, it felt that we were seen as guests. Every request we made was handled with the best possible manner - you knew they were actually doing their best and not merely saying it. Every member of the hotel was very warm to us and really wanted to make sure we had s great experience. The food was also something else. While we were not able to have it all, every single time we ordered, we enjoyed. The breakfast is something to look forward to as well. The variety was just enough to get a little bit of everything and each was extremely enjoyable. I look forward coming back to EQ Hotel. They truly are one of the best out there. Really and admirable experience.

This hotel is top level experience and amazing stay from the beginning to the end! I can not imagine better treatment than staying in club room with the club acces , they spoil you with perfect breakfast , afternoon tea, evening drinks /all included in club room rate/, they made your bed with complimentary pillow mist for the perfect dreams and every day reccomend activities like what you should visit and see and they are on the phone in case you get lost in the city :-) The hotel is directly in the city center and you can watch Fontaine show in KCCL park while you have drink at the lounge, the view is perfect whole day from both side of the building . Special thanks to Syafiq, Kristen and ladies from Club lounge , they provide perfect care 🙂

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at EQ. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no detail was spared. The rooms were clean and thoughtfully equipped and the breakfast had a delicious variety of options. The hotel is located within a short and easy walking distance from the Petronas Towers, KL Tower, Saloma link and other attractions. Despite being situated in the heart of the city, it is very quiet and peaceful. The highlight of our stay was the dinner at Sky 51, where we had a delicious 5 course meal and enjoyed the spectacular view of the city at night . Highly recommended!!

We only had three days in Kuala Lumpur this trip, and we decided to stay at EQ with Club Lounge access and breakfast. After our experience, I can honestly say we made an excellent choice. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality. Once the staff realised we had booked Club Lounge access, we were quickly escorted up to Level 50, where we were welcomed with a refreshing drink and a cold towel. Within around five minutes, we had been checked in and were on our way to our room. We were staying on Level 49 and had fantastic views, including the Petronas Twin Towers and views stretching towards the Cameron Highlands. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a bed that was so comfortable it genuinely felt like sleeping at home. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a full-size bath, separate shower and separate toilet. But what really made our stay special was the Club Lounge and, most importantly, the wonderful team who looked after us. A very special thank you to Azid, Virthiha, Syafiq and Yumiko. Every one of them made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued throughout our stay. What stood out was that their hospitality never felt like they were simply doing their job or providing “customer service”. It genuinely felt as though they wanted to be there, wanted to look after us and took real pleasure in making sure we were enjoying ourselves. That level of genuine warmth is something you don’t always experience in a hotel, and it made a huge difference to our stay. They remembered us, were attentive without being intrusive, and always greeted us with a smile. They are an absolute credit to EQ. The Club Lounge itself was fantastic, with a great selection of afternoon snacks, evening canapés and drinks. It became somewhere we genuinely enjoyed spending time rather than simply somewhere to grab a quick bite or drink. We did head downstairs for breakfast one morning, although afterwards we wished we’d stayed in the Club Lounge simply because the main restaurant was extremely busy. Of course, being a much larger restaurant, the selection was considerably greater, and the breakfast certainly met, and exceeded, our expectations. My only criticism would be the coffee. It tasted a little burnt to me. And trust me, I’m definitely not a coffee snob, I just like a good coffee in the morning! Everything else about breakfast was excellent. The location is also fantastic. You’re close to all the major shopping centres, whether you’re looking for high end shopping or more affordable options, and the choice of restaurants and food around the hotel is almost endless. This was our eighth trip to Kuala Lumpur, so we’ve had the opportunity to experience quite a few hotels across the city. Having stayed at many different properties, I can honestly say that EQ is now one of our favourites and one of the best hotels we’ve experienced in KL. The hotel itself is excellent, but it is the people who make the difference. Azid, Virthiha, Syafiq and Yumiko, thank you for making us feel so welcome and for making our short stay feel genuinely special. We only had three days in KL this time, but EQ made every one of them memorable. We will definitely be back.

We had a good experience at EQ and would be back again. Special thanks to Ms Anna and Ms Aslina for their outstanding service and care towards our family. My dad who was also an executive chef from a 6star hotel in Singapore felt that the service served by Chef Krishnan and Assistant Manager Ponnkanesan was up to standard and both were very friendly. Lastly thank you to the two concierge gentlemen Mr Hafaz and Zack for the informative tips in making our trip more interesting. We enjoyed the conversations we had with them. My family and I rarely leave reviews especially my dad and he constantly commended all the staff for their extremely friendly and professional demeanour. Thanks again for everything!

This hotel is amazing, from the breakfast buffets to the outstanding service offered by all staff, i can't rate this hotel high enough. A special shout out to Harizan who helped prepare a itinerary for a fraction of the price that was quoted by a tour operator. When we return to Malaysia we will definitely stay at EQ.

The hotel is central, modern and high quality. However, it is the staff who make it, they couldn’t be more warm, welcoming and helpful. They seemed to genuinely care that you had a great stay in their hotel and in Malaysia. Definitely above and beyond.

A really fantastic hotel - we loved every minute of staying there. Super friendly staff, great breakfast, awesome pool and gym facilities

If I had to mention one thing: it was a shame that we could visit the bar on floor 51 with our teenage kids. Understand the licensing restrictions but would have been great to go up there for a soft drink to see the view.

Location was good, close to KLCC. Facilities were exceptional - infinity swimming pool and the sanctum facilities at 29th floor. The tropical monsoon shower was something new to me and I enjoyed it. No chance to use the gym but it looked big and well equiped. I stay at room 4613 and it was clean, neat and modern, with a view of twin towers. Lift was working. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi was stable. Hot water supply was consistent. Huge bathtub, hand shower and rain shower. Comfortable bed. No noise from neighbouring rooms. Given non smoking room as requested. TV- good selection of local and international channels, and impressed with on demand movie option. Breakfast had good spread - was impressed with promotion of local dishes - staff dressed in traditional costume to serve Nasi Lemak, live station for Roti Canai and teh tarik was available. Went to the lounge (Blue) on the 51st floor and enjoyed the live performance . View of the KL city from 51st floor bar/lounge was fantastic.

2 small points 1. Received a WhatsApp message a few days from EQ before my stay to tell me that there was a promo for other services (spa etc) guests who booked directly with EQ. I replied to say I had booked via Booking.com and had no replies after from EQ. Suggest to check internally if the guest is eligible first before reaching out. Was slightly disappointed with the no replies. 2. I had a late check and found that my TV was not responding to the remote control. It also reflected the previous guest's name instead of mine. Had to call front desk a few times around 1am before the call was answered and they sent an engineer. The engineer told me it was the TV box will sometimes hang and cause this to happen. Nonetheless, impressed with that this non-urgent service was available at the wee hours. Overall, well done!

在吉隆坡這個價格不算便宜。但房間好小也沒有任何其它的服務，雖然在30樓。但陽台外只能看到對面大樓。而且還是有一堆欄杆。實在不推薦。好後悔選了這裡。

Wir hatten ein Eckzimmer (3906). Der Blick über zwei Seiten auf die Twin Tower und den Fernsehturm war grandios! Beim duschen über die Stadt blicken.. fantastisch! Der große Aussenpool ist im 29. Stock und bietet ebenfalls einen super Ausblick. Die Skybar im 51. Stock ist spektakulär! Allerdings auch recht teuer.. Das Kongress Zentrum ist über (tw klimatisierte) Fußgänger Überführungen innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen 👍 Die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer bot echt leckeren Kaffee und wir wurden vom zimmerpersonal reichlich mit Wasser versorgt 🤗

Stayed for two nights in a club room. This is truly a top class hotel. The staff are super friendly and attentive. From the moment of arrival to our departure they could not do enough. The club lounge is excellent and the staff there do their hotel proud. Food was great and a very decent breakfast spread in the main restaurant. The infinity pool and area is impressive and worth a couple of hours. Sky51 the cocktail bar is right at the top with fantastic views of the towers and skyline. Although not cheap, prices are not outrageous. The club room on the 49th floor was excellent. The highlight of course the fact that it has stunning views of the Petronas Towers. Bulgari toiletries are a nice touch. There is a great shower and a bath tub to enjoy. Importantly the room has an electronic window blind that helps with sleep. Overall I would most definitely stay at the EQ again if I am lucky enough to return to Kuala Lumper.

EQ is an excellent place to stay. It is close to all dining and shops. Staffs are courteous and friendly, housekeeping keeps the rooms neat and tidy and snacks and room mini bar got replenished every single day. Concierge service also excellent- Naim was very helpful and friendly as well.

Sehr gutes 5* Hotel im Herzen von Kuala Lumpur, welches auch wirklich die 5* verdient hat. Das Hotel bietet allen erdenklichen Komfort. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr professionell und freundlich, angefangen von einem Willkommensdrink und wohlriechenden Handtüchern zum Frischmachen, bis hin zur Beanwortung Anfragen. Sehr positiv herausgestochen ist die Mitarbeiterin/Managerin Fatin, die sich um ein Anliegen von uns umgehend gekümmert hat und zudem extrem freundlich war. Bei so tollen Mitarbeitern kann man das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist das Beste, was wir in ganz Malaysia jemals erhalten haben. Sehr reichhaltig und schmackhaft, für jeden internationen Gaumen etwas dabei! Die Betten sind unglaublich bequem, die gesamte Zimmereinrichtung ist durchdacht und wirklich gut. Abends hab es Kopfkissenspray zum Schlafen, sehr fein! Die Restaurants sowie Bars sind sehr gut, die Aussicht aus der Sky-Bar im 51. Stock ein echtes Highlight.

Wenn man eine Kleinigkeit verbessern könnte wäre dies der Kaffee am Frühstücksbuffet.

Always enjoy coming back to stay at EQ. Fatin, Aliff, Joel and team always have a warm smile and ready to assist, making each trip enjoyable. The rooms are comf and spacious with nice views of the city and/or twin towers. The housekeeping team do a great job to ensure the daily upkeep of the corridors and room. Super easy to walk to Pavilion/Suria KLCC or catch a grab. A plus is also the great breakfast assortment available to start the day.

Stayed at EQ Kuala Lumpur recently and came away with mixed feelings. There is a lot to like about the hotel. The property itself is modern, stylish and very well maintained, and the staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly, professional and welcoming. Service was undoubtedly one of the strongest aspects of the stay and the team deserve recognition for their efforts. The facilities are impressive, particularly the pool area and wellness facilities. However, during our visit the experience was not quite what we expected from a hotel positioned as one of Kuala Lumpur’s leading luxury properties. One disappointment was the lack of an evening turndown service. While this may not matter to every guest, it is something many travellers associate with luxury hotels. Returning to the room in the evening often meant used towels had not been replaced and bottled water had not been replenished, which made the overall experience feel less polished than expected. The pool and thermal spa area was another area where the experience fell short. There are clearly displayed age restrictions for parts of the wellness facilities, yet these did not appear to be consistently enforced during our stay. On several occasions there were young children using areas reserved for older guests, while others were running around the pool, jumping into the water and playing between loungers. Families are of course welcome, but guests seeking a quieter and more relaxing environment may find the atmosphere different from what they expect. Unfortunately, there was also a false fire alarm at around 1am on one night, which continued for approximately 20 minutes and disrupted our sleep. While safety must always come first and these situations can happen at any hotel, it nevertheless affected our overall impression of the stay. What ultimately disappointed me most was the lack of any acknowledgement after raising these concerns directly with management. Luxury hospitality is not only about the facilities themselves but also how feedback is handled when guests feel standards have fallen short. The absence of any response left a poor final impression and undermined what could otherwise have been a much more positive view of the hotel. EQ undoubtedly has many strengths, particularly its excellent staff, attractive facilities and prime location. However, based on our experience, some aspects of the guest experience did not quite meet the standards we would normally expect from a hotel in this category. A good stay overall, but not quite the luxury experience we had anticipated.

It was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everyone we encountered—from the doormen, valet and entrance team who welcomed us upon arrival, to the reception staff, restaurant team, housekeeping staff, and everyone who greeted and assisted us throughout the property—was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and whenever we needed assistance, help was always available immediately. We genuinely felt welcomed and well looked after throughout our stay. Thank you very much for everything. We are leaving with wonderful memories and feeling truly happy and satisfied with our experience. A special thank you to Dinesh and Aslina for their exceptional hospitality, kindness, and support.

Celebrating an “unforgettable” wedding anniversary here. Appreciate to Ms. Sarita for the lovely room decoration. The room, facilities, view from the 43rd floor, massage at Sanctum Wellness, and dining at Sky51 were all excellent. The most memorable part, however, happened at 1 a.m. when a continuous alarm sounded. Calls to the front desk went unanswered, and no announcement was made while guests were already evacuating via the emergency staircase. It was only around the 20th floor that we were informed it was a false alarm. The issue was not the false alarm itself, but the lack of communication, explanation, empathy, and service recovery afterwards. Thankfully, it was only a false alarm. Otherwise, one might wonder how a real emergency would be handled. To make the experience even more unforgettable, we brought home a week-long souvenir: sore legs from the midnight 43-floor evacuation. An unforgettable anniversary indeed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at EQ Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The staff were warm, professional, and incredibly accommodating. Our room was beautifully designed, combining modern luxury with comfort, and we were fortunate to have a partial view of Petronas Twin Towers. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was a highlight of our stay. The buffet offered an impressive variety of choices, including traditional Malaysian dishes, fresh local fruits, eggs cooked to order, and some of the most delicious roti we’ve ever had—made fresh right in front of us while we waited. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. EQ Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the EQ Kuala Lumpur and feel we got luxury at a moderate price point. The location is fairly good for sightseeing in KL, including the Petronas Towers, several malls, and one of the nightmarkets/food streets. However, be warned, KL as a city has not the most useful public transportation and although this hotel is near a monorail stop, we only found it useful once. Food at the hotel, particularly breakfast was very good. Get the fresh made roti bread. Such a treat. Room design is a little odd. We got a completely free upgrade to a corner room with a view of the Petronas Towers and Merdeka 118 and KL Tower. Great rooftop infinity pool with amazing views and decent gym. Check out the massaging jacuzzi. Very good. One down point is that the hotel shares the building with a large office space and because of that there are zero places to sit in the lobby while waiting for a taxi or Grab/Uber.

Came to celbrate my husband’s birthday and the whole team from EQ made it easy and memorable for us. Request for room decoration and Ms Sarita made it very lovely. The atmosphere super relaxing and all staff has been very friendly and helpful. From the reservation officer, front desk, bellman, concierge, dining staffs, housekeeping, to the security persons are all super helpful. We had a very great time here.

Really great experience. The room was amazing and breakfast had lots of choice . Most important of all was the helpful staff . Thank you to the lovely reception staff who assisted with a problem I had with my lunch . They sorted it out immediately. A special shout out to Harizan too who saw us off when we left the hotel . Will definitely be staying at an EQ hotel in the future as the standard of hospitality is exceptional.
